Known prior art lacks a garment and mask device having a plurality of pockets and a plurality of reflective strips. In addition, known prior art lacks a garment and mask device having a plurality of lights.
An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a shirt having a front side and a back side. The shirt has a pair of sleeves. Furthermore, the shirt has a head hole. A plurality of pockets is positioned on the shirt. Each reflective strip of a plurality of reflective strips has a reflective material. The plurality of reflective strips is positioned on the front side and the back side. A mask is positioned on the head hole of the shirt. The mask is a gaiter style mask and is configured for pulling upward towards the face of the user. Each light of a plurality of lights is a light emitting diode. The plurality of lights is positioned on the front side and the back side of the shirt. Additionally, the plurality of lights is positioned on the pair of sleeves.
There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.
The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
As best illustrated in
A plurality of pockets 28 is positioned on the front side 14 of the shirt 12. Each of the pockets 28 defines a space to store a variety of items. Each of the pockets 28 has an opening. The opening of each of the pockets has a zipper 30. The zipper 30 is configured for enclosing and opening each of the pockets using clasp lock fastening. The plurality of pockets 28 is configured for including a tool pouch pocket 32, a badge pocket 34, and a pair of hand pockets 36. A phone pocket 38 positioned on the front side 14 of the shirt 12 lacks the zipper 30 and has a clasp button fastener 40.
Each reflective strip 42 of a plurality of reflective strips 42 has a reflective material. The reflective material is configured for reflecting light thus illuminating the shirt 12. The plurality of reflective strips 42 is positioned on the front side 14 and the back side 16 of the shirt 12. Furthermore, the plurality of reflective strips 42 is positioned on the pair of sleeves 20. The plurality of reflective strips 42 is used to assist in indicating the presence of the user 12 in darkened environments.
A mask 44 is positioned on the head hole 26 of the shirt 12. The mask 44 is a gaiter style mask and is configured for being pulled upward towards the face of the user 18. The mask 44 can be fastened to the head hole 26 of the shirt 12 by clasp lock fastening using a zipper 30. The mask 44 has a filter material 46 being an air filter. The user 18 can breathe in uncontaminated air through the filter material 46 of the mask 44. Furthermore, the mask 44 has a flap 48. The flap 48 and the mask 44 have hook and loop material 50 thus engaging the flap 48 to the mask 44 by hook and loop fastening 50. The flap 48 is configured for being positioned on the mouth of the user 18, and the flap 48 can be unfastened from the mask 44 to expose the mouth.
Additionally, the mask 44 has an alternate embodiment 52. The alternate embodiment 52 of the mask 44 includes having a hood 54. The hood 54 is positioned on the top of the head of the user 18. The hood 54 provides protection from the sun and other elements from the environment that may cause harm to the skin of the user 18. Another embodiment 56 includes extending the mask 44 to cover the entire face of the user 18 thus exposing the top of the head to the environment.
The shirt 12 can have a plurality of lights 58. Each of the lights 58 is a light emitting diode. The plurality of lights 58 is positioned on the front side 14, the back side 16, and the pair of sleeves 20 of the shirt 12. The plurality of lights 12 is in electric communication with a battery. The battery can be a disposable battery. The plurality of lights 58 is configured for emitting light in a lightless environment. The plurality of lights 58 is removable and is optional.
In use, the shirt 12 is worn on the top torso of the user 18. Each of the arms of the user 18 is positioned within a respective one of each of the sleeves 20 of the shirt 12. The user 18 can either add or remove the plurality of lights 58 from the shirt 12. Each of the pockets 28 can store a variety of items. The mask 44 can be pulled upward from the head hole 26 to cover the mouth and the nose of the user 18. Additionally, the alternate embodiment 54 of the mask 44 allows the mask 44 to cover the entire face and the top of the head of the user 18 as well.
With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
