Claims
- 1. A rugged shaped sheet comprising:
- a base sheet member; and
- a rugged pattern of a predetermined shape adhered to said base sheet member;
- said rugged pattern comprising at least two projections;
- each of said projections comprising at least two solid cured elastomer pattern elements laminated to each other in such a manner that said pattern elements, at the same distance from said base sheet member, are comprised of the same material, and wherein said pattern elements are formed so as to be different in at least one of size, configuration, color, hardness, elasticity, shock absorbing capability, luster and satinizing from each other, said pattern elements being formed by using at least two perforated plates including perforations and repeatedly carrying out a set of steps comprising arranging one of said perforated plates, pouring an elastomer liquid material into said perforations and semicuring said elastomer liquid material; and thereafter completely curing the elastomer material.
- 2. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 1, wherein said rugged shaped sheet constitutes an outer sole which forms a lowermost layer of a shoe sole.
- 3. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 1, wherein said rugged pattern has a ground surface generally formed into a concave shape;
- said ground surface having a periphery formed at an acute angle with respect to a side surface of said rugged pattern.
- 4. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 2, wherein said rugged pattern has a ground surface generally formed into a concave shape;
- said ground surface having a periphery formed at an acute angle with respect to a side surface of said rugged pattern.
- 5. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 1, wherein said pattern elements of said rugged pattern have colors applied thereto in such a manner that said colors are different between each two of said pattern elements which are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in at least a vertical direction.
- 6. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 2, wherein said pattern elements of said rugged pattern have colors applied thereto in such a manner that said colors are different between each two of said pattern elements which are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in at least a vertical direction.
- 7. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 3, wherein said pattern elements of said rugged pattern have colors applied thereto in such a manner that said colors are different between each two of said pattern elements which are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in at least a vertical direction.
- 8. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 4, wherein said pattern elements of said rugged pattern have colors applied thereto in such a manner that said colors are different between each two of said pattern elements which are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in at least a vertical direction.
- 9. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 1, wherein said pattern elements of said rugged pattern are formed so as to be different in size or combination of size and configuration from each other, resulting in said rugged pattern being formed into a stepwise configuration.
- 10. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 2, wherein said pattern elements of said rugged pattern are formed so as to be different in size or combination of size and configuration from each other, resulting in said rugged pattern being formed into a stepwise configuration.
- 11. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 3, wherein said pattern elements of said rugged pattern are formed so as to be different in size or combination of size and configuration from each other, resulting in said rugged pattern being formed into a stepwise configuration.
- 12. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 4, wherein said pattern elements of said rugged pattern are formed so as to be different in size or combination of size and configuration from each other, resulting in said rugged pattern being formed into a stepwise configuration.
- 13. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 5, wherein said pattern elements of said rugged pattern are formed so as to be different in size or combination of size and configuration from each other, resulting in said rugged pattern being formed into a stepwise configuration.
- 14. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 1, incorporated into a sports shoe as a sole of the shoe.
- 15. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 1, wherein said base sheet member is made of a synthetic resin material, a rubber material or a nonwoven fabric material.
- 16. A rugged shaped sheet as defined in claim 1, wherein said rugged pattern comprises two or three pattern elements laminated to each other.
