BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention that is a seal for beverage can/bottle that is a seal for a beverage can and for a beverage bottle, respectively, is in the field of a seal that covers the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle, respectively, and provides a solution to the problem of the hygiene and to the problem of the confidence in the hygiene, relating to the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle, respectively. The problem of the hygiene is that the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle, respectively, are exposed and uncovered. The problem of the confidence in the hygiene is that the user have no knowledge and no confidence that no one before him removed and returned the seal that covers the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle, respectively, to its previous place.
2. Description of the Related Art
The neck of a beverage can is part of the beverage can that has a shape of a neck. The neck of the beverage can surrounds the upper part of the beverage can and has smaller circumference than the circumference of the seams. The neck of the beverage can is found immediately below the seams. The seams are the place of joining of the rim of the walls of the body of the beverage can and the rim of the lid, which is the part of the beverage can that has a general shape of a disc and in it is found the opening of the beverage can.
As of today, there is in the market a commercial product that will be called, now and from now on, a seal for a beverage can existing in the market. The seal for the beverage can existing in the market is a seal that covers only the lid and the neck of the beverage can. The seal for the beverage can existing in the market does not cover all the mouth contact areas of the beverage can. The seal for the beverage can existing in the market is a seal having a general shape of a flattened hollow cylinder open on its one side and closed on its opposite side. The seal for the beverage can existing in the market is made of transparent plastic and has a single thickness and thin walls. To the seal for the beverage can existing in the market there is a grip. At its going out from the production line in the factory, the seal for the beverage can existing in the market is dressed on upper part of the beverage can and is tight around the neck of the beverage can. The seal for the beverage can existing in the market is tight around the neck of the beverage can at such a level that through holding its grip and pulling it upwards, it is possible to remove it easily. The seal for the beverage can existing in the market not comprising the parts and does not operate in the same way as the present invention. The seal for the beverage can existing in the market, itself, in every case undergoes no change whatsoever and after its going out from the production line in the factory it can be removed and returned to its previous place, when it is dressed on the upper part of the beverage can and is tight around the neck of the beverage can, many times and always with no change whatsoever and always therein remaining no sign whatsoever.
U.S. Pat. No. 5,105,964 discloses a seal for a beverage can that covers all the mouth contact areas of the beverage can. To this seal is a general shape of a hollow cylinder open on its one side and closed on its opposite side. This seal is dressed on the upper part of the beverage can and is tight around the neck of the beverage can beneath its seams. This seal can be also tight around the neck of the beverage can by ring or may by a series of nodes that extend inwardly from the inside wall of the upper cylindrical section of the seal and take hold around the neck of the beverage can beneath the seams. At its going out from the production line in the factory this seal is dressed on the upper part of the beverage can and is tight around the neck of the beverage can. This seal is tight around the neck of the beverage can at such a level that through holding its grip and pulling it upwards, it is possible to remove it easily. This seal not comprising the parts and does not operate in the same way as the present invention. This seal, itself, in every case undergoes no change whatsoever and after its going out from the production line in the factory it can be removed and returned to its previous place, when it is dressed on the upper part of the beverage can and is tight around the neck of the beverage can, many times and always with no change whatsoever and always therein remaining no sign whatsoever.
The solution to the problem of the hygiene of all the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle is a solution wherein all these areas are not exposed and this can be achieved by a seal that covers all these areas. The solution to the problem of the confidence in the hygiene of the areas of the beverage can/bottle that a seal covers is a solution that guarantees the user knowledge and confidence that no one before him removed and returned this seal to its previous place.
A seal for a beverage can existing in the market does not provide a solution to the problem of the confidence in the hygiene of the areas of the beverage can that it covers because the user are not sure, if this seal is tight around the neck of the beverage can, then no one before him removed and returned this seal to its previous place.
U.S. Pat. No. 5,105,964 does not provide a solution to the problem of the confidence in the hygiene of the areas of the beverage can that it covers because the user are not sure, if this seal is tight around the neck of the beverage can, then no one before him removed and returned this seal to its previous place.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
It is the object of the present invention that is a seal for beverage can/bottle that is a seal for a beverage can and for a beverage bottle, here and from now on, respectively, to provide a solution to the problem of the hygiene, of all the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle, and to provide a solution to the problem of the confidence in the hygiene, of the areas of beverage can/bottle, here and from now on, respectively, that a seal covers. The problem of the hygiene, of the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle, is that all those areas are exposed and uncovered. The problem of the confidence in the hygiene of the areas of the beverage can/bottle that a seal covers is that the user have no knowledge and no confidence that no one before him removed and returned this seal to its previous place.

The present invention that is a seal for beverage can/bottle provides solutions to the problem of the hygiene and to the problem of the confidence in the hygiene relate all the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle. The seal for the beverage can/bottle provides a solution to the problem of the hygiene of the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle in this, that it, the seal for the beverage can/bottle, covers all these areas. The seal for the beverage can/bottle provides a solution to the problem of the confidence in the hygiene of the areas of the beverage can/bottle that it covers in this, that it, the seal for the beverage can/bottle, itself, undergoes a irreversible change. The seal for the beverage can/bottle, itself, goes through a irreversible change at the time that it is removed from the upper part of the beverage can/bottle for the first time, when the seal for the beverage can/bottle, itself, underwent, since its going out from the production line in the factory, no change whatsoever, and when returning the seal for beverage the can/bottle to its previous place remaining within it, itself, a sign that it underwent an irreversible change. The seal for the beverage can/bottle provides a solution to the problem of the confidence in the hygiene of the areas of beverage can/bottle that it covers because the user are sure that if this seal, itself, underwent, since its going out from the production line in the factory, no change whatsoever then no one before him removed and returned this seal to its previous place.
The present invention that is a seal for beverage can/bottle that is a seal for a beverage can and for a beverage bottle. The parts of the seal for the beverage can and the parts of the seal for the beverage bottle are similar to each other and operate in a similar way. The seal for the beverage can/bottle is fitted to the shape of the upper part of the beverage can/bottle. The seal for the beverage can/bottle is transparent or partially transparent or opaque. The seal for the beverage can/bottle comprising a cup and a ring. The cup and the ring are inseparable parts of the seal for the beverage can/bottle. The cup is a covering that has a general shape of a hollow cylinder open on its one side and closed on its opposite side. The cup covers the upper part of the beverage can/bottle and all the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle. The ring has a general shape of a ring. The ring surrounds the cup in its full circumference. The ring comprising at least one arc, at least one grip and at least two weakened strips. The arc has a general shape of an arc. The grip has a general shape of a grip. Each arc and each grip remaining connected to the cup in every case. At the going out of the beverage can/bottle from the production line in the factory, the seal for the beverage can/bottle is dressed on the upper part of the beverage can/bottle and the ring is found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle and in the weakened strips having no tear whatsoever.
The neck of the beverage can/bottle is the part of the beverage can/bottle that has a shape of a neck. The neck of the beverage can/bottle surrounds the upper part of the beverage can/bottle and has smaller circumference than the circumference of the other part of the beverage can/bottle that is found immediately above it. The neck of the beverage can surrounds the upper part of the beverage can and has a smaller circumference than the circumference of seams. The neck of the beverage can is found immediately below the seams. The seams are the place of joining of the rim of the walls of the body of the beverage can and the rim of the lid. The lid is the part of the beverage can that has a general shape of a disc and in it is found the opening of the beverage can. In case of a beverage bottle, when a closure from type called crown cap is dressed above and around the upper bulge that surrounds the opening of the beverage bottle, the neck of the beverage bottle, where the ring is found tight around it, can be found immediately below the lower bulge that is found below the upper bulge. So, the neck of the beverage bottle, which is part of the beverage bottle that has a shape of a neck, surrounds the upper part of the beverage bottle and has a smaller circumference than the circumference of the lower bulge that is found immediately above it.
At the going out of the beverage can/bottle from the production line in the factory, the seal for the beverage can/bottle is dressed on the upper the part of the beverage can/bottle and a ring is found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle. At the going out of the beverage can/bottle from the production line in the factory, the ring is found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle at such a level that it is difficult to remove the seal for the beverage can/bottle from the upper part of the beverage can/bottle. At the going out of the beverage can/bottle from the production line in the factory, in order that the ring will be found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle at such a level that it will be possible to remove the seal for the beverage can/bottle from the upper part of the beverage can/bottle easily, it must cause tear at least in two weakened strips and it must be that this tear, at least in the two weakened strips, will be appropriate in size.
The ring is found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle when beginning to turn of at least one grip in relation to another part or parts of the ring for the first time, and have at least one grip that turns it in relation to another part or parts of the ring for the first time causing, when the ring is still found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle, to tear at least in two weakened strips.
The ring is found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle when beginning to carry out the process of the removal of the seal for the beverage can/bottle from the upper part of the beverage can/bottle for the first time, when the seal for the beverage can/bottle, itself, underwent, since its going out from the production line in the factory, no change whatsoever. The process of the removal of the seal for the beverage can/bottle from the upper part of the beverage can/bottle for the first time, when the seal for the beverage can/bottle, itself, underwent, since its going out from the production line in the factory, no change whatsoever, carried out by holding and turning of at least one grip that its turning in relation to another part or parts of ring causing to tear at least in two weakened strips, an action causing when ring is still found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle, to tear at least in two weakened strips, so that the tear at least the two weakened strips are at least in size that enables the seal for the beverage can/bottle to be removed from the upper part of the beverage can/bottle easily. Continuation of holding and pulling of at least one grip or holding and pulling of the seal for the beverage can/bottle causing thereby that the ring is not found tight around the neck of beverage the can/bottle and the upper part of the beverage can/bottle is exposed and uncovered.
The two weakened strips that are in it were caused by a tear, found attached to the grip that its turning caused to tear in these two weakened strips on its two sides, one weakened strip on each side.
At the going out of the beverage can/bottle from the production line in the factory, the seal for the beverage can/bottle is dressed on the upper part of the beverage can/bottle and the ring is found tight around the neck of the beverage can/bottle. At the going out of the beverage can/bottle from the production line in the factory, all the weakened strips are like a one time lock that locks the seal for the beverage can/bottle and at least one grip is like a key and a handle, that by means of it, by causing tear at least in two weakened strips, open this one time lock. When no one opened this one time lock, the user knows and is sure that no one before him removed and returned this seal to its previous place.
The seal for the beverage can/bottle provides solutions to the problem of the hygiene and to the problem of the confidence in the hygiene relating to all the mouth contact areas of the beverage can/bottle without compromising aesthetics and attractiveness of the beverage can/bottle. The seal for the beverage can/bottle is able to be removed, from the upper part of the beverage can/bottle that is dressed on it, in an intuitive and easy way. The seal for the beverage can/bottle, after its removal, can be used as a covering for the opening of the beverage can/bottle. The seal for the beverage can, after its removal, can be dressed on the bottom of the beverage can.

The neck of the beverage can 35 is found immediately below the seams 36. The seams 36 are place of joining of the rim of the wall of the body of the beverage can 34 and the rim of the lid 39. The lid 39 is the part of the beverage can 31 that has a general shape of a disc and in it is found the opening of the beverage can 38.
