Claims
- 1. A scroll compressor comprising:
an orbiting scroll; a non-orbiting scroll meshed with the orbiting scroll; a back-pressure chamber provided at a back side of the orbiting scroll; a communication path communicating the back-pressure chamber with a suction pressure region; a back-pressure control valve for opening and closing the communication path in response to pressure difference between pressure in the back-pressure chamber and suction pressure; a bypass hole communicating a compression chamber, which is formed by said orbiting scroll and said non-orbiting scroll and is not communicated with a discharge port for discharging compressed fluid, with a discharge-pressure chamber communicating with the discharge port; and a bypass valve for opening and closing the bypass hole.
- 2. A scroll compressor according to claim 1, wherein said back-pressure control valve opens said communication path when pressure difference larger than pressure difference between the back-pressure chamber and the suction pressure region set in accordance with operation of said by-pass valve is generated between the pressure of the back-pressure chamber and the suction pressure.
