The invention relates to igniter devise, concretely relates to an easy-operated igniter gun equipped with safety mechanism.
Current igniter gun is apt to be ignited to hurt children or even endanger the public safety in casing of accidentally mistake manipulation, children playing with it or accidentally knocking against the trigger of igniter gun by hard objects owning to its absence of safety mechanism and thus no restrictive to manipulation of trigger. Meanwhile the gas outlet valve may be opened to discharge inflammable gas in casing of the trigger is pushed down accidentally by external force, so the production and sale of igniter gun without safety mechanism equipped has been or is going to be forbidden in some countries & areas. For this reason, an igniter gun with safety switch (or mechanism) equipped has been developed, in which the safety switch (or mechanism) serves generally for purpose of igniter gun piezoelectrics course controlling and piezoelectrics discharge spark arresting, so the safety property of igniter gun is improved; However the gas outlet valve may be opened still even in state of piezoelectrics is prohibited to discharge (i.e. the safety state) for sake of absence of the gas outlet valve controlling and thus a hidden danger of inflammable gas leaking existed. Meanwhile the current igniter gun has a drawback of difficulty manipulation and hard hand feeling for its trigger propping directly against the top end of piezoelectrics pusher and a quite big force is needed when pushing the trigger down.
The technology problems to be resolved and technology task proposals in the invention are proposed to eliminate the said deficiency and drawback in current technology and provide an easy operated igniter gun equipped with safety mechanism for gas outlet valve operation controlling, it could decrease manipulation force and control effectively the operation state of the gas outlet valve.
The technology scheme by the invention has following constitution: A safety and easy operated igniter gun, comprising casing, gun tube above the casing, oil sink within casing, gas outlet assembly and igniting assembly above the oil sink, the gas outlet assembly comprises gas outlet valve and gas outlet needle, the igniting assembly comprises piezoelectrics, piezoelectrics pusher and trigger above the piezoelectrics pusher, characterized in that a strengthener is provided between said piezoelectrics pusher and trigger, with one end of the strengthener connected axially to the casing and another end and middle part coordinated with the trigger and piezoelectrics pusher respectively; A gas controller is slip-jointed with said gas outlet valve, the head of the gas controller forms a hook that may be coordinated with the axially connected end of the strengthener, a safety spring which could force the hook to go beyond the movement range of the strengthener axially connected end is set between one side of the gas controller and casing, and a controller switch propped against the back of the hook is set between another side and casing, the controller switch is connected axially to the casing with partial body exposed to outside of casing.
In normal condition (i.e. the safety state), the hook on the head of the gas controller goes beyond the movement range of the strengthener axial connecting end by the safety spring, if the trigger is to be pressed down directly at this time, the strengthener axial connecting end couldn't be coordinated with the hook, although the action of the trigger may produce spark, but the gas outlet valve hasn't been opened, the igniter gun produces no flame, the safety property of the igniter gun is hence greatly improved. The operation state of the invention is as follows: 1. Push the controller switch upward to make it turn around the rod, the hook on the head of the gas controller is pushed to move, the safety spring is pressed down and the hook is within the movement range of the strengthener axial connecting end, if the trigger is pushed down at this time, the strengthener axial connecting end may be coordinated with the hook; 2. The further downward movement of the trigger could bring the hook to move upward, the gas outlet valve may be opened with the upward movement of the hook, the piezoelectrics would produce high voltage spark to ignite the combustible gas discharged from the gas outlet valve; 3. The safety spring is reset automatically after trigger releasing, the gas controller and controller switch are reset by the safety spring, the strengthener is reset along with the trigger, and the igniter gun is under the normal safety state again.
In said safety and easy operated igniter gun, a locker, of which the middle is connected axially with casing, is set between trigger and controller switch, the top end of the locker is coordinated with trigger, and the bottom is connected with the middle of controller switch by a rod, a movement groove for turning of the controller switch is opened on the locker at connecting position. The locker serves to lock the operation state of the trigger, control effectively the operation of the trigger, improve further the safety property of the igniter gun and realize a double safeguard of the igniter gun, it could control effectively both operations of gas outlet valve and trigger. In time of the locker pushing upward the controller switch by the controller switch controlling, it turns around the rod and the middle part moves within the movement groove, in this way, the hook could act within the movement range of strengthener axial connecting end and the top end of the locker may get off the trigger.
In said safety and easy operated igniter gun, the middle of said controller switch is propped against the back of hook and the bottom is connected axially to casing.
The invention has the following technical effects by supplementing strengthener, gas controller and trigger, and controlling the gas controller and locker by the controller switch: (1) Easy, smooth, flexible and nice hand feeling operation of the trigger by lever principle; (2) In operation, the controller switch could control effectively the operation of the trigger as well as the gas outlet valve, a double safeguard of the igniter gun is realized, this could prevent the mistake operation, make children more difficulty to operate it and improve greatly the safety property of the igniter gun.
