Claims
- 1. A scanning optical delay device comprising:
- a helicoid reflecting mirror having a rotating shaft and a reflecting pseudo-helicoid strap wound on said rotating shaft along the direction of an axis of said rotating shaft, said reflecting pseudo-helicoid strap having a plurality of planar reflecting mirrors interconnected such that a normal line of a surface of each of said planar reflecting mirrors is perpendicular to the direction of a radius of said rotating shaft, and that angles formed between said normal lines and said axis of said rotating shaft are different from one another.
