The present application relates to the technical field of storage devices, in particular to a sealing bag.
The term sealing bag refers to a bag that can form a sealing at the mouth portion by means of tools or its own additional structures. Currently, sealing bags are widely used for storing and carrying liquid or solid objects.
There are various approaches for sealing the mouth portion in the prior art sealing bags. Typically, strip-shaped sealing members which are engaged with each other can be provided at the mouth portion of a sealing bag, and a seal is formed by means of the engagement between the seal members, which structure can be found in the Chinese invention patent application with the application number of CN201510693435.3 which proposes a rice bag with its own seal.
For another example, in the Chinese invention patent application with the application number CN201410645353.7, it can be seen that the bag mouth is sealed with a zipper. For common solid objects, a good sealing effect can be achieved by using conventional sealing methods. However, for liquids, some special sealing structures are necessary to form a good sealing and provide the sealed bag with adequate airtightness.
In the prior art, although some sealing structures with airtightness are proposed, there is a pervasive issue of high disassembly and assembly difficulty with these sealing structures.
In order to at least partially solve the above technical problems, the present application provides a sealing bag comprising: a bag body, an opening portion provided on the bag body, and a convex strip provided around the outer periphery of the opening portion; and a sealing member provided with a sealing groove, the sealing groove being provided with a stopper, wherein the sealing groove at least penetrates one side of the sealing member to form a first sealing opening, the convex strip can penetrate into the sealing groove from the first sealing opening, and the stopper is configured to confine the opening portion within the sealing groove; the groove width of the sealing groove gradually increases from the bottom of the sealing groove towards the direction of the stopper.
Optionally, the sealing groove comprises: a bottom wall and a first groove wall and a second groove wall respectively connected to the bottom wall, and the stopper is separately provided on the first groove wall and the second groove wall, the distance between the first groove wall and the second groove wall gradually increases from the direction of the bottom wall to the direction of the stopper.
Optionally, the angle of the first groove wall to the bottom wall is between 92° and 100°.
Optionally, the angle of the first groove wall to the bottom wall is between 94° and 98°.
Optionally, the stopping member comprises: a first stopping strip provided on the first groove wall and extending in the direction of the second groove wall; and a second stopping strip provided on the second groove wall facing the first stopping strip and extending in the direction of the second groove wall.
Optionally, the angle between the first stopping strip and the first groove wall is between 90° and 95°.
Optionally, the bag body further includes: a sealing strip provided on one side of the inner surface of the opening portion and arranged along the longitudinal direction of the bag body; and a sealing groove provided on the other side of the inner surface of the opening portion and arranged along the longitudinal direction of the bag body, wherein the sealing strip is fitted into the sealing groove to form a seal; the sealing strip and the sealing groove are engaged with each other, and the groove bottom width of the sealing groove is at least partially greater than the groove top width of the sealing groove.
Optionally, the bag body is made of flexible materials, and the bag body further comprises: a bag bottom wall and a bag sidewall connected to the bag bottom wall, the opening portion being provided on the bag sidewall, and the convex strips being arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bag bottom wall as two strips opposite and connected end-to-end with each other; wherein the perimeter of the opening portion is smaller than the perimeter of the bag bottom wall.
Optionally, the hardness of the bag bottom wall is greater than the hardness of the bag sidewall so that the bottom of the bag body tends to maintain the shape of the bag bottom wall itself; the hardness of the opening portion is greater than the hardness of the bag sidewall so that the opening of the bag body tends to be maintained in the strip shape of the convex strip.
Optionally, the ratio of the perimeter of the opening portion to the perimeter of the bottom wall of the bag is in the range of 1:1.2 to 1:1.4.

With the above-mentioned structure, since the sealing member 2 is added to the sealing of the opening portion 11 itself, the convex strip 12 is pressed and limited sufficiently by the sealing groove 21 of the sealing member 2, so that the sealing of the opening portion 11 with high airtightness can be realized. However, when limiting the position of the convex strip 3 by means of the sealing groove 21 of the sealing member 2, the convex strip 12 needs to be pressed into the first sealing opening 23 with great force to form an interference fit. Accordingly, if the convex strip 12 is made rigid, the mounting is easier, while the airtightness will be poor. On the contrary, if the convex strip 12 is made flexible, the flexible convex strip 12 is easily deformed when forced into the first sealing opening 23, which causes great difficulties in mounting and disassembly.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present application proposes a sealing bag to obtain better disassembly and assembly convenience.

The sealing groove 21 at least penetrates one side of the sealing member 2 to form a first sealing opening 23, the convex strip 12 can penetrate into the sealing groove 21 from the first sealing opening 23, and the stopper 22 is configured to confine the opening portion 11 within the sealing groove 21. The groove width of the sealing groove 21 gradually increases from the bottom of the sealing groove 21 towards the direction of the stopper 22.
The bag body 1 according to the embodiment of the present application can be made of various flexible materials. Silicone rubber has the advantages of high and low temperature resistance, good chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and excellent electrical insulation performance. At present, silicone rubber sealing bags have been increasingly used for food storage, carrying and preservation. Therefore, in the material selection of the embodiment of the present application, a silicone rubber material is preferred.
On the other hand, the material of sealing member 2 is preferably plastic or metal material with a certain rigidity. Typically, various plastics such as PET, PP, ABS and PC can be used as optional materials of sealing member 2. With this arrangement, in the process of fitting the convex strip 12 into the sealing groove 21 from the first sealing opening 23, the fitting process is easier because there is allowance in the groove width of the sealing groove 21 in most areas. Accordingly, a convex strip 12 with certain flexibility can be forced into the first sealing opening 23 so as to realize the mounting.

In the embodiment of the present application, bag body 1 is made of flexible materials. Since the opening portion 11 itself is flexible, the sealing strip 13 can be better fitted into the sealing groove 14, and the fitting connection of the two can form a seal. In addition, when the seal strip 13 and the seal groove 14 are engaged with each other, the separation of the seal strip 13 from the seal groove 14 can be well prevented by setting the groove bottom width of the seal groove 14 to be at least partially larger than the groove top width of the seal groove 14. When fitting the sealing strip 13 and the sealing groove 14, it is usually necessary to make the opening portion 11 have a certain thickness, which makes the opening portion 11 protrude towards both sides, and the protruding position just forms the convex strip 12.

It is worth noting that the size of the opening portion 11 of various sealing bags in the prior art is usually the same as the size of the bottom of the bag or larger. This is because the presence of the lower edge of the convex strip 12 when the convex strip 12 is provided easily causes difficulty in demoulding during the manufacturing process. For successful demoulding, in embodiments of the present application, a small opening can be manually opened at the interface of the mold and the sealing bag, and the lower edge of the convex strip 12 can be separated with an air gun. As a result, its flexible material can increase the tear strength of up to 24 KN/M. It is not easy for those skilled in the art to think of setting the perimeter of the opening portion 11 to be smaller than the perimeter of the bag bottom wall 15 when a definite benefit cannot be predicted in consideration of the cost.
However, the inventor of the present application has found creatively that, in the embodiment of the present application, by setting the perimeter of the opening portion 11 to be smaller than the perimeter of the bottom wall 15 of the bag, the sealing bag presents a triangular cross section as shown in
Through continuous experiments by the inventors of the present application, it has been found that, optionally, when the ratio of the perimeter of the opening portion 11 to the perimeter of the bottom wall 15 of the bag is in the range of 1:1.2 to 1:1.4, it is possible to achieve integration of the requirements on toppling prevention and capacity of the sealing bag.
To further prevent toppling, optionally, the hardness of the bag bottom wall 15 is greater than the hardness of the bag sidewall 16 so that the bottom of the bag body 1 tends to maintain the shape of the bag bottom wall 15 itself; the hardness of the opening portion 11 is greater than the hardness of the bag sidewall 16 so that the opening of the bag body 1 tends to be maintained in the strip shape of the convex strip 12. Optionally, the shape of the bag bottom wall 15 may be elliptical, circular, or a regular polygon, and the hardness of the bag bottom wall 15 is set to be relatively large, so that the sealing bag can stand more stably on the table.

That is to say, in the present application, by setting the groove width of the sealing groove 21 to be gradually increased from the bottom of the sealing groove 21 in the direction of the stopper 22, the sealing member 2 can be easily disassembled and assembled even if a flexible convex strip 12 is utilized in the sealing bag to ensure adequate airtightness. That is to say, the technical solution of the present application balances the convenience of disassembly and assembly and the airtightness of the contents, and can greatly improve the user experience.
Since the sealing bag of the present invention has good airtightness, even if the sealing bag tends to topple due to the heavier weight of the convex strip 12 when the sealing bag is placed on the table, the air in the sealing bag can still keep the sealing bag straight and not easily deflated.
The inventors of the present application have further found that a better balance of airtightness and convenience can be achieved when the angle of the first groove wall 24 to the bottom wall is between 92° and 100°, particularly when the angle of the first groove wall 24 to the bottom wall is between 94° and 98°.
