It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and structural changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

General Overview:

It should be noted that the descriptions that follow, for example, in terms of a rosin core rolled smoking product method and devices is described for illustrative purposes and the underlying system can apply to any number and multiple types of rosin core rolled smoking products. In one embodiment of the present invention, the rosin core rolled smoking product method and devices can be configured using one or more type of paper wrapper. The rosin core rolled smoking product method and devices can be configured to include one or more type of smoking materials and can be configured to include one or more type of rosin material using the present invention.

FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of an overview of rosin core rolled smoking product method and devices of one embodiment. FIG. 1 shows an apparatus for producing one or more rosin core rolled smoking product 100. This apparatus is also referred to herein by the term “rosin core rolling apparatus” without any change in meaning. A rosin core smoking material app for regulating the apparatus operations 110 allows a user to remotely operate the rosin core rolling apparatus. A first and second layer of user selected smoking materials includes an injected rosin core between the two layers for packing into the apparatus 120.

A paper wrapper for rolling using the apparatus around the packed smoking material with the rosin core and tapered tip 140 includes at one end a mucilage edge to stick the rolled paper wrapper in place. A tapered crunch device for inserting into the tapered tip for holding the trimmed paper wrapper in place 150. Upon completion of the tapered crunch tip insertion the rosin core rolled smoking product is extracted from the apparatus for a smoker's use 160 of one embodiment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

FIG. 2 shows a block diagram of an overview flow chart of rosin core rolled smoking product method and devices of one embodiment. FIG. 2 shows providing an apparatus for producing one or more rosin core rolled smoking product 200. Providing a rosin core smoking material app for regulating the apparatus operations 210 allows a user to remotely operate the apparatus. The production begins with packing a first layer of a user selected smoking material into the apparatus 220. The packed first layer includes a pressed rosin core channel for injecting a user selected rosin core into a depression pressed into the packed selected smoking material 230.

Packing a second layer of the selected smoking material on top of the selected rosin core 240 provides the balance of the selected smoking material. The apparatus packs the two layers of smoking materials and the rosin core into a cylindrical shape. Inserting a tapered tip at a first packed smoking material terminus 250 positions the tapered tip for rolling. Rolling a paper wrapper around the packed smoking material with the rosin core 260 includes dampening a mucilage strip at the end of the paper wrapper to stick the end in place for holding the shape.

Twisting then trimming the rolled paper wrapper at both ends of the rolled smoking material 270 maintains the rolled shape. The apparatus performs inserting a tapered crunch device into the tapered tip for holding the trimmed paper wrapper in place 280. Upon completion of the tapered crunch tip insertion the apparatus uses a vacuum device for extracting the rosin core rolled smoking product from the apparatus 290 of one embodiment.

The user digital device 300 shows displayed a button to begin single roll process 311. The user may select a button to begin multiple roll process 312 to produce more than one rosin core rolled smoking product. The user next to the # of rolls 313 category may enter a number of rolls for example insert a number for example 3314. The user is then prompted to select smoking material 320 from a selection of cigarette tobacco 321, pipe tobacco 322 and other selections 323 that will be displayed if this button is tapped.

Once the user has selected the smoking material the user selection process prompts to select rosin core 330. A user may select a rosin material made from the selected smoking material the user has selected same as tobacco 331. The user may select another material for example hemp CBD oil <0.3 THC 332 which is a legal form of CBD. The selection includes other rosin types 333 that will be displayed should the user tap this button. Upon completing the selections the rosin core rolling apparatus app 310 proceeds to issue functional commands transmitted to the rosin core rolling apparatus 340.
