Abstract
A rescuing and positioning assembly includes a bag which is inflatable; a surface of the bag having textures or drawings for displaying rescue indications; an inflation device for inflating the bag; a connecting wire having one end connected to the bag; a light emitter installed on the connecting wire; and a bracelet connected to another end of the connecting wire; the bracelet used to be worn on the user's body so that the bag may be tied to user's body for indicating where the user is and for avoiding to separate from the user. In use, the bag is inflated by using the inflation device, and the bracelet wears on the user's body. Thus, the user can float on water. The bag could indicate a position of the user and textures or drawings on the bag and light from the light emitter will alert others to keep attention to the user.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to rescue devices, and in particular to a rescuing and positioning assembly.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

When people live in outdoors, such as on the sea, deserts, grasslands, swamps, mountain areas, etc., these environments are bad and dangerous. Therefore it is possible that people in these environments will suffer from some dangerous conditions which causes that the people need rescue from others. In the prior art, fire, smokes, lights from flashlights are generous ways for attracting attentions from others. Currently, communications through phones are also a way for getting rescue.

However, in many environments, wireless communications are unusable, because wireless communications are only limited on some specific locations with base stations, but in areas lack of people to live therein, it is often no base stations are installed thereon, while conventional ways for getting rescues are not efficient, and moreover, they are necessary to be learnt and thus not to be used for everybody.

Therefore there is an eager demand for a novel way which can improve above mentioned defects for providing an effective rescue ways.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To improve the defects of the present invention, the present invention provides a rescuing and positioning assembly, wherein a bag is connected to a bracelet which wears on the body of the user, the bag could indicate the position on the user and textures or drawings may be shown on the bag, light emitted from the light emitter will alert others to keep attention to the user. This device is suitable to the user in water, deserts, grasslands, swamps, mountain areas, etc. Thereby, the structure of the present invention will greatly promote the probability that the user to be found and find the rescue rate is greatly increased.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a rescuing and positioning assembly which comprising: a bag being an inflatable structure; the bag having an air tap; a surface of the bag having textures or drawings for displaying rescue indications; an inflation device for inflating the bag; the inflation device having an inflation tube; a connecting wire having one end connected to the bag; a light emitter installed on the connecting wire for emitting light; and a bracelet connected to another end of the connecting wire; the bracelet used to be worn on the user's body so that the bag may be tied to user's body through the connection wire and the bracelet for indicating where the user is and for avoiding to separate from the user; and wherein in use, the bag, the inflation device, the connecting wire, the light emitter, the bracelet and the swim ring are taken out from the receiving structure; then the bag is inflated by using the inflation device, and the bracelet wears on the body of the user; then the user can float on water; since the bag is connected to the bracelet which wears on the body of the user, the bag could indicate a position of the user and textures or drawings on the bag and light emitted from the light emitter will alert others to keep attention to the user.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

A bag 10 is an inflatable structure. The bag 10 has an air tap 15. A surface of the bag 10 has textures or drawings for displaying rescue indications (referring to FIG. 2), such as SOS or others. When the bag 10 is inflated, it is floatable and thus flows in the air.

Preferably, a diameter of the bag 10 is ranged from 40 to 80 centimeters. The material of the bag 10 is preferably PVC.

An inflation device 20 serves for inflating the bag 10. The inflation device 20 has an inflation tube 25. In use, the inflation tube 25 is inserted into the air tap 15 of the bag 10 for inflating the bag 10 (referring to FIG. 4). Preferably, the inflation device 20 contain helium gas.

Preferably, the inflation device 20 contains air the volume of which is two to three times of the air for floating the bag 10.

A connecting wire 30 has one end connected to the bag 10. Preferably, a length of the connecting wire 30 is from 15 to 25 meters. Preferably, the connecting wire is a cotton line.

A light emitter 40 is installed on the connecting wire 30 for emitting light (referring to FIGS. 2 and 3). Preferably, the light emitter 40 may emit lights of different colors. Furthermore, the light may flash. Preferably, a distance between the bag 10 and the light emitter 40 is from 1 to 2 meters.

A bracelet 50 is connected to another end of the connecting wire 30. The bracelet 50 is used to be worn on the user's body (such as a hand of the user) so that the bag 10 may be tied to user's body through the connection wire 30 and the bracelet 50 for indicating where the user is and for avoiding to separate from the user. Preferably, the bracelet 50 is made of elastic material.

A swim ring (lifebuoy) 60 is an inflatable structure to be worn on the user's body. The swim ring 60 has a mouth for inflation (referring to FIG. 5). When the swim ring 60 is inflated, the user floats on water. Preferably, the swim ring 60 is made of PVC.

A receiving structure 70 has a hollow space for receiving the bag 10, the inflation device 20, the connecting wire 30, the light emitter 40, the bracelet 50 and the swim ring 60 (referring to FIG. 1). Thus the user may carry the bag 10, the inflation device 20, the connecting wire 30, the light emitter 40, the bracelet 50 and the swim ring 60 by using the receiving structure 70. The receiving structure 70 may be a packet, a purse, etc. so that the user can carry these device conveniently.

In use, the bag 10, the inflation device 20, the connecting wire 30, the light emitter 40, the bracelet 50 and the swim ring 60 are taken out from the receiving structure 70. Then the bag 10 is inflated by using the inflation device 20, and the bracelet 50 wears on the body of the user. Then the user can float on water. Since the bag 10 is connected to the bracelet 50 which wears on the body of the user, the bag 10 could indicate the position on the user and textures or drawings may be shown on the bag 10, light emitted from the light emitter 40 will alert others to keep attention to the user. This device is suitable to the user in water, deserts, grasslands, swamps, mountain areas, etc. Thereby, the structure of the present invention will greatly promote the probability that the user to be found and find the rescue rate is greatly increased.

The present invention is thus disclosed, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
