DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The technical solution of the present invention will be described clearly and completely in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are parts of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. It should be noted that several variations and improvements can be made by those of ordinary skills in the art without departing from the concept of the present invention, and shall be construed as falling within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a rope winding device in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a rope winding seat 11, a rope reel shaft 12, a ratchet 13 and a handle 14. The two ends of the rope reel shaft 12 pass through the rope winding seat 11 and are rotatably connected with the rope winding seat 11. One end of the rope reel shaft 12 is provided with a gear 15, and the ratchet 13 is rotatably mounted on the rope winding seat 11 and meshed with the gear 15. The other end of the rope reel shaft 12 is connected with the handle 14.

The rope winding device 10 of the present invention has a simple structure. The handle 14 and the rope reel shaft 12 can be detachably connected, which is convenient for carrying and storing. In addition, by connecting the tension rope 30 with the rope reel shaft 12, when the rope reel shaft 12 is driven to rotate through the handle 14, the tension rope 30 wound on the rope reel shaft 12 can be stretched to achieve a tension effect. When a certain degree of tension is reached, the ratchet 13 is driven to mesh with the gear 15 to thereby lock/stop the rope reel shaft 12. When the tension rope 30 needs to be retracted, the ratchet wheel 13 is disengaged from the gear 15 to thereby release the rope reel shaft 12. Without the limit of the ratchet 13, the gear 15 and the rope reel shaft 12 can rotate in the opposite direction, and thus the tension rope 30 is “retracted”.

In order to facilitate the fixation of the tension rope 30 and the rope winding device 10, a rope hole 17 penetrates through the middle of the rope reel shaft 12, and the tension rope 30 passes through the rope hole 17 and is tied with a knot to thereby fasten the tension rope 30 to the rope reel shaft 12.

In order to realize easy storage, the handle 14 is detachably connected with the rope reel shaft 12, a connecting shaft 16 with a non-circle cross section is coaxially arranged at the other end of the rope reel shaft 12. The handle 14 is provided with a connecting hole (not shown) with a non-circle cross section into which the connecting shaft 16 can be inserted. The connecting shaft 16 is inserted into the connecting hole so that the handle 14 is detachably connected to the rope reel shaft 12. In the preferred embodiment, the cross sections of the connecting shaft 16 and the connecting hole are square. The design of the square connecting shaft 16 realizes the detachable connection of the handle 14 and the rope reel shaft 12 on the one hand, and on the other hand prevents relative rotation between the handle 14 and the rope reel shaft 12.

Understandably, the handle 14 and the rope reel shaft 12 can also be connected by welding. Specifically, the square connecting shaft 16 is inserted into the connecting hole of the handle 14 and then welded. Thus, the handle 14 is fixedly connected with the rope reel shaft 12 and is not easy to be damaged during rotation.

Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, a rope tensioning device includes the above-mentioned rope winding device 10, two symmetrically arranged supporting rods 20 and a tension rope 30. The supporting rod 20 includes an upper rod 22 and a lower rod 23 detachably connected to each other. The top ends of the two upper rods 22 are each provided with a hoisting ring 21. The rope winding device 10 is installed at the middle of one of the lower rods 23. One end of the tension rope 30 passes through the hoisting ring 21 located at the top end of one of the upper rods 22 and is connected with the rope winding device 10 located at the middle of the lower rod 23. The other end of the tension rope 30 is connected with the hoisting ring 21 at the top end of the other upper rod 22.

The rope tensioning device of the present invention adopts the rope winding device 10. The handle 14 rotates one turn to drive the rope reel shaft 12 to rotate one turn, which can realize the rapid tensioning of the tension rope 30, thereby greatly improving the operation efficiency.

In the embodiment, only one rope winding device 10 is used. It is also possible to provide a rope winding device 10 on each of the two supporting rods 20, so that both ends of the tension rope 30 pass through the hoisting rings 21 on the top ends of the upper rods 22 respectively and are connected to the corresponding rope winding devices 10 at the middle of the lower rods 23.

In order to realize the tightening and fixing of the rope tensioning device, the rope tensioning device further includes a fixed rope 40, a stopper 50 and a fixed pile 60. The stopper 50 is provided with two through holes 5. One end of the fixed rope 40 passes through one of the through holes 51 and is connected to the fixed pile 60 which is fixed on the ground. The other end of the fixed rope 40 passes through the hoisting ring 21, and then passes through the other through hole 51 to be tied with a knot and fastened to the stopper 50.

Further, the rope tensioning device further includes a buckle 80 which is connected to the hoist ring 21. The other end of the fixed rope 40 passes through the buckle 80, and then passes through the other through hole 51 to be tied with a knot and fastened to the stopper 50.

In this embodiment, two fixed ropes 40 are provided and thus two sets of stoppers 50 and fixed piles 60 are provided. By two fixed ropes 40 being fixed to the ground, a balance of force is achieved between the two fixed ropes 40 and the associated tension rope 30 so that on the one hand, the supporting rod 20 is arranged vertically and the bottom end of the supporting rod 20 does not need to be fixed to the ground; on the other hand, the tension rope 30 is kept tensioned.

Referring to FIG. 7, a ball net frame includes the above-mentioned rope tensioning device and a ball net 70. The rope tensioning device includes a rope winding device 10, two supporting rods 20, a tension rope 30, a fixed rope 40, stoppers 50 and fixed piles 60. The net 70 is stretched and fixed by the rope tensioning device. Specifically, the two sides of the net 70 are provided with sleeves 71 which are sleeved on the upper rods 22 of the supporting rods 20 so that the two sides of the net 70 are fixedly connected with the upper rods 22. The upper rods 22 are then assembled to the corresponding lower rods 23. One end of the tension rope 30 is fixed/tied with the hoisting ring 21 of the upper rod 22 on the right side. The other end of the tension rope 30 follows the upper end of the net 70 from the right side to the left side and then passes through the hoisting ring 21 on the left side of the net 70 and is fastened with the rope winding device 10 at the lower rod 23 on the left side of the net 70. By turning the handle 14 to realize the tensioning of the tension rope 30, the net 70 is unfolded and the surface of the net 70 is stretched. Two sets of fixed ropes 40 pass through the same buckle 80, one end of each fixed rope 40 passes through the stopper 50 to connect to the fixed pile 60 which is fixed to the ground, and the other end of the fixed rope 40 is tied/fastened with the stopper 50 after passing through the buckle 80. The supporting rods 20 are maintained vertically by the fixed ropes 40. The bottom ends of the lower rods 23 can touch the ground. Alternatively, the bottom ends of the lower rods 23 is spaced from the ground.

The ball net frame of the present invention can not only tighten/stretch the ball net 70 but also strengthen the stability of the ball net frame to prevent the ball net frame from falling down when the ball is struck vigorously.

The net frame is often exposed to outside. In order to prevent water from entering the net 70, the upper and lower sides of the net 70 are respectively provided with net belts 72 and the lower net belt 72 at the lower side is provided with several leaking holes 722. The tension rope 30 pass through the upper net belt 72 to tighten/stretch the net 70.
