In view of the limitations now present in the prior art, this invention provides a new and useful slip on boot repair kit for roof flashing, a seal for stand pipes extending thru the roof to prevent rain water leaking into the building. This invention can be installed by homeowners or handy man in several minutes without replacing shingles and only cost a few dollars, contractors charge $150.00 to $250.00 per roof as some homes have 6 standpipes.

In view of the limitation now present in the prior art, The present invention provides a new and useful slip on boot repair kit for roof flashing, a seal for pipes extending thru the roof to prevent leakage of rain water leaking into the building. This invention can be installed by homeowner or handy man in minutes without replacing shingles and only cost a few dollars

The present inventions provide a flashing of approximately 11 inches by 15 inches which must be installed under the shingles, on older homes the shingles break during installation and cannot be matched perfectly due to the fading process.

I am a contractor, and have replaced many standpipe seals. Most contractors charge $150.00 to $250.00 per roof as some homes have up to 6 standpipes.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The roof flashing repair kit is a new and useful slip on boot for roof flashing, a seal for pipes extend thru the roof to prevent leakage of rain water into homes and buildings.

This slip on boot is made of rubber and is available in several sizes to accommodate all sizes of stand pipes and can be installed without removing and replacing shingles. On older homes shingles are brittle and will break while being removed, shingles cannot be matched due to the fading process.

The present means of replacing the boot with a 11 inch by 15 inch base, removing shingles. Boot is not sold separately.

1. The roof flashing repair kit includes a one piece rubber replacement boot for for standpipes going thru the roof to prevent water from leaking thru the roof. Replacement boot comes in several sizes to accommodate all sizes of stand pipes is inexpensive and can be installed in minutes by homeowner or handy man.

2. this roof flashing repair kit is designed for replacing boot without replacing the shingles, old shingles are brittle and will break while being removed. Old shingles cannot be matched perfectly due to the fading process.
