Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5. In the meantime, FIG. 1 illustrates a schematic view of a first embodiment of a scented straw 1 of the present invention; FIG. 2 illustrates a schematic view of a second embodiment of the scented straw 1 of the present invention; FIG. 3 illustrates a schematic view of a third embodiment of the scented straw 1 of the present invention; FIG. 4a and FIG. 4b illustrate schematic top views of a cross-section S1 of a scented portion 11 of the first embodiment of the scented straw 1 of FIG. 1; FIG. 4c illustrates a schematic top view of a cross-section S2 of the scented portion 11 of the first embodiment of the scented straw 1 of FIG. 3; and FIG. 5 illustrates a schematic view of a fourth embodiment of the scented portion 1 of the present invention. The first to fourth embodiments of the present invention are all integrally formed scented straws. The scented straw 1 of the present invention has at least one scented portion 11 and one straw body 14 that is a hollow tube. Two ends of the straw body 14 are defined as a first end 1A and a second end 1B individually. the scented portion 11 is a part of the straw body 14. An area occupied by the scented portion 11 is not greater than the straw body 14. Further, the first scented portion 11 is disposed on the first end 1A (referring to FIG. 1), or the first scented portion 11 is adjacent to the first end 1A as well (referring to FIG. 2). In addition, the first scented portion 11 is distributed all over the whole of the straw body 14 (referring to FIG. 3).

For the scented straw 1, the inner diameter and the whole length of the straw body 14, the length of the first scented portion 11 corresponding to the first end 1A of the straw body 14, etc. are varied based on needs. For example, the overall length of the straw body 14 can be 215 millimeters (mm), and the inner diameter can be 6 millimeters (mm), 8 millimeters (mm) or 12 millimeters (mm), and the straw body 14 can also be provided with a bendable structure or a section for users' convenience to drink, but it is not limited thereto, and what is shown in the figure is only one of the demonstration states. Generally speaking, the straw body 14 has no special scented, and the material of the straw body 14 of the scented straw 1, for example, can be made of polylactic acid (Polylactic Acid, PLA), cornstarch, wheat, paper, plastic (such as PP, PE, PS, PVC, PET), silicone, acrylic, metal, stainless steel, glass and other materials, but not limited thereto. Practically, there are different ways to form the scented portion 11, such as forming the length, corresponding to the first end 1A, of the scented portion 11 on the straw body 14, occupying the scented portion 11 on the local area of the straw body 14, disposing (ex. coating, spraying, etc., but not limited thereto) the scented portion 11 on an internal wall 12 (referring to FIG. 4a) or an external wall 13 of the straw body 14 (referring to FIG. 4b), and doping or adding some scented materials while producing the straw body 14 (referring to FIG. 4c). The scented portion 11 can also be designed in an irregular shape or pattern and be arranged on the straw body 14 according to the users' demands. For another practice, the scented straw 1 is capable of having two scented portions or more, such as a first scented portion 111 and a second scented portion 112 (referring to FIG. 5), wherein the technical features, material features and method of disposing the first scented portion 111 and the second scented portion 112 on the straw body 14 are the same as those of the scented portion 11 described above, and will not be described any further hereinafter. It is worth mentioning that the material of the first scented portion 111 and the material of the second scented portion 112 can be directly mixed or added to different areas or overlapping areas of the straw body 14. The first scented portion 111 and the second scented portion 112 can be the same or different tastes, scenteds or fragrances, and the first scented portion 111 and the second scented portion 112 can be non-adjacent or adjacent, or are respectively disposed on the internal wall 12 and the external wall 13 of the straw body 14.

The scented material of the first scented portion 11 is a fragrance agent or an aroma compound, but not limited thereto. Fragrance agents refer to food additives whose main purpose is to improve, increase and imitate the aroma and flavor of food, including edible spices and food flavors. Among them, edible spices are the most diverse category of food additives. They are volatile aroma substances, which can be divided into three categories: natural flavors, natural identical flavors and artificial flavors. Aroma compound is a chemical compound with taste or scented. When the compound is full of a high enough vapor pressure, that is, with volatile enough, it can spread to the olfactory system in the upper part of the nose through the air, showing the unique scented of the compound. The scented or taste of the scented portion 11 can be formulated into the taste of various beverages or foods, such as various coffees, various teas, various fruit juices, various sparkling drinks, various foods, etc., but not limit thereto.

When the user holds the first end 1A of the straw body 14 of the scented straw 1, and utilizes the straw body 14 to suck liquid, especially an odorless liquid, such as pure water, boiled water or natural tasteless beverages. The scented portion 11 with aroma of the scented straw 1 can affect the olfactory area of the user's brain. There is an illusion of tasting a flavored beverage. In other words, even if the user only drinks plain water, he can enjoy the feeling of drinking a beverage containing food additives through the scented straw 1 of the present invention, thereby achieving the goal of allowing the user to drink more tasteless liquids and not drink beverages containing food additives. This is a health problem that cannot be solved by drinking beverages containing food additives with traditional straws. There is another embodiment in FIG. 5, the scented straw 1 has a first scented portion 111 and a second scented portion 112, and those two scented portions are adjacent or non-adjacent, or respectively disposed on the internal wall 12 and the external wall 133 of the straw body, in order to allow users to feel the different levels of taste, and the sensory experience that the real nose scented can imitate the mouth taste. The first scented portion 111 and the second scented portion 112 can be made of a fragrance agent or an aroma compound, but without any limitation.

Please refer to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 simultaneously. FIG. 6a, FIG. 6b and FIG. 6c illustrate schematic views of a fifth embodiment of a scented straw 2 of the present invention. FIG. 7a, FIG. 7b and FIG. 7c respectively illustrate schematic views of different appearance shapes of a scented ring 21a, a scented ring 2b and a scented ring 21c. The fifth embodiment of the present adopts a combination of the scented straw. With reference to FIG. 6a and FIG. 6b, the scented straw 2 has at least one scented ring 21 and a straw body 24 that is a hollow tube. Two ends of the straw body 24 are defined as a first end 2A and a second end 2B, and the internal diameter of the scented ring 21 is greater than and close to the external diameter of the straw body 24 through a tight fit, but they are separated from each other as well. For example, the external diameter of the straw body 24 is 7 mm, and the internal diameter and the external diameter of the scented ring 21 are respectively 7.1 mm and 8 to 10 mm. The length of the scented ring 21 is not greater than the whole length of the straw body 24. While the scented ring 21 is been engaging with the straw body 24, the user is able to move the scented ring 21 to the first end 2a, which is the top end of the straw body 24, or move the scented ring 21 to any position of the straw body 24.

Please refer to FIG. 7a, FIG. 7b and FIG. 7c, which respectively illustrate schematic views of different appearance shapes of a scented ring 21a, a scented ring 21b and a scented ring 21c. In order to be convenient for the scented rings engaging with the straw body 24 via a tight fit in practice, the internal diameter of the scented ring must be greater than and close to the external diameter of the straw body 24. Thus, the internal rings of the scented ring 21a, the scented ring 21b and the scented ring 21c have to be designed as circular structures. The internal ring wall of the scented ring 21 is made of silicone or rubber, so as to increase the friction force while the scented ring 21 engaging with the straw body 24 for avoiding that the scented ring 21 from falling off the straw body 24 easily. The appearance shape of the scented ring 21 is circular (refer to FIG. 7a), rectangular (refer to FIG. 7b), oval, polygonal, or other irregular shape (refer to FIG. 7c).

The material, internal diameter and whole length of the straw body 24 of the scented straw 2 are the same as the straw body 14 of the scented straw 1, and they will not be described any further hereinafter. The material of the scented ring 21 can be polylactic acid, cornstarch, wheat, paper, plastic (ex. PP, PE, PS, PVC, and PET), silicone, acrylic, metal, stainless steel, and glass, but with no any limitation. Further, the above-mentioned fragrance agent or aroma compound of the scented portion 11 can be added as the scented material of the scented ring 21, and the scented or taste of the scented ring 21 can also be formulated into the taste of various beverages or foods, so they will not be talked about any further hereinafter.

When the user holds the first end 2A of the straw body 24 of the scented straw 2, and utilizes the straw body 24 to suck liquid, especially an odorless liquid, such as pure water, boiled water or natural tasteless beverages. The scented portion 21 with aroma of the scented straw 2 can affect the olfactory area of the user's brain. There is an illusion of tasting a flavored beverage. In other words, even if the user only drinks plain water, he can enjoy the feeling of drinking a beverage containing food additives through the scented straw 2 of the present invention, thereby achieving the goal of allowing the user to drink more tasteless liquids and not drink beverages containing food additives. This is a health problem that cannot be solved by drinking beverages containing food additives with traditional straws. There is another embodiment in FIG. 6c, the scented straw 2 has a first scented portion 211 and a second scented portion 212 (refer to FIG. 6c), wherein the first scented portion 211 and the second scented portion 212 can be of the same or different taste, scented or fragrance, and those two scented portions are adjacent or non-adjacent, or respectively disposed on different positions of the straw body 24, in order to allow users to feel the different levels of taste, and the sensory experience that the real nose scented can imitate the mouth taste.

With reference to FIG. 8 to FIG. 11, which illustrate schematic views of a sixth embodiment to a ninth embodiment of the scented straw 1 of the present invention. An issue for the sixth embodiment to the ninth embodiment being different from the first embodiment to the fourth embodiment is a third scented portion 15, which is located on the internal lateral wall of the first end 1A of the straw body 14. The third scented portion 15 is coated or sprayed on the internal lateral wall of the first end 1A, or approached to the internal lateral wall of the first end 1A as much as possible.

With reference to FIG. 12 to FIG. 13, which illustrate schematic views of a tenth embodiment to an eleventh embodiment of the scented straw 1 of the present invention. An issue for the tenth embodiment to the eleventh embodiment being different from the fifth embodiment is additionally a third scented portion 22, except for the scented ring. The third scented portion 22 is located on the internal lateral wall of the first end 2A of the straw body 24. The third scented portion 22 is coated or sprayed on the internal lateral wall of the first end 2A, or approached to the internal lateral wall of the first end 2A as much as possible.

An issue from the sixth embodiment to the eleventh embodiment differs from the first embodiment to the fifth embodiment. That is, an additional third scented portion is added to the original scented portion. For convenient description and reading, the sixth embodiment to the eleventh embodiment may uniformly define the additional scented portion as a third scented portion. The third scented portion is composed of nicotine, but with no any limitation. Nicotine is an oily liquid substance, soluble in ethanol, chloroform, ether, oil, especially water, and nicotine can penetrate into the skin. By using nicotine as the setting of the third scented portion, the scented straw of the present invention can replace the smoking cessation chewing gum or the smoking cessation lozenge currently on the market. When the user holds the first end of the straw body of the scented straw and uses the straw body to absorb the tasteless liquid, the third scented portion containing nicotine can be dissolved in the tasteless liquid and enter the user's mouth, so that the user can feel a similar effect of smoking without actually smoking. However, the tasteless liquid containing nicotine is not easy to drink, so it can make the tasteless liquid containing nicotine easier to drink when combined with other flavoring agents or aroma compounds.

According to FIG. 14, which illustrates a schematic view of a twelfth embodiment of the scented straw of the present invention. FIG. 15 is a sectional view of the twelfth embodiment. A scented straw 3 in the twelfth embodiment has at least one scented combination 31, a third scented portion 33 and a straw body 34, wherein the straw body 34 is a hollow tube. The two ends of the straw body 34 are defined as a first end 3A and a second end 3B respectively. The third scented portion 33 is located on the internal lateral wall of the first end 3A of the straw body 34. The third scented portion 33 is coated or sprayed on the internal lateral wall of the first end 3A, or approached to the internal lateral wall of the first end 3A as much as possible. The third scented portion 33 is composed of nicotine, but not limited thereto.

With reference to FIG. 16, which illustrates a schematic view of a scented combination of the twelfth embodiment of the scented straw of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 15, a scented combination 31 has an accommodation portion 311 and a cover body 312, and the cover body 312 is snapped onto the accommodating portion 311 through a tight fit. For instance, the cover body 312 can be designed with a locking member 312A. When the cover body 312 is pressed down onto the accommodation portion 311, the locking member 312A is locked into a locking groove 313A on the accommodation portion 311 to be locked with each other. A plurality of air holes 312C are formed on the cover body 312 to facilitate air circulation. The accommodating portion 311 is formed with a first chamber 313 and a second chamber 314. The first chamber 313 is separated from the second chamber 314 by a partition plate 315. A plurality of air holes are formed on the partition plate 315 as well (not shown in figure). The second chamber 314 is formed with a vent hole 316, and the straw body 34 is also formed with a vent hole 37. An engaging groove 311A is formed on the scented combination 31, and the scented combination 31 is engaged with or separated from the straw body 34 through the engaging groove 311A. When the scented combination 31 is engaged with the straw body 34 through the engaging groove 311A, the vent hole 316 and the vent hole 37 communicate with each other, so that the airflow between the first chamber 313 and the second chamber 314 is able to circulate.

The first chamber 313 is used to place the fragrance particles 317 of the fragrance agent or the aroma compound as the material, but not limited thereto. This embodiment is the same as or similar to the foregoing embodiments, and will not be described any further hereinafter. The size of the fragrance particles 317 needs to be larger than the size of the air holes on the partition plate 315 to prevent the fragrance particles 317 from falling into the straw.

The whole height of the scented combination 31 is up to 50 mm, in order to be suitable with the straw body 34. The height of the second chamber 314 is 5 mm for the utmost. The opening width of the engaging groove 311A is no more than 6 mm, so as to let the scented combination 31 be fixed on the straw body 34 via a frictional tight fitting. Limited by the opening width of the engaging groove 311A, the overall width of the scented combination 31 can be designed to be about 8 mm, and the thickness can be designed to be 20 mm.

When the user holds the first end 3A of the straw body 34 of the scented straw 3, and uses the straw body 34 to absorb the tasteless liquid, the third scented portion 33 containing nicotine can be dissolved in the tasteless liquid and enter the user's mouth, so that the user can feel the effect similar to smoking without actually smoking. However, the tasteless liquid containing nicotine is not easy to drink. Therefore, with the scented combination 31, the scentedy area of the user's brain can be affected by the aromatic agent or aromatic particles with fragrance, so that the tasteless liquid containing nicotine can be better to drink.

In another embodiment, the scented straw 3 does not have to be provided with the third scented portion 33, but only the scented combination 31 is provided. Therefore, in this embodiment, the same effect as the previous embodiment can be achieved through the arrangement of the scented combination 31 without changing the design of the straw.

With reference to FIG. 17, which illustrates a schematic view of another embodiment of the scented combination of the twelfth embodiment of the scented straw of the present invention. For the embodiment, the accommodation portion 311 of the scented combination 31 may not need to design the two chambers. Under the condition, the vent hole 316 should be designed to be larger than the size of the fragrance particles, so as to prevent the fragrance particles from falling into the straw body.
