- 2. The ring cutting tool of claim 1 wherein said first and second members are pivotably connected together proximate said first member jaw and said second member jaw.
- 3. The ring cutting tool of claim 1 wherein said first and second members are pivotably connected together by means of a rivet.
- 4. The ring cutting tool of claim 1 wherein said first and second members are pivotably connected together by a bolt and locknut assembly.
- 5. The ring cutting tool of claim 1 wherein said first jaw cuffing surface and said second jaw cutting surface define an angle of between 25° and 30° when in said second position.
- 6. The ring cutting tool of claim 5 wherein each of said first jaw cutting surface and said second jaw cutting surface have a cutting width of between 0.001 inch to about 0.010 inch.
- 7. The ring cutting tool of claim 1 wherein said cutting jaws have a clearance angle of between 5° and 20° when in said second position.
- 8. The ring cutting tool of claim 1 wherein said first member jaw and said second member jaw include one cuffing means.
- 9. The ring cutting tool of claim 7 wherein said cutting jaws have a clearance angle of between 8° and 15°.
