Abstract
A rotatable humidification atomizer comprises a base, on which a water tank is arranged. A downward water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the water tank, and an atomizer is fixedly arranged at the bottom. A control component is arranged in the middle of the base, and the atomizer is electrically coupled with the control component. The humidification atomizer can be rotated by arranging a rotating component between the base and the water tank. In use, the water tank cover needs to be removed as a whole when filling and changing water. The water tank on the base can be kept stationary, so that it is easy to use; the humidification atomizer sprays atomized water upward. Due to the vertical integrated design, the humidification atomizer is small and compact.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the technical field of humidification atomizers, in particular to a rotatable humidification atomizer.


BACKGROUND

As living standards improve, people have higher requirements for quality of life. During different seasons air inside the house becomes dry which can be uncomfortable for people. There are numerous types of humidifiers available on the market.


At present, the humidifiers available on the market are fixed in place, and there is only one vent hole arranged at the top of the humidifiers. Humidifiers cannot meet user requirements within a short period of time and indoor humidity levels cannot be kept consistent. Therefore, it is urgent for a person skilled in the art to solve the problem of how to realize humidity levels and humidity consistency within a short period of time without the humidifier occupying large interior space.


SUMMARY

The purpose of the present application is to provide a rotatable humidification atomizer in view of the above-mentioned defects, in order to solve the technical problem of the prior art, such as the humidity not being uniform and consistent.


In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application adopts the following technical proposal:


The present application provides a rotatable humidification atomizer, which comprises a base, a water tank is arranged on the base, a downward water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the water tank, an atomizer is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the water outlet, a control component is arranged in the middle of the base, and the atomizer is configured to electrically couple with the control component. A rotating component is arranged between the base and the water tank, and the rotating component is configured to electrically couple with the control component.


Further, the rotating component comprise a motor base, a motor, a gear set, a turntable and a water tank mounting base. The motor base is fixedly mounted on the base, and the middle part of the motor base is configured to protrude upward to form a circular boss, the motor is fixed to the edge of the circular boss of the motor base, a lower part of an inner ring of the turntable is movably sleeved on the circular boss. A ring of internal teeth is arranged at the bottom of the inner ring of the turntable, the gear set is fixed to a drive shaft of the motor and meshes with the internal teeth of the turntable, and the water tank mounting base is fixedly embedded in the upper part of the inner ring of the turntable.


Further, a screw fitting seat is arranged in the middle of the water tank mounting base and is configured to mount the water tank, and the water tank is fixed to the water tank mounting base by screws.


Further, the control component comprises a main control panel and a control keyboard arranged on the main control panel, and a key window corresponding to the control keyboard is arranged on the side of the base.


Further, the rotatable humidification atomizer also comprises a water tank cover, the water tank cover is configured to detachably arrange on the upper opening of the water tank, and an atomized water outlet is arranged in the middle of the water tank cover.


Further, a water baffle is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the atomized water outlet of the water tank cover, and a gap is left between the water baffle and the atomized water outlet.


Compared with the prior art, the present application has beneficial effects as follows: 1. by arranging a rotating component between the base and the water tank, the humidification atomizer can be rotated, which results in a uniform humidification level; 2. During the use of the humidification atomizer, the water tank cover must be removed as a whole when filling and changing water, and at this time, the water tank on the base of the humidification atomizer is stationary, so that it is easy to use; 3. The humidification atomizer sprays atomized water upward, and a downward water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the water tank while an atomizer is fixed at the bottom of the water outlet. Due to the vertical integrated design, the humidification atomizer is small and compact.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present application is further described below with reference to the drawings.


According to FIGS. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the present application provides a rotatable humidification atomizer. The rotatable humidification atomizer comprises a base 1, on which a water tank 2 is arranged, a downward water outlet 3 is arranged at the bottom of the water tank 2, an atomizer 4 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the water outlet 3, a control component 5 is arranged in the middle of the base 1, the atomizer 4 is configured to electrically couple with the control component 5, and the control component 5 is electrically coupled to an external power source through a wire to control the operation of the entire humidification atomizer;


Importantly, a rotating component 6 is arranged between the base 1 and the water tank 2, the rotating component 6 is configured to electrically couple with the control component 5, and the control component 5 is configured to control the operation of the rotating component 6; the humidification atomizer can be rotated by the rotating component 6, which results in a uniform humidification level.


More specifically, the rotating component 6 comprises a motor base 601, a motor 602, a gear set 603, a turntable 604 and a water tank mounting base 605. The motor base 601 is fixedly mounted on the base 1, the middle part of the motor base 601 is configured to protrude upward to form a circular boss 606. The motor 602 is fixed to the edge of the circular boss 606 of the motor base 601. A lower part of the inner ring of the turntable 604 is movably sleeved on the circular boss 606, and the turntable can rotate under force; a ring of internal teeth 607 is arranged at the bottom of the inner ring of the turntable 604, the gear set 603 is fixed to the drive shaft of the motor 602 and meshes with the internal teeth 607 of the turntable 604; when the motor rotates, it drives the gear set 603, and the gear set 603 drives the internal teeth 607, thereby driving the turntable 604 to rotate on the circular boss 606.


More specifically, a screw fitting seat 608 is arranged in the middle of the water tank mounting base 605 and is configured to mount the water tank 2, and the water tank 2 is fixed to the water tank mounting base 605 by screws. In this way, the water tank 2 can rotate synchronously with the water tank mounting base 60.


The water tank mounting base 605 is fixedly embedded in the upper part of the inner ring of the turntable 604 and can rotate synchronously with the turntable 604.


More specifically, the control component 5 comprises a main control panel 501 and a control keyboard 502 arranged on the main control panel 501, and a key window 503 corresponding to the control keyboard 502 is arranged on the side of the base 1. This design is compact and easy to control.


More specifically, the rotatable humidification atomizer also comprises a water tank cover 7, the water tank cover 7 is configured to detachably arrange on the upper opening of the water tank 2, and an atomized water outlet is arranged in the middle of the water tank cover 7 and is configured to form an atomized water channel; a water baffle 702 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the atomized water outlet 701 of the water tank cover 7, and a gap is left between the water baffle 702 and the atomized water outlet 701, so that atomized water vaper can be sprayed out smoothly, and at the same time, the water drops are prevented from leaking outward; the water tank cover must be removed as a whole when filling and changing water, and at this time, the water tank on the base of the humidification atomizer can be kept stationary, so that it can be easy used; the humidification atomizer sprays atomized water upward, and a downward water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the water tank while an atomizer is fixed at the bottom of the water outlet. Due to the vertical integrated design, the humidification atomizer is small and compact.

Claims
  • 1. A rotatable humidification atomizer, comprising a base, a water tank is arranged on the base, a downward water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the water tank, an atomizer is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the water outlet, and a control component is arranged in the middle of the base, and the atomizer is configured to electrically couple with the control component, wherein a rotating component is arranged between the base and the water tank, and the rotating component is configured to electrically couple with the control component.
  • 2. The rotatable humidification atomizer as recited in claim 1, wherein the rotating component comprises a motor base, a motor, a gear set, a turntable and a water tank mounting base, the motor base is fixedly mounted on the base, the middle part of the motor base is configured to protrude upward to form a circular boss, the motor is fixed to the edge of the circular boss of the motor base, a lower part of an inner ring of the turntable is movably sleeved on the circular boss, a ring of internal teeth is arranged at the bottom of the inner ring of the turntable, the gear set is fixed to a drive shaft of the motor and meshes with the internal teeth of the turntable, and the water tank mounting base is fixedly embedded in a upper part of the inner ring of the turntable.
  • 3. The rotatable humidification atomizer as recited in claim 2, wherein a screw fitting seat is arranged in the middle of the water tank mounting base and is configured to mount the water tank, and the water tank is fixed to the water tank mounting base by screws.
  • 4. The rotatable humidification atomizer as recited in claim 1, wherein the control component comprises a main control panel and a control keyboard arranged on the main control panel, and a key window corresponding to the control keyboard is arranged on the side of the base.
  • 5. The rotatable humidification atomizer as recited in claim 1, wherein further comprises a water tank cover, the water tank cover is configured to detachably arrange on the upper opening of the water tank, and an atomized water outlet is arranged in the middle of the water tank cover.
  • 6. The rotatable humidification atomizer as recited in claim 5, wherein a water baffle is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the atomized water outlet of the water tank cover, and a gap is left between the water baffle and the atomized water outlet.
