The present invention relates generally to smoking accessories, more specifically but not by way of limitation, a holder for a rolled smoking product to be utilized during smoking of a rolled smoking product so as to inhibit ashes from falling onto objects such as but not limited to furniture and further provide an improved technique to smoke the rolled smoking product.
Smoking has been a pastime for thousands of years. Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics depict humans holding various types of devices that are being utilized to inhale a product that has been lit. There are numerous types of products that are grown to be smoked. By way of example but not limitation, tobacco, herbs and cannabis are some of the few products that are smoked by millions across the world. Different culture and customs smoke alternate types of products and utilize various implements to facilitate the smoking of the desired product. In the Middle East, hookah pipes are commonly utilized in facilities such as but not limited to restaurants and bars. Regions such as the Asia-Pacific regularly smoke tobacco that are provided in rolled cigarettes or cigars. One very popular type of smoking product is cannabis. There are hundreds of varieties of cannabis and a conventional manner to consume cannabis is to smoke the product after it has been rolled into a rolling paper.
One issue with the common method of smoking a rolled cannabis product is the control of the ashes during the smoking of the rolled product. As the cannabis and paper burn, ash is produced and must be managed by depositing the ashes into an ashtray prior to the ashes falling on their own. Many times this does not occur and the ashes will fall on furniture or carpet resulting in the damaging thereof. Another challenge with smoking a rolled cannabis product is managing the sharing of the lit product. It is quite common for smokers to share a lit rolled cannabis product. Users will pass the rolled product around to each other to inhale therefrom. Sometimes a clip is secured to the end of the rolled product to assist but many times people will burn their fingers or touch the rolled product with unclean hands both of which are undesirable.
It is intended within the scope of the present invention to provide a rolled smoking product holder that is configured to retain a rolled smoking product therein while lit so as to facilitate control of ashes and further improve an ability to transfer to another individual.
It is the object of the present invention to provide a rolled smoking product holder that is configured to receive and retain a lit rolled smoking product wherein the present invention includes a body.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a rolled cannabis holder configured to facilitate smoking of the rolled cannabis wherein the body of the present invention includes a first end and a second end.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a rolled smoking product holder that is configured to receive and retain a lit rolled smoking product wherein the first end of the body is tapered in form having a hollow passage therethrough.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a rolled cannabis holder configured to facilitate smoking of the rolled cannabis wherein the body includes a cavity formed intermediate the first end and the second end.
An additional object of the present invention is to provide a rolled smoking product holder that is configured to receive and retain a lit rolled smoking product wherein the cavity has an opening the size thereof at the top of the body.
Yet a further object of the present invention is to provide a rolled cannabis holder configured to facilitate smoking of the rolled cannabis wherein the cavity includes an aperture proximate the first end of the body wherein the aperture is connected to the hollow passage extending through the first end.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a rolled smoking product holder that is configured to receive and retain a lit rolled smoking product wherein the body is elongated in shape.
An alternate object of the present invention is to provide a rolled cannabis holder configured to facilitate smoking of the rolled cannabis wherein the second end of the body includes a indentation formed in the wall thereof.
An alternative objective of the present invention is to provide a rolled smoking product holder that is configured to receive and retain a lit rolled smoking product wherein the body can be formed in alternate shapes so as to resemble various objects.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a rolled cannabis holder configured to facilitate smoking of the rolled cannabis wherein the body can be manufactured from heat resistant materials such as but not limited to ceramic.
To the accomplishment of the above and related objects the present invention may be embodied in the form illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Attention is called to the fact that the drawings are illustrative only. Variations are contemplated as being a part of the present invention, limited only by the scope of the claims.
