Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a shirt that is used as an underwear and more specifically relates to a reversible shirt that can be reversibly worn.

BACKGROUND ART

In a daily life, a shirt is likely to be reversed when taken off. In particular, a shirt such as an underwear or a sportswear that is used in direct contact with a skin is likely to be soaked with sweat. Therefore, when the shirt is taken off while being reversed, the shirt can be smoothly taken off. However, when the reversed shirt is worn again or is cleaned, it is necessary to return the reversed state to the original state, and thus the workload of a user increases. In addition, when the reversed shirt is worn again in a state where the user forgot to return the reversed shirt to the original state, the fashionability of the user may deteriorate. On the other hand, a reversible shirt having the same design on the outer side and the inner side is developed and is widely used. When this reversible shirt is reversed when taken off, it is unnecessary to return the reversed state to the original state, and the shirt can be worn again without deterioration in fashionability. Further, by designing the outer side and the inner side to have different color combinations, two ways of wearing can be enjoyed with one shirt. In addition, in order to improve the appearance of the inner side, a method of patching tape-like cloth on a seam on the inner side is also disclosed (for example, refer to Patent Literatur 1 below).

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

Basically, this reversible shirt has a function of improving fashionability in that different color combinations on the inner and outer sides can be enjoyed. Here, however, a novel reversible shirt that can be worn or taken off without caring whether the side to be worn is the inner side or the outer side by intentionally designing the inner and outer sides to be the same such that “there is no difference between the inner and outer sides” was made in order to reduce the workload.

Further, in a reversible shirt in the related art, the inner and outer sides cannot be distinguished from each other, but it is necessary to distinguish between the front and rear sides. In welfare facilities for people who need to be supported or cared, in particular, in facilities for disabled and elderly persons, it is difficult for a user to wear this shirt in an appropriate direction by itself, and there is a problem in that the workload increases when a supporter or carer helps the user to wear the shirt.

An object of the present invention is to provide a reversible shirt that can be worn irrespective of whether the side to be worn is the inner side or the outer side by removing the distinction between the inner and outer sides and that can be worn while maintaining a desired wear comfort and a desired appearance irrespective of whether the side to be worn is the front side or the rear side by removing the distinction between the front and rear sides.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6.

As illustrated in FIG. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention relates to a short-sleeved reversible shirt (1) adopting the form of set-in sleeves. The reversible shirt (1) includes a front piece (2), a rear piece (3), a left sleeve (4), and a right sleeve (5) that are made of a reversible fabric and are joined to each other, in which the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) have the same shape and the same size. The reversible shirt according to the present invention is made of single fabric that can be worn irrespective of whether the outer surface to be worn is the outer side or the inner side, for example, knit fabric knitted by double-sided knitting. The fabric of the reversible shirt is not limited to knit fabric. For example, a fabric such as synthetic fabric having low elasticity can also be used. The term “the same shape and the same size” described in the present invention includes a small dimensional error.

Specifically, the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) are joined through shoulder joint cloths (17), and the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) are joined through side joint cloths (9). Further, the left sleeve (4) and the right sleeve (5) having a cylindrical shape are joined to a pair of left and right armholes (10) formed between the shoulder joint cloths (17) and the side joint cloths (9). In addition, after joining the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3), a collar portion (wrapper) (7) for reinforcement is joined to the entire circumference of necklines (6) of the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) to overlap the necklines (6), and a tag (8) representing the size, the cleaning method, and the like is attached to a hem-side end portion of the right side joint cloth (9). “Joining” described in the present invention refers to a process of joining a plurality of fabric pieces into one, and specifically refers to a sewing process (for example, flatseamer) of sewing fabric pieces with threads or a bonding process of bonding fabric pieces using an adhesive. This embodiment mainly shows an example of sewing fabric pieces.

As illustrated in FIG. 3, the respective dimensions of the reversible shirt (1) are as follows. A sleeve-side end portion of the left shoulder joint cloth (17), that is, an upper end of the left armhole (10) will be referred to as “left armhole upper end (A)”, and a sleeve-side end portion of the right shoulder joint cloth (17), that is, an upper end of the right armhole (10) will be referred to as “right armhole upper end (A′)”. The length of a straight line (line A-A′) connecting the left armhole upper end (A) and the right armhole upper end (A′) will be referred to as “shoulder width (12)”. A left end of the neckline (6) of the front piece (2) (rear piece (3)) will be referred to as “neckline left end (B)”, a right end of the neckline (6) of the front piece (2) (rear piece (3)) will be referred to as “neckline right end (B′)”, and a straight-line distance between the neckline left end (B) and the neckline right end (B′) will be referred to as “neck width (13)”. A midpoint of a straight line (line B-B′) connecting the neckline left end (B) and the neckline right end (B′) will be referred to as “midpoint (18)”, a straight-line distance between the midpoint (18) and a midpoint of the neckline (6) of the front piece (2) will be referred to as “front neck depth (14)”, and a straight-line distance between the midpoint (18) and a midpoint of the neckline (6) of the rear piece (3) will be referred to as “back neck depth (15)”. The front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) have the same shape and the same size. Therefore, the front neck depth (14) and the back neck depth (15) have the same length. The shape of the neckline (6) is not particularly limited and is preferably a bilaterally symmetric substantially U-shape or substantially V-shape such as a round neck or a V-neck. In this embodiment, a crew neck as a type of the round neck is described as an example.

The neck width (13) has a length of 30% to 68% and preferably 50% to 67% with respect to the shoulder width (12). The front neck depth (14) and the back neck depth (15) have a length of 50% to 100% and preferably 52% to 95% with respect to the neck width (13).

Left and right shoulder lines formed by the left and right shoulder joint cloths (17) of the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) being joined have a rising slope in a portion ranging from the left armhole upper end (A) to the neckline left end (B) and in a portion ranging from the right armhole upper end (A′) to the neckline right end (B′) such that shoulder line gusset regions (20) are formed.

In the case of a shirt in the related art where front and rear directions for wearing are determined, the shoulder lines are appropriately set depending on the use, shape, or size of the shirt. In general, the rear piece is made to be larger than the front piece. Specifically, the length from the hem to the shoulder joint cloth is long in the rear piece and is short in the front piece. The shoulder lines formed by the shoulder joint cloths being joined are positioned in front of a center line when seen from a side surface of the front piece and the rear piece that are joined. With this configuration, for shoulders of a wearer where the rear side is thick and the front side is thin, the thick rear side is covered with the rear piece that is made to be long up to the shoulder lines, and the thin front side is covered with the front piece that is made to be short up to the shoulder lines. As a result, the shoulder lines are fitted to the shoulders of the wearer during wearing.

In the reversible shirt (1), the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) have the same shape and the same size. Therefore, the shoulder joint cloths (17), that is, the shoulder lines are positioned at a position of a center line when seen from a side surface of the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) that are joined. The shoulder lines of the reversible shirt (1) have a sharper slope than shoulder lines of a shirt of the related art in the portion ranging from the left armhole upper end (A) to the neckline left end (B) and in the portion ranging from the right armhole upper end (A′) to the neckline right end (B′) such that the substantially triangular shoulder line gusset regions (20) are formed. Regarding the shoulder line gusset regions (20), the left shoulder line gusset region (20) will be described in detail as an example. The right shoulder line gusset region (20) is configured to be symmetrical to the left shoulder line gusset region (20).

When the slope of the left shoulder line is represented by an angle (α) of a straight line (line A-B) connecting the left armhole upper end (A) and the neckline left end portion (B) with respect to the line A-A′, the angle (α) is 10° to 42°. It is preferable that the angle (α) is 19° to 39° when the shirt is worn by a man, the angle (α) is 19° to 41° when the shirt is worn by a woman, and the angle (α) is 11° to 34° when the shirt is worn by a child. It is more preferable that the angle (α) is 26° to 33° when the shirt is worn by a man, the angle (α) is 27° to 35° when the shirt is worn by a woman, and the angle (α) is 17° to 29° when the shirt is worn by a child.

Due to the left and right shoulder line gusset regions (20), an appropriate allowance can be given to portions ranging from the left and right armholes (10) to the necklines (6), and the shoulder line gusset region (20) absorbs a difference in front-to-back thickness of the shoulder of the wearer. Therefore, even when a wearer wears the reversible shirt (1) having a size that is fitted to the size of the body of the wearer irrespective of whether the side to be worn is the front side or the rear side, the fabric does not twitch, and the appearance of the hem and the shoulder part is natural when seen from any of the front and rear sides, and an operation of raising, lowering, or turning an arm can be smoothly performed.

Left and right sidelines formed by the left and right side joint cloths (9) of the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) being joined to each other are inclined outward in portions ranging from predetermined positions of the sidelines to lower ends of the armholes such that sideline gusset regions (30) are formed.

In the case of a shirt in the related art where front and rear directions for wearing are determined, the shoulder lines are positioned in front of a center line when seen from a side surface of the front piece and the rear piece that are joined. In addition, for shoulders of a wearer where the rear side is thick and the front side is thin, the thick rear side is covered with the rear piece that is made to be long up to the shoulder lines, and the thin front side is covered with the front piece that is made to be short up to the shoulder lines. As a result, the shoulder lines are fitted to the shoulders of the wearer during wearing. Therefore, in general, the sidelines are likely to be formed simply to be substantially vertical in many cases.

The sidelines of the reversible shirt (1) are inclined further outward than a shirt in the related art in the portions ranging from the hem-side end portions to the lower ends of the armholes such that the substantially triangular sideline gusset regions (30) are formed. Regarding the sideline gusset regions (30), the left sideline gusset region (30) will be described in detail as an example. The right sideline gusset region (30) is configured to be symmetrical to the left sideline gusset region (30).

The lower end of the left armhole (10) will be referred to as “left armhole lower end (C)”, and the lower end of the right armhole (10) will be referred to as “right armhole lower end (C′)”. When the degree of the outward inclination of the sideline is represented by an angle (β) of a straight line (line A-C) connecting the left armhole upper end (A) and the left armhole lower end (C) to the line A-A′, the angle (β) is 91° to 115°. It is preferable that the angle (β) is 91° to 107° when the shirt is worn by a man, the angle (β) is 98° to 115° when the shirt is worn by a woman, and the angle (β) is 97° to 115° when the shirt is worn by a child. It is more preferable that the angle (β) is 97° to 102° when the shirt is worn by a man, the angle (β) is 104° to 109° when the shirt is worn by a woman, and the angle (β) is 104° to 111° when the shirt is worn by a child.

Due to the left and right sideline gusset regions (30), even when a wearer wears the reversible shirt (1) that is fitted to the size of the body of the wearer and where the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) have the same shape and the same size, an appropriate allowance can be given to the vicinity of the lower ends of the left and right armholes (10), and the sideline gusset regions (30) absorbs a difference in front-to-back thickness of the shoulder of the wearer. Therefore, even when the wearer wears the reversible shirt (1) irrespective of whether the side to be worn is the front side or the rear side, the fabric does not twitch, and the appearance of the torso part is natural when seen from any of the front and rear sides, and an operation of raising, lowering, or turning an arm can be more smoothly performed.

Positions at which the left and right sidelines start to be inclined outward are not particularly limited but are preferably positions other than the vicinity of both ends of the sidelines and more preferably positions in the vicinity of the centers of the sidelines.

The shoulder line gusset region (20) and the sideline gusset region (30) may be formed on both sides of the reversible shirt (1) or on only any one of the sides. Regarding the naturalness of the appearance of the reversible shirt (1) when seen from the front and rear sides and the smoothness of an operation of raising, lowering, or turning an arm, when both the shoulder line gusset region (20) and the sideline gusset regions (30) are formed, the naturalness and the smoothness are the highest, when only the shoulder line gusset region (20) is formed, the naturalness and the smoothness are the second highest, and when only the sideline gusset regions (30) is formed, the naturalness and the smoothness are the lowest.

The reversible shirt (1) according to the first embodiment has the above-described configuration. As a result, even when the necklines (6) and the armholes (10) of the front piece (2) and the rear piece (3) have the same shapes, the fabric is loosened according to the shape of the neck of the wearer such that the front necklines (6) are slightly curved, the fabric slightly twitches such that the back neckline (6) becomes linear, and the left and right shoulder line gusset regions (20) and the sideline gusset regions (30) absorb a difference in front-to-back thickness of the shoulder of the wearer. Thus, the appearance of the shoulder part and the torso part when seen from any of the front and rear sides can be secured, an operation of raising, lowering, or turning an arm can be smoothly performed, and a good wear comfort can also be secured.

FIGS. 4 to 6 illustrate a reversible shirt (100) according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The reversible shirt (100) according to the second embodiment is the short-sleeved reversible shirt (100) adopting the form of raglan sleeves. The reversible shirt (100) includes a front piece (102), a rear piece (103), a left sleeve (104), and a right sleeve (105) that are made of a reversible fabric and are joined to each other, in which the front piece (102) and the rear piece (103) have the same shape and the same size. The form of raglan sleeves described in the present invention refers to a form where the front piece and the rear piece do not have a shoulder part and the shoulder part is formed by the left sleeve and the right sleeve.

Specifically, the front piece (102) and the rear piece (103) are joined through side joint cloths (109), and the left sleeve (104) and the right sleeve (105) having a cylindrical shape are joined to left and right armholes (110) of the front piece (102) and the rear piece (103), respectively. In addition, the front piece (102), the rear piece (103), the left sleeve (104), and the right sleeve (105) are joined to each other, a collar portion (wrapper) (107) for reinforcement is joined to the entire circumference of necklines (106) of the front piece (102), the rear piece (103), the left sleeve (104), and the right sleeve (105) to overlap the necklines (106), and a tag (8) representing the size, the cleaning method, and the like is attached to a hem-side end portion of the right side joint cloth (109). Raglan lines (116) are formed at four positions by junction lines where the left sleeve (104) and the right sleeve (105) are joined to the left and right armholes (110) of the front piece (102) and the rear piece (103), respectively.

As illustrated in FIG. 6, the respective dimensions of the reversible shirt (100) are as follows. A straight-line distance between a portion below a sleeve-side end portion of the left side joint cloth (109) at a predetermined distance (about 1 cm) and a portion below a sleeve-side end portion of the right side joint cloth (109) at a predetermined distance (about 1 cm) will be referred to as “body width (111)”. A straight-line distance between a midpoint of a neckline (106) of the left sleeve (104) and a midpoint of a neckline (106) of the right sleeve (105) will be referred to as “neck width (113)”. A midpoint of a straight line connecting the midpoint of the neckline (106) of the left sleeve (104) and the midpoint of the neckline (106) of the right sleeve (105) will be referred to as “midpoint (118)”, a straight-line distance between the midpoint (118) and a midpoint of the neckline (106) of the front piece (102) will be referred to as “front neck depth (114)”, and a straight-line distance between the midpoint (118) and a midpoint of the neckline (106) of the rear piece (103) will be referred to as “back neck depth (115)”. The front piece (102) and the rear piece (103) have the same shape and the same size. Therefore, the front neck depth (114) and the back neck depth (115) have the same length.

The neck width (113) has a length of 35% to 60% and preferably 40% to 55% with respect to the body width (111). The front neck depth (114) and the back neck depth (115) have a length of 45% to 65% and preferably 50% to 60% with respect to the neck width (113). Further, an angle (γ) of a straight line connecting the midpoint (118) and a neck-side end portion of the raglan line (116) with respect to the straight line connecting the midpoint of the neckline (106) of the left sleeve (104) and the midpoint of the neckline (106) of the right sleeve (105) is preferably 0° to 40°, and more preferably 0° to 20°. Note that the angle (γ) in the reversible shirt according to the second embodiment is 0°.

The reversible shirt according to the second embodiment has the above-described configuration. As a result, even when the reversible shirt is worn irrespective of whether the side to be worn is the front side or the rear side, a desired appearance can be secured, and an operation of raising, lowering, or turning an arm can be more smoothly performed.

The reversible shirt according to the present invention can be worn irrespective of whether the side to be worn is the inner side or the outer side, and can be worn irrespective of whether the side to be worn is the front side or the rear side while maintaining a desired appearance and wear comfort. Further, since the front piece and the rear piece have the same shape and the same size. Therefore, the work costs in the manufacturing steps can be reduced.

In addition, in the reversible shirt according to the present invention, the front piece and the rear piece having the same shape and the same size are made of the same fabric having the same color, and the left and right sleeves are made of the same fabric having the same color as the front piece and the rear piece. As a result, the shirt can have a universal design “that is correct irrespective of the side to be worn”. Alternatively, by designing the front piece and the rear piece or the left and right sleeves to have different designs or different colors or to be made of different fabrics, fashionability can be given in that the appearance can change depending on whether or not the side to be worn is the front side or the rear side or is the inner side or the outer side.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The reversible shirt according to the present invention is applicable to various shirts such as an underwear or a sports shirt.
