Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a replaceable makeup box structure which can be easily and quickly replaced with new makeup trays according to the needs of users so as to achieve the purposes of saving money, convenient use and environmental protection.

2. Description of Related Art

With the gradual increase in the requirements of life quality, people usually use cosmetics to make up or dressing their appearance before going to work or attending important occasions. Therefore, cosmetics have become an indispensable product in daily life for people who pay attention to appearance.

Common cosmetics comprise foundation makeup and color makeup. The foundation makeup products include foundation, compact powder, face powder, glitter powder, concealer and the like. The color makeup products include eyebrow shadow, eye shadow, blush, lipstick and the like. Generally, cosmetics are contained in a cosmetic container that has plural containing spaces defined in the cosmetic container to accommodate different colors or series of makeups. After the cosmetics are used up, the conventional cosmetic containers that cannot be reused are directly discarded, which is not environmentally friendly and increases the cost of purchasing cosmetics. In order to solve the above problems, some reusable cosmetic containers have been developed.

For instance, the Taiwan Pat. No. M449511 (U), has issued on 1 Apr. 2013, disclosed a cosmetics container. It comprises a box seat having a bottom wall, a first inner wall extended from the bottom wall, a second inner wall extended from the bottom wall and spaced apart from the first inner wall, and an accommodating space defined by the bottom wall, the first inner wall and the second inner wall; at least one makeup tray detachably installed in the accommodating space of the box seat and each having a first side adjacent to the first inner wall and a second side adjacent to the second inner wall; and at least one snap assembly to detachably position the makeup tray in the box seat and each having a first slot at the first side of the makeup tray, a second slot at the second side of the makeup tray, a spring buckle disposed at the first inner wall of the box seat for detachably and correspondingly buckling to the first slot, and a convex block disposed at the second inner wall of the box seat for detachably and correspondingly buckling to the second slot.

The Taiwan Pat. No. M446541 (U), issued on 11 Feb. 2013, has disclosed a cosmetics container. It comprises a box seat having a bottom wall and plural partitions disposed on the bottom wall to define plural slots; at least one module block detachably installed on the bottom wall and each having a makeup tray at a top thereof and an engaging block extended from a bottom of the makeup tray for correspondingly engaging with each of the plural slots; and at least one fasteners to detachably and respectively position the plural module blocks on the bottom wall and each having an engaging groove disposed on the plural partitions or the engaging block and a buckle disposed on the engaging block or the plural partitions for detachably and correspondingly buckling to the engaging groove.

However, the abovementioned structures still have some problems that need to be solved. For instance, the Taiwan Pat. No. M449511 (U) uses the spring buckle (buckle part) in the box seat to correspondingly lock in the first slot of the makeup tray. Therefore, the spring buckle is easy to break due to repeated use or accidental application of excessive force. The Taiwan Pat. No. M446541 (U) uses the engaging blocks of the plural module blocks to correspondingly and firmly engage with the plural slots. Therefore, the makeup trays cannot be easily disassembled from the slots.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the object of the present invention is to provide a replaceable makeup box structure which can be easily replaced with new makeup trays according to the needs of users.

The replaceable makeup box structure comprises a main body having a sheltered space and an open space for placing a makeup tray, a lid pivotally connected to the main body, and an elastic member disposed in the sheltered space to allow the makeup tray to be ejected for replacement. Accordingly, the present invention can be easily and quickly replaced with new makeup trays according to the needs of users, which achieves the purposes of saving money, convenient use and environmental protection.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member is provided with an elastic supporting part for being correspondingly compressed by the makeup tray or ejecting the makeup tray. Preferably, the shape of the elastic member can be varied.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a first embodiment for a replaceable makeup box structure is disclosed herein. It comprises a main body (1), a lid (2), an elastic member (3) and a makeup tray (4). The main body (1) has a pivot axis (11) at one end thereof, a stopping blade (12) at the other end thereof, a sheltered space (13) defined by the stopping blade (12) for accommodating the elastic member (3), and an open space (14) adjacent to the sheltered space (13). The lid (2) has a pivot part (21) at its one end to pivotally connect to the pivot axis (11) of the main body (1) for covering the open space (14). The makeup tray (4) is disposed in the open space (14) for abutting against the elastic member (3) and limited by the pivot axis (11) and the pivot part (21).

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, in assembling of the present invention, the pivot axis (11) of the main body (1) is pivotally connected to the pivot part (21) of the lid (2). Then, the elastic member (3) is correspondingly installed in the sheltered space (13), and finally the makeup tray (4) is placed in the open space (14). The makeup tray (4) is divided into a plurality of compartments, and each compartment can be filled with different types of makeup materials such as lipstick, eye shadow powder (cream), blush and the like.

After the makeup tray (4) is placed in the open space (14), one side of the makeup tray (4) abuts against the elastic member (3) in the sheltered space (13), and the other side of the makeup tray (4) is limited by the pivot axis (11) and the pivot part (21). The elastic member (3) is provided with an elastic supporting part (31), and the elastic supporting part (31) is correspondingly compressed by the makeup tray (4) or eject the makeup tray (4). Accordingly, the makeup tray (4) is positioned in the open space (14) of the main body (1) without loosening arbitrarily.

When the makeup materials in the makeup tray (4) is used up and needs to be replaced with new products, user can press the makeup tray (4) in the open space (14) toward the sheltered space (13) to compress the elastic supporting part (31) of the elastic member (3). In this way, the makeup tray (4) is no longer restricted by the pivot axis (11) and the pivot part (21), so the makeup tray (4) can be taken out at an angle.

Furthermore, the makeup tray (4) is provided with a slot (41) at one side adjacent to the pivot axis (11) and the pivot part (21). The slot (41) allows the user to obliquely pull up and take out the makeup tray (4) easily after the user presses the makeup tray (4) toward the sheltered space (13). After being compressed, the elastic supporting part (31) rebounds to eject the makeup tray (4), so that the user can smoothly replace the makeup tray (4) with a new one.

Additionally, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, a second embodiment for a replaceable makeup box structure and a third embodiment for a replaceable makeup box structure according to the present invention are respectively disclosed. The shape of the elastic member (3) can be varied.

Compared with the conventional technique available now, the present invention has the following advantages:

1. The present invention allows the makeup tray to be stably fixed and easily replaced by the design of elastic resisting positioning and elastic ejection.

2. The design of the replaceable color makeup tray of the present invention has environmental protection effect.
