The present invention relates to an intelligent toilet, and more particularly to a routing structure of the intelligent toilet.
A conventional intellectual toilet, which is one piece formed, contains a toilet seat, wherein the toilet seat has a power cord and a water supply pipe exposing outside, so the power cord and the water supply pipe are pulled or broken easily. Another conventional intellectual toilet contains a cabinet fixed on a rear end of a toilet body so as to receive a power cord and a water supply pipe, wherein the cabinet has at least one orifice defined on a rear wall thereof so as to insert the power cord and the water supply pipe, however, the cabinet will increase production cost of the conventional intellectual toilet. In addition, the rear plate of the cabinet is close to a rear wall, the power cord and the water supply pipe are therefore bent, thus blocking a water flow line or breaking the power cord.
As shown in
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a routing structure of an intelligent toilet which is capable of hiding a power cord and a water supply pipe of a seat assembly in a ceramic body so as to obtain aesthetics appearance.
Further object of the present invention is to provide a routing structure of an intelligent toilet which a user will not pull the power cord and the water supply pipe so as to enhance safety and service life of the power cord and the water supply pipe.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a routing structure of an intelligent toilet in which the ceramic body is one piece formed so as to simplify and produce the routing structure at lower cost.
To obtain the above objectives, a routing structure of an intelligent toilet contains: a ceramic body, a water tank, a seat assembly, a cavity, at least one through hole, and two inserting portions.
The seat assembly is disposed on the ceramic body and including a toilet seat, a cover, a power cord, and a water supply pipe.
The cavity is one piece formed below the water tank of the ceramic body and includes an opening facing to a rear wall.
The at least one through hole communicates with an upper wall above the cavity and is located behind a water rim of the ceramic body.
The two inserting portions are arranged around two rear ends of the two side walls of the cavity.
Thereby, the power cord and the water supply pipe of the seat assembly are inserted into the cavity from the at least one through hole.
Preferably, the cavity includes two through holes defined on two sides of the upper wall behind the water rim of the ceramic body so that the power cord and the water supply pipe of the seat assembly are inserted into the cavity from the two through holes.
Preferably, the two rear ends of the two side walls of the cavity extend downwardly and concave obliquely so as to define the two inserting portions.
Preferably, the two rear ends of the two side walls of the cavity includes the two inserting portions so as to define a gap between the two inserting portions.
Preferably, the two side walls have two orifices defined thereon adjacent to the rear wall so that the power cord and the water supply pipe are extended out of the two orifices of the two side walls.
Preferably, the water tank is one piece formed on the ceramic body.
The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.
With reference to
a ceramic body 11 including a water tank 111 one piece formed thereon;
a seat assembly 12 disposed on the ceramic body 11 and including a toilet seat 121, a cover 122, a power cord 123, and a water supply pipe 124; characterized in that:
a cavity 13 is one piece formed below the water tank 111 of the ceramic body 11 and includes an opening 131 facing to a rear wall b;
at least one through hole 14 communicates with an upper wall 132 above the cavity 13 and is located behind a water rim 112 of the ceramic body 11; in this embodiment, the cavity 13 also includes two through holes 14 defined on two sides of the upper wall 132 behind the water rim 112 of the ceramic body 11 so that the power cord 123 and the water supply pipe 124 of the seat assembly 12 are inserted into the cavity 13 from the two through holes 14;
two inserting portions 15 defined around two rear ends of the two side walls 133 of the cavity 13; in this embodiment, the two rear ends of the two side walls 133 of the cavity 13 extend downwardly and concave obliquely so as to define the two inserting portions 15.
In assembly of the seat assembly 12 of the intelligent toilet 10, the power cord 123 and the water supply pipe 124 are inserted into the cavity 13 from the two through holes 14 and extended out of the two inserting portions 15 of the cavity 13, then the power cord 123 and the water supply pipe 124 are connected with or inserted into a valve and an electric socket of the rear wall b. Thereafter, the seat assembly 12 is locked with the ceramic body 11, thus assembling the seat assembly 12 of the intelligent toilet 10. It is to be noted that the seat assembly 12 is locked with the ceramic body 11 in a slidable pressing manner or movable disassembling manner. However, such a locking structure is a well-known art, further remarks are therefore omitted.
It is to be noted that the power cord 123 and the water supply pipe 124 of the seat assembly 12 are hidden in the ceramic body 11 so as to obtain aesthetics appearance. Thereby, a user will not pull the power cord 123 and the water supply pipe 124, thus enhancing safety and service life of the power cord 123 and the water supply pipe 124.
It is to be noted that directions and distances of a valve and an electric socket of a wall surface in a bath room are not identical, so the cavity 13 is used to provide a wide space for inserting the power cord 123 and the water supply pipe 124, thus preventing a damage of the power cord 123 and the water supply pipe 124. Also, the two rear ends of the two side walls 133 of the cavity 13 extend downwardly and concave obliquely so as to define the two inserting portions 15, hence a distance between two lower sides of the two inserting portions 15 and the rear wall b is wide so as to arrange the power cord 123 and the water supply pipe 124.
Furthermore, the ceramic body 11 is one piece formed so as to simplify and produce the routing structure at lower cost.
In this embodiment, the two rear ends of the two side walls 133 of the cavity 13 includes the two inserting portions 15 so as to define a gap between the two inserting portions 15.
In this embodiment, the two inserting portions 15 concave obliquely, or the two rear ends of the two side walls 133 of the cavity 13 includes the two inserting portions 15 so as to define the gap between the two inserting portions 15 and proximate to the rear wall b, such that the power cord 123 and the water supply pipe 124 are inserted out of the gap. Furthermore, as shown in
While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
