Claims
- 1. A retractable leash, comprising:
an enclosure for housing a retractor, the enclosure having a loop disposed generally parallel with a leash coupled to the retractor.
- 2. The retractable leash of claim 1, wherein the loop is disposed to one side of the retractor.
- 3. The retractable leash of claim 1, wherein the loop is sized to allow a belt to be inserted therein.
- 4. The retractable leash of claim 1, wherein the enclosure comprises a concave surface disposed to one side of the retractor.
- 5. The retractable leash of claim 1, further comprising a handle for grasping the enclosure.
- 6. A retractable leash, comprising:
an enclosure for housing a retractor; a first flexible leash having a first end and a second end, the first end coupled to the retractor and the second end having a first connector; a second flexible leash having a first end and a second end, the first end having a handle portion with a second connector coupled thereto, the second connector releasbly coupling the handle portion of the second leash to the first connector, the second end of the second leash having a clasp for coupling to a pet's collar.
- 7. The retractable leash of claim 6, wherein the first and second connectors can be decoupled using a compressive force.
- 8. The retractable leash of claim 6, wherein the enclosure further comprises a loop disposed generally parallel with the first leash.
- 9. The retractable leash of claim 8, wherein the loop is disposed to one side of the retractor.
- 10. The retractable leash of claim 8, wherein the loop is sized to allow a belt to be inserted therein.
- 11. The retractable leash of claim 6, wherein the enclosure comprises a concave surface disposed to one side of the retractor.
- 12. The retractable leash of claim 6, further comprising a handle for grasping the enclosure.
- 13. A retractable leash, comprising:
an enclosure for housing a retractor, the retractor coupled to a first end of a first length of flexible leash, a second end of the first length of leash coupled to a first end of a second length of leash by a releasble connector, a second end of the second length of leash having a clasp for connecting the second length of leash to a pet's collar.
- 14. The retractable leash of claim 13, wherein the enclosure further comprises a loop disposed generally parallel with the first leash.
- 15. The retractable leash of claim 14, wherein the loop is disposed to one side of the retractor.
- 16. The retractable leash of claim 14, wherein the loop is sized to allow a belt to be inserted therein.
- 17. The retractable leash of claim 13, wherein the enclosure comprises a concave surface disposed to one side of the retractor.
- 18. The retractable leash of claim 13, further comprising a handle for grasping the enclosure.
- 19. A retractable leash, comprising:
an enclosure for housing a retractor, the enclosure comprising a concave surface disposed to one side of the retractor.
- 20. The retractable leash of claim 19, further comprising a handle for grasping the enclosure.
