Abstract
sanitary toilet (sani-toilet) is disclosed.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Problem Solved: eliminates fecal odor and bacteria from entering the bathroom airspace none exist

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of a bathroom fixture with venting system, according to aspects of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a detailed cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the venting system, according to aspects of the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a detailed cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the venting system shown in-use, according to aspects of the present invention; and

FIG. 4 is a detailed cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the venting system shown during flushing, according to aspects of the present invention

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As stated above, eliminates fecal odor and bacteria from entering the bathroom airspace The invention claimed here solves this problem.

This design allows the atmospheric pressure differential to vent the odor and bacteria directly outside thru the existing septic vent

The claimed invention differs from what currently exists. no toilet vents odor and bacteria outdoors without electricity or home modifications.

This invention is an improvement on what currently exists. no toilet vents odor and bacteria outdoors without electricity or home modifications.

The Version of the Invention Discussed Here Includes

    • 1. 1.standard toilet

    • 2. 2.Vent

    • 3. 3. Spring

    • 4. 4.control rod

    • 5. 5.Seal

How the Invention Works

the user presses the seat back which shifts the control rod to open the vent which makes the empty water passage an air passage to vent the odor from the toilet bowl directly into the toilet outlet and into the septic vent system of the dwelling. When the user gets up the vent reseals and when the toilet is flushed the water passage floods as usual to flush the toilet.

How to Make the Invention

this can be make into thebtoilet at manufacture or retrofitted into a toilet after manufacture.

All of these components are necessary to maintain the hygenic and safety of the toilet while not in use. Different vents could be used as the design matures in the real world.

the vent actuation rod could exit the toilet in other areas to allow handicap access control.

How To Use The Invention

The user simply presses back on the toilet seat while deficating to allow the odorous gases to be irradicate thru the vent system. The toilet must be occupied to minimize the air intake size which allows the septic vent to establish draw into the vent.

Claims
  • 1. A venting system installed on a bathroom fixture, comprising: an actuation rod having a first end and a second end, the actuation rod including a first coupling proximate to the second end;a lifting rod having a first end and a second end, the lifting rod having a second coupling proximate to the first end and a third coupling proximate to the second end, wherein the first coupling of the actuation rod is connected to the second coupling; anda plunger disposed inside of a spring, the plunger connected to the third coupling.
