Abstract
A rotating bathing chair that is convenient for translation is provided, which includes a seat plate and a leg tube assembly. The seat plate is provided on the leg tube assembly, a rotatable assembly is provided between the seat plate and the leg tube assembly and includes a fixed frame connected to the seat plate. The leg tube assembly includes four support legs and a movable transverse tube connected to the support legs, an axial length of the movable transverse tube is greater than a width of the seat plate. The fixed frame is provided with a fixed piece fixedly connected to it, and the fixed piece can slide on the transverse tube, this facilitates a movement of the bathing chair on a horizontal direction for people with limited mobility, thereby greatly reducing an operation of a horizontal movement of the bathing chair.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field of chair technologies, and in particular, to a rotating bathing chair that is convenient for translation.


BACKGROUND

The purpose of a rotating bathing chair is to provide people with limited mobility with the ability to rotate while taking a shower, in order to reduce accidents such as falls. However, existing rotating bathing chairs can only rotate in angle, and if a horizontal movement is required, it is needed to move the bathing chairs. For people with limited mobility, moving the bathing chairs is difficult and may even cause falls.


The technical problem to be solved by the present application is how to design a rotating bathing chair that is convenient for translation without moving.


SUMMARY

In order to overcome the shortcomings of existing technology, a purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a rotating bathing chair that is convenient for translation.


The technical solution adopted by the present disclosure is a rotating bathing chair that is convenient for translation, which includes a seat plate and a leg tube assembly; the seat plate is provided on the leg tube assembly; a rotatable assembly is provided between the seat plate and the leg tube assembly, the rotatable assembly includes a fixed frame connected to the seat plate; the leg tube assembly includes four support legs and a movable transverse tube connected to the support legs, an axial length of the movable transverse tube is greater than a width of the seat plate; the fixed frame is provided with a fixed piece that is fixedly connected to the fixed frame; the fixed piece is capable of being sliding on the movable transverse tube.


The seat plate can slide on the movable transverse tube by the fixed frame and the fixed piece.


In some embodiments, the fixed piece is provided with a button, which is rotatably installed on the fixed piece; one end of the button is provided with a locking shaft, which abuts against an outer wall of the movable transverse tube. In order to lock a position of the fixed frame on the movable transverse tube, the button is pressed to generate a friction between the locking shaft and the outer wall of the fixed piece, thereby adjusting a relative position between the fixed piece and the movable transverse tube.


In some embodiments, the rotatable assembly includes a rotatable inner ring and a rotatable outer ring. The rotatable outer ring is sleeved on the rotatable inner ring, and the rotatable inner ring is rotatably connected to the rotatable outer ring. The rotatable inner ring is connected to a bottom of the seat plate, and the rotatable outer ring is connected to the fixed frame. The rotatable inner ring rotates in the rotatable outer ring, so that the seat plate is rotated by the rotatable inner ring,


In some embodiments, there are two movable transverse tubes, and the fixed frame includes two fixed transverse tubes that have a same axial direction with the movable transverse tubes. One of the two fixed transverse tubes is provided with a limit sliding element that is slidably connected to the movable transverse tubes, and the other one of the two fixed transverse tubes is provided with the fixed piece, which facilitates front and rear movements of the seat plate. Besides, by providing with two sets of movable transverse tubes and fixed transverse tubes, a movement process is more reliable and stable.


In some embodiments, each of the four support legs includes a support leg connection rod and a support leg adjustment rod. The support leg connection rod is connected to the movable transverse tube, the support leg adjustment rod is sleeved on an outer wall of the support leg connection rod. The support leg adjustment rod is provided with a plurality of axially arranged adjustment leg holes, and the support leg connection rod is provided with a fixing leg hole that is communicated with the adjustment leg hole. The support leg adjustment rod is connected to the support leg connection rod via the adjustment leg hole. A height of the support leg connection rod can be adjusted by adjusting a connection between different adjustment leg holes and the support leg connection rod.


In some embodiments, the rotating bathing chair further includes an armrest assembly, which includes a fixed rod, an armrest rod, and a locking part. The armrest rod is sleeved on one end of the fixed rod, the armrest rod is provided with a connection hole. The fixed rod is provided with a fixing hole, the locking part includes a locking buckle and a locking pin. The locking pin passes through the connection hole and the fixing hole, one end of the locking pin is connected to the locking buckle. This structure facilitates a removal of the armrest rod and facilitates the translation.


In some embodiments, the seat plate is provided with a plurality of water leakage holes that can remove accumulated water from the seat plate.


In some embodiments, the seat plate is provided with a backrest fixedly connected to the seat plate.


In some embodiments, the seat plate is provided with a seat locking component, which includes a locking handle, a reset spring, a locking seat, and a seat locking pin. The rotatable outer ring is provided with a plurality of locking grooves, the locking seat is fixedly connected to the bottom of the seat plate. The locking handle is fixedly connected to the seat locking pin; one end of the reset spring is connected to the locking handle and the other end thereof is connected to the locking seat. The seat locking pin is inserted into the locking groove, the seat lock component can lock a rotation angle of the rotatable outer ring so as to prevent the seat plate from rotating at unnecessary times.


The beneficial effects of the present disclosure are as following:

    • the rotating bathing chair that is convenient for translation is provided with the movable transverse tube with a length longer than the width of the seat plate. The seat plate can slide on the movable transverse tube, which facilitates a movement of the bathing chair on a horizontal plane for people with limited mobility, greatly reducing an operation of a horizontal movement of the bathing chair and minimizing a danger during a moving process.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The following will provide a clear and complete description of the technical solution in the embodiments of the present disclosure, based on the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, not all of them. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative work are within the protection scope of the present disclosure.


Please refer to FIGS. 1-5. The present disclosure provides a rotating bathing chair that is convenient for translation, which includes a seat plate 1, a leg tube assembly 2, an armrest assembly 3, and a backrest 4. The seat plate 1 is provided on the leg tube assembly 2 and is provided with a backrest 4 that is fixedly connected to the seat plate 1. The seat plate 1 is provided with the armrest assembly 3 on two opposite sides of the seat plate 1. The seat plate 1 is provided with a plurality of water leakage holes, which can remove accumulated water on the seat plate 1.


A rotatable assembly is provided between the seat plate 1 and the leg tube assembly 2. The rotatable assembly includes a fixed frame 51, a rotatable inner ring 52, and a rotatable outer ring 53 that are all connected to the seat plate 1. The rotatable outer ring 53 is sleeved on the rotatable inner ring 52, and the rotatable inner ring 52 is rotatably connected to the rotatable outer ring 53. The rotatable inner ring 52 is fixedly connected to a bottom of the seat plate 1, and the rotatable outer ring 53 is fixedly connected to the fixed frame 51. The rotatable outer ring 53 is fixedly installed above the fixed frame 51. The seat plate 1 is provided with a seat locking component, which includes a locking handle 61, a reset spring 62, a locking seat 63, and a seat locking pin 64. The rotatable outer ring 53 is provide with a plurality of locking grooves; the locking seat 63 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the seat plate 1. The locking handle 61 is fixedly connected to the seat locking pin 64; one end of the reset spring 62 is connected to the locking handle 61 and the other end thereof is connected to the locking seat 63. The seat locking pin 64 is inserted into the locking groove. The seat locking component can lock a rotation angle of the rotatable outer ring 53 so as to avoid a rotation of the seat plate 1 at unnecessary times. When it is necessary to rotate the rotatable outer ring 53, the locking handle 61 is pulled to release a connection between the seat locking pin 64 and the locking groove for rotation operation.


The leg tube assembly 2 includes four support legs and a movable transverse tube 21 connected to the support legs. The support legs include a support leg connection rod 22 and a support leg adjustment rod 23. The support leg connection rod 22 is connected to the movable transverse tube 21, the support leg adjustment rod 23 is sleeved on an outer wall of the support leg connection rod 22. The support leg adjustment rod 23 is provided with a plurality of axially arranged adjustment leg holes, the support leg connection rod 22 is provided with a fixing leg hole connected to the adjustment leg holes. The support leg adjustment rod 23 is connected to the support leg connection rod 22 via the adjustment leg holes. The support leg connection rod 22 is connected to the support leg adjustment rod 23 by inserting a screw or a pin shaft into an adjustment hinge hole and the fixing leg holes. By adjusting a connection between different adjustment holes and the support leg connection rod 22, a height of the support leg connection rod 22 can be adjusted, and it is also convenient for a horizontal transportation. An axial length of the movable transverse tube 21 is greater than a width of the seat plate 1. There are two movable transverse tubes 21, and the fixed frame 51 is provided with a fixed piece 54 that is fixedly connected to it. The fixed piece 54 slides on the movable transverse tube 21. The fixed frame 51 includes two fixed transverse tubes have a same axial direction with the movable transverse tube 21. One of the two fixed transverse tubes is provided with a limit sliding element 55 that is slidably connected to the movable transverse tube 21, and the other one of the two fixed transverse tubes is provided with the fixed piece 54. The seat plate 1 can slide on the movable transverse tube 21 by the fixed frame 51 and the fixed piece 54.


The fixed piece 54 is provided with a button 541 and a locking hole. The button 541 is rotatably installed on the fixed piece 54; one end of the button 541 is provided with a locking shaft 542. The locking shaft 542 passes through the locking hole and abuts against an outer wall of the movable transverse tube 21. The locking hole limits a radial movement of the locking shaft 542. In order to lock a position of the fixed frame 51 on the movable transverse tube 21, the button 541 is pressed to generate a friction between the locking shaft 542 and the outer wall of the fixed piece 54, thereby fixing a relative position between the fixed piece 54 and the movable transverse tube 21.


The armrest assembly 3 includes a fixed rod 31, an armrest rod 32, a limit rod 33, and a locking part 34. One end of the armrest rod 32 is sleeved on an upper of the limit rod 33, the other end thereof is sleeved on the fixed rod 31. The armrest rod 32 is provided with a connection hole, which is provided with a spring sleeved on an outer wall of the locking pin 342. The fixed rod 31 is provided with a fixing hole, the locking part 34 includes a locking buckle 341 and a locking pin 342. The locking pin 342 passes through the connection hole and the fixing hole so as to fix a position between the armrest rod 32 and the fixed rod 31. One end of the locking pin 342 is connected to the locking buckle 341. This structure facilitates a removal of the armrest rod 32 and facilitates a horizontal transportation.

  • 1. A rotating bathing chair that is convenient for translation, comprising a seat plate and a leg tube assembly, the seat plate is provided on the leg tube assembly, wherein a rotatable assembly is provided between the seat plate and the leg tube assembly, and the rotatable assembly comprises a fixed frame connected to the seat plate;the leg tube assembly comprises four support legs and a movable transverse tube connected to the support legs, an axial length of the movable transverse tube is greater than a width of the seat plate;the fixed frame is provided with a fixed piece that is fixedly connected to the fixed frame, and the fixed piece is capable of being slided on the movable transverse tube.
  • 2. The rotating bathing chair according to claim 1, wherein the fixed piece is provided with a button, the button is rotatably installed on the fixed piece; one end of the button is provided with a locking shaft, which abuts against an outer wall of the movable transverse tube.
  • 3. The rotating bathing chair according to claim 1, wherein the rotatable assembly comprises a rotatable inner ring and a rotatable outer ring, the rotatable inner ring is rotatably connected to the rotatable outer ring; the rotatable outer ring is sleeved on the rotatable inner ring, wherein the rotatable inner ring is connected to a bottom of the seat plate; the rotatable outer ring is connected to the fixed frame.
  • 4. The rotating bathing chair according to claim 2, wherein there are two movable transverse tubes, the fixed frame comprises two fixed transverse tubes have a same axial direction with the movable transverse tubes; one of the two fixed transverse tubes is provided with a limit sliding element that is slidably connected to the movable transverse tubes, and the other one of the two fixed transverse tubes is provided with the fixed piece.

The rotating bathing chair according to claim 1, wherein each of the four support legs comprises a support leg connection rod and a support leg adjustment rod, the support leg connection rod is connected to the movable transverse tube, the support leg adjustment rod is sleeved on an outer wall of the support leg connection rod,the support leg adjustment rod is provided with a plurality of axially arranged adjustment leg holes, the support leg connection rod is provided with a fixing leg hole that is communicated with the adjustment leg hole,the support leg adjustment rod is connected to the support leg connection rod via the adjustment leg hole.

The rotating bathing chair according to claim 1, further comprising an armrest assembly, wherein the armrest assembly comprises a fixed rod, an armrest rod, and a locking part;the armrest rod is sleeved on one end of the fixed rod, the armrest rod is provided with a connection hole;the fixed rod is provided with a fixing hole, the locking part comprises a locking buckle and a locking pin, the locking pin passes through the connection hole and the fixing hole, one end of the locking pin is connected to the locking buckle.
  • 7. The rotating bathing chair according to claim 1, wherein the seat plate is provided with a plurality of water leakage holes.
  • 8. The rotating bathing chair according to claim 1, wherein the seat plate is provided with a backrest fixedly connected to the seat plate.

The rotating bathing chair according to claim 3, wherein the seat plate is provided with a seat locking component, and the seat locking component comprises a locking handle, a reset spring, a locking seat, and a seat locking pin; the rotatable outer ring is provided with a plurality of locking grooves, and the locking seat is fixedly connected to the bottom of the seat plate;the locking handle and the seat locking pin are fixedly connected;one end of the reset spring is connected to the locking handle, and the other end thereof is connected to the locking seat;the seat locking pin is inserted into the locking groove.
