A respective opposing side 22 comprises a removable panel 28. The rods 26 are fixedly coupled to the housing 12 and reversibly couplable to the removable panel 28. The removable panel 28 is positioned on the housing 12 such that the removable panel 28 is configured for removal by a user. The rods 26 are positioned in the internal space 24 such that the rods 26 are configured for insertion into tubular cores of rolled sheets. The removable panel 28 is positioned to couple to the rods 26 to close the second side 22 of the housing 12.
A pair of first fasteners 30 is coupled singly to the top 14 and the bottom 16 adjacent to the removable panel 28. A pair of second fasteners 32 is coupled to the removable panel 28. The second fasteners 32 are complementary to the first fasteners 30. The second fasteners 32 are positioned to couple to the first fasteners 30 to couple the removable panel 28 to the housing 12. In one embodiment, the first fasteners 30 comprise magnets 34 and the second fasteners 32 comprise slats 36 that are ferromagnetic.
A plurality of slots 38 is positioned in the front 18. Each slot 38 extends from proximate to each opposing side 22. The slots 38 are parallel to the top 14 and the bottom 16. Each slot 38 is positioned proximate to a respective rod 26.
A plurality of cutters 40 is coupled to the front 18. Each cutter 40 is positioned adjacent to a respective slot 38. The cutter 40 is positioned on the front 18 such that the cutter 40 is configured to separate a portion of the rolled sheet that is extended from the internal space 24 of the housing 12. The cutter 40 is positioned adjacent to a bottom edge 42 of the respective slot 38. The cutter 40 comprises a serrated edge 46. The serrated edge 46 protrudes into the respective slot 38 from the bottom edge 42. The serrated edge 46 is configured to contact the rolled sheet that is extended from the internal space 24 through the of the respective slot.
A plurality of covers 48 is hingedly coupled to the front 18. Each cover 48 is positioned proximate to a respective slot 38, such that the covers 48 are positioned to cover the slots 38. Each cover 48 is coupled to the housing 12 above the respective slot 38, such that the cover 48 opens upwardly relative to the respective slot 38. The covers 48 are substantially rectangularly shaped when viewed perpendicularly from the front 18.
A plurality of pulls 50 is coupled singly to each of the covers 48. Each pull 50 is substantially centrally positioned on a front face 52 of a respective cover 48. Each pull 50 comprises a stem 54 coupled to the front face 52 and a knob 56 coupled to the stem 54 distal from the front face 52. The knob 56 is circularly shaped when viewed perpendicularly from the front face 52. The knob 56 is rounded.
A pair of upper extensions 58 is coupled singly to the housing 12 at the opposing sides 22. The upper extensions 58 extend perpendicularly from the top 14. Each upper extension 58 has an upper limit 60 that is arcuate.
A pair of lower extensions 62 is coupled singly to the housing 12 at the opposing sides 22. The lower extensions 62 extend perpendicularly from the bottom 16.
A dowel 64 is coupled to and extends between the lower extensions 62. The dowel 64 is positioned on the lower extensions 62 such that the dowel 64 is configured for insertion through a tubular core of a roll of paper towels to support the roll of paper towels between the lower extensions 62. A pair of brackets 66 is coupled singly to each lower extension 62 proximate to a lower limit 68 of the lower extension 62. The brackets 66 are positioned on the lower extensions 62 such that the brackets 66 are positioned to reversibly couple to the dowel 64.
A plurality of connectors 70 is coupled to the back 20 of the housing 12. The connectors 70 are positioned on the back 20 such that the housing 12 is configured to couple to a vertical surface. The connectors 70 comprises hanger slits 72 positioned in each of the pair of upper extensions 58 proximate to the top 14 and in each of the pair of lower extensions 62 proximate to the bottom 16.

The dowel 64 is positioned on the lower extensions 62 such that the dowel 64 is configured for insertion through the tubular core of the roll of paper towels to support the roll of paper towels between the lower extensions 62.
With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
