Abstract
The present disclosure provides a screwless assembled chair, which includes a seat, chair legs and a chair back. The seat and the chair legs are connected through an assembling device. The assembling device includes a mounting component. The mounting component is fixed at a bottom of the seat. A lower end of the mounting component is connected to a connecting component. Two ends of the connecting component are connected to the chair legs. A lower side of the connecting component is connected to a mounting seat. The mounting seat stabilizes the connection between the chair legs and the seat by fixing the mounting component and the connecting component. An insertion structure is arranged at an upper end of the seat. The chair back is provided with a mounting structure. The chair back is connected to the insertion structure, so as to be assembled with the seat.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The application claims priority of Chinese patent application CN202320626099.0, filed on Mar. 27, 2023, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entireties.


FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of furniture, and in particular, to a screwless assembled chair.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

For convenience of transportation, manufacturers usually design chairs and other furniture into an assembled structure, so that chairs and other furniture are assembled using fasteners such as screws after being transported to a consumption terminal. However, existing assembled structural chairs are not satisfactory in their structural fastness and stability.


An assembled chair No. CN202022637465.1 in the prior art includes a seat, a chair back, and chair legs. Side insertion ports are arranged on left and right sides of the seat, and the chair legs are fixed and supported on two sides of the seat through the side insertion ports. A rear insertion port is arranged on a rear side of the seat, and the chair back is fixedly mounted on the rear side of the seat through the rear insertion port. A rear end of the chair leg is provided with a supporting port; two sides of the chair back are fixedly supported on the chair legs through the supporting port. According to the assembled chair provided by the present disclosure, the seat, the chair back, and the chair legs can be separated and lean against each other after being assembled, with good strength and stability.


However, this structure is only connected through insertion, and is not very stable.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure overcomes the shortcoming in the prior art that the structure is not very stable, and provides a screwless assembled chair.


In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme provided by the present disclosure is as follows.


A screwless assembled chair includes a seat, chair legs and a chair back. The seat and the chair legs are connected through an assembling device. The assembling device includes a mounting component; the mounting component is fixed at a bottom of the seat; a lower end of the mounting component is connected to a connecting component; two ends of the connecting component are connected to the chair legs; a lower side of the connecting component is connected to a mounting seat; the mounting seat stabilizes the connection between the chair legs and the seat by fixing the mounting component and the connecting component;

    • an insertion structure is arranged at an upper end of the seat; the chair back is provided with a mounting structure; and the chair back is connected to the insertion structure through the mounting structure, so as to be assembled with the seat.


Preferably, the assembling device includes the mounting seat; a first mounting slot is arranged on the mounting seat; the connecting component and the mounting component are sleeved in the first mounting slot; the mounting seat is connected to a lower surface of the seat from bottom to top;

    • the mounting structure is inserted into the insertion structure; the insertion structure includes an insertion port; the mounting structure includes an insertion block; and the insertion block is inserted into the insertion port.


Preferably, limiting columns are arranged on two sides of the insertion block; the limiting columns abut against outer walls of two sides of the insertion port; and the limiting columns limit a position of connection between the insertion block and the insertion port.


Preferably, a partition plate is arranged in the middle of the insertion port and separates the insertion port into a left part and a right part; and there are two insertion blocks, which are respectively inserted into the left and right insertion ports.


Preferably, the mounting component includes two first mounting plates arranged side by side, and a second mounting slot is formed between the two first mounting plates;

    • the connecting component is sleeved in the second mounting slot; and the connecting component is sleeved together with two first mounting plates in the first mounting slot.


Preferably, a second limiting column is arranged in the second mounting slot; a clamping slot is arranged on an upper surface of the connecting component; and the second limiting column is clamped in the clamping slot.


Preferably, protrusions are arranged on outer sides of lower ends of the first mounting plates; a third mounting slot is arranged on a side wall of the first mounting slot; the protrusions are clamped into the third mounting slot; and the first mounting slot is fixedly connected to the first mounting plates through the clamping between the third mounting slot and the protrusions.


Preferably, the third mounting slot is an L-shaped mounting slot; an opening is arranged at an upper end of the L-shaped mounting slot; and the protrusions pass through the opening at the upper end of the L-shaped mounting slot and are clamped along an L-shaped route to a tail position of a lower end of the L-shaped mounting slot.


Preferably, a fourth mounting slot is arranged on a lower side of the seat; the fourth mounting slot is arranged at a rear end of the mounting component; a second mounting plate is inserted into the fourth mounting slot; the second mounting plate abuts against a rear end of the mounting seat; the second mounting plate limits a position of the mounting seat on the lower side of the seat; the first mounting plates and the mounting seat are designed to be parallelograms; and an inclination degree of the second mounting plate is the same as an inclination degree of the rear end of the mounting seat.


Preferably, a limiting protrusion is arranged on the lower side of the seat; the limiting protrusion is arranged at one end of the mounting component and on an inner side of the chair leg in the front; and the limiting protrusion abuts against the inner side of the chair leg and limits a position of the chair leg.


Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the beneficial effects below: A screwless assembled chair, the seat and the chair legs are fixedly connected through the assembling device, and then the chair back is inserted from top to bottom. The assembling is convenient, and there are a few of components. Due to the fact that the components lean against each other, the overall structural strength is good, and the chair is not easy to loosen.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure is further described below in combination with accompanying drawings and implementations. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are intended only to explain the present disclosure and are not intended to define the present disclosure.


As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 8, a screwless assembled chair includes a seat 1, chair legs 2, and a chair back 3. The seat 1 and the chair legs 2 are connected through an assembling device 7; the assembling device 7 includes a mounting component 8; the mounting component 8 is fixed at a bottom of the seat 1; a lower end of the mounting component 8 is connected to a connecting component 4; two ends of the connecting component 4 are connected to the chair legs 2; a lower side of the connecting component 4 is connected to a mounting seat 701; the mounting seat 701 stabilizes the connection between the chair legs 2 and the seat 1 by fixing the mounting component 8 and the connecting component 4; an insertion structure 5 is arranged at an upper end of the seat 1; the chair back 3 is provided with a mounting structure 6; and the chair back 3 is connected to the insertion structure 5 through the mounting structure 6, so as to be assembled with the seat 1.


Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the assembling device 7 includes the mounting seat 701; a first mounting slot 702 is arranged on the mounting seat 701; the connecting component 4 and the mounting component 8 are sleeved in the first mounting slot 702; and the mounting seat 701 is connected to a lower surface of the seat 1 from bottom to top. As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, the insertion structure 5 includes an insertion port 501; the mounting structure 6 includes an insertion block 601; and the insertion block 601 is inserted into the insertion port 501.


As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, limiting columns 602 are arranged on two sides of the insertion block 601; the limiting columns 602 abut against outer walls of two sides of the insertion port 501; and the limiting columns 602 limit a position of connection between the insertion block 601 and the insertion port 501. Meanwhile, a partition plate 502 is arranged in the middle of the insertion port 501 and separates the insertion port 501 into a left part and a right part; and there are two insertion blocks 601, which are respectively inserted into the left and right insertion ports 501, so that the seat 1 and the chair back 3 are connected more stably.


As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the mounting component 8 can be fixed at the bottom of the seat 1 through a bolt, or can be integrally formed with the seat 1. The mounting component 8 includes two first mounting plates 801 arranged side by side, and a second mounting slot 802 is formed between the two first mounting plates 801; the connecting component 4 is sleeved in the second mounting slot 802; and the connecting component 4 is sleeved together with two first mounting plates 801 in the first mounting slot 702. Much further, second limiting columns 12 are arranged in the second mounting slot 802; a clamping slot 13 is arranged on an upper surface of the connecting component 4; and the second limiting columns 12 are clamped in the clamping slot 13. A connecting position of the connecting component 4 on the lower side of the seat 1 is limited by cooperation between the second limiting columns 12 and the clamping slot 13, so that the overall connection is more stable.


The connecting component 4 can be cuboid or cylindrical. The first mounting slot 702 and the second mounting slot 802 are matched with the connecting component 4 in shape, so that the connection is more stable.


As shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5, FIG. 7, and FIG. 8, protrusions 803 are arranged on outer sides of lower ends of the first mounting plates 801; third mounting slots 704 are arranged on a side wall of the first mounting slot 702; the protrusions 803 are clamped into the third mounting slots 704; and the first mounting slot 702 is fixedly connected to the first mounting plates 801 through the clamping between the third mounting slots 704 and the protrusions 803.


Much further, each third mounting slot 704 is an L-shaped mounting slot 705; an opening is arranged at an upper end of the L-shaped mounting slot 705; and the protrusions 803 pass through the openings at the upper ends of the L-shaped mounting slots 705 and are clamped along L-shaped routes to tail positions of lower ends of the L-shaped mounting slots 705. Through the L-shaped mounting slots 705, the protrusions 803 can be fixedly clamped in the L-shaped mounting slots 705, so that the seat 1 and the assembling device 7 are connected more stably, and the chair legs 2 and the seat 1 are connected more stably.


Meanwhile, a fourth mounting slot 9 is arranged on a lower side of the seat 1; the fourth mounting slot 9 is arranged at a rear end of the mounting component 8; a second mounting plate 10 is inserted into the fourth mounting slot 9; the second mounting plate 10 abuts against a rear end of the mounting seat 701; the second mounting plate 10 limits a position of the mounting seat 701 on the lower side of the seat 1; the first mounting plates 801 and the mounting seat 701 are designed to be parallelograms; and an inclination degree of the second mounting plate 10 is the same as an inclination degree of the rear end of the mounting seat 701. The second mounting plate 10 limits the position of the mounting seat 701 on the lower side of the seat 1, so that the seat 1 and the assembling device 7 are connected more stably.


Meanwhile, a limiting protrusion 11 is arranged on the lower side of the seat 1; the limiting protrusion 11 is arranged at one end of the mounting component 8 and on an inner side of the chair leg 2 in the front; and the limiting protrusion 11 abuts against the inner side of the chair leg 2 and limits a position of the chair leg 2.


In addition, there are two mounting components 8, and there are two first mounting slots 702. The two mounting components 8 and the two first mounting slots 702 are connected to enhance the connection between the seat 1 and the chair legs 2. At the same time, reinforcing ribs 703 can be arranged between the two first mounting slots 702 to reinforce the structures of the two first mounting slots 702.


As shown in FIG. 1, a first implementation case of the present disclosure is shown. During use, the chair legs 2 are connected through the connecting component 4. The connecting component 4 can be assembled with the chair legs 2 or integrally formed with the chair legs 2. The connecting component 4 is clamped in the second mounting slot 802 of the mounting component 8, and the mounting component 8 is sleeved in the first mounting slot 702 of the mounting seat 701, so that the protrusions 803 pass through the opening at the upper end of the L-shaped mounting slot 705 and are clamped along the L-shaped route to the tail position of the lower end of the L-shaped mounting slot 705. Through the L-shaped mounting slot 705, the protrusions 803 can be firmly clamped into the L-shaped mounting slot 705. After the mounting seat 701 is firmly connected to the mounting component 8, the second mounting plate 10 is inserted into the fourth mounting slot 9, and one side of the second mounting plate 10 abuts against a side edge of the mounting seat 701 to limit the position of the mounting seat 701 on the lower side of the seat 1, which achieves the connection between the chair legs 2 and the seat 1. Meanwhile, the insertion structure 5 at the upper end of the seat 1 is inserted to the mounting structure on the chair back 3, thereby assembling the seat 1 with the chair back 3. The structure is simple, and the assembling is convenient.


The present disclosure has a simple structure. The seat 1 and the chair legs 2 are fixedly connected through the assembling device 7, and then the chair back 3 is inserted from top to bottom. The assembling is convenient, and there are a few of components. Due to the fact that the components lean against each other, the overall structural strength is good, and the chair is not easy to loosen.


It should be finally noted that the above various embodiments are only used to describe the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and not intended to limit the present disclosure. Although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those ordinarily skilled in the art should understand that they can still modify the technical solutions described in all the foregoing embodiments, or equivalently replace some or all of the technical features, and these modifications or replacements do not depart the essences of the corresponding technical solutions from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of all the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. A screwless assembled chair, comprising a seat, chair legs, and a chair back, wherein the seat and the chair legs are connected through an assembling device; the assembling device comprises a mounting component; the mounting component is fixed at a bottom of the seat; a lower end of the mounting component is connected to a connecting component; two ends of the connecting component are connected to the chair legs; a lower side of the connecting component is connected to a mounting seat; the mounting seat stabilizes the connection between the chair legs and the seat by fixing the mounting component and the connecting component; an insertion structure is arranged at an upper end of the seat; the chair back is provided with a mounting structure; and the chair back is connected to the insertion structure through the mounting structure, so as to be assembled with the seat.
  • 2. The screwless assembled chair according to claim 1, wherein the assembling device comprises the mounting seat; a first mounting slot is arranged on the mounting seat; the connecting component and the mounting component are sleeved in the first mounting slot; the mounting seat is connected to a lower surface of the seat from bottom to top; the mounting structure is inserted into the insertion structure; the insertion structure comprises an insertion port; the mounting structure comprises an insertion block; and the insertion block is inserted into the insertion port.
  • 3. The screwless assembled chair according to claim 2, wherein limiting columns are arranged on two sides of the insertion block; the limiting columns abut against outer walls of two sides of the insertion port; and the limiting columns limit a position of connection between the insertion block and the insertion port.
  • 4. The screwless assembled chair according to claim 3, wherein a partition plate is arranged in the middle of the insertion port and separates the insertion port into a left part and a right part; and there are two insertion blocks, which are respectively inserted into the left and right insertion ports.
  • 5. The screwless assembled chair according to claim 2, wherein the mounting component comprises two first mounting plates arranged side by side, and a second mounting slot is formed between the two first mounting plates; the connecting component is sleeved in the second mounting slot; and the connecting component is sleeved together with two first mounting plates in the first mounting slot.
  • 6. The screwless assembled chair according to claim 5, wherein a second limiting column is arranged in the second mounting slot; a clamping slot is arranged on an upper surface of the connecting component; and the second limiting column is clamped in the clamping slot.
  • 7. The screwless assembled chair according to claim 5, wherein protrusions are arranged on outer sides of lower ends of the first mounting plates; a third mounting slot is arranged on a side wall of the first mounting slot; the protrusions are clamped into the third mounting slot; and the first mounting slot is fixedly connected to the first mounting plates through the clamping between the third mounting slot and the protrusions.
  • 8. The screwless assembled chair according to claim 7, wherein the third mounting slot is an L-shaped mounting slot; an opening is arranged at an upper end of the L-shaped mounting slot; and the protrusions pass through the opening at the upper end of the L-shaped mounting slot and are clamped along an L-shaped route to a tail position of a lower end of the L-shaped mounting slot.
  • 9. The screwless assembled chair according to claim 5, wherein a fourth mounting slot is arranged on a lower side of the seat; the fourth mounting slot is arranged at a rear end of the mounting component; a second mounting plate is inserted into the fourth mounting slot; the second mounting plate abuts against a rear end of the mounting seat; the second mounting plate limits a position of the mounting seat on the lower side of the seat; the first mounting plates and the mounting seat are designed to be parallelograms; and an inclination degree of the second mounting plate is the same as an inclination degree of the rear end of the mounting seat.
  • 10. The screwless assembled chair according to claim 5, wherein a limiting protrusion is arranged on the lower side of the seat; the limiting protrusion is arranged at one end of the mounting component and on an inner side of the chair leg in the front; and the limiting protrusion abuts against the inner side of the chair leg and limits a position of the chair leg.
