SEALING COVER AND SEALING CONTAINER

Abstract
This disclosure provides a sealing cover, belonging to the technical field of sealing containers. The sealing cover comprises: a cover body provided with a through hole; a knob, rotatably arranged on one side of the cover body and provided with protrusion parts; a bottom plate, movably arranged on the other side of the cover body and able to move close to or away from the cover body, the bottom plate being provided with a linkage part, the linkage part passing through the through hole, spiral grooves being formed in a peripheral surface of the linkage part, the protrusion parts being connected to the spiral grooves and able to move along the spiral grooves; and a seal ring arranged between the bottom plate and the cover body. Further provided is a sealing container, comprising a sealing cover and a container body, wherein a cover body of the sealing cover is fitted to cover the container body. This disclosure has the beneficial effects as follows: the knob is rotated to drive the bottom plate to move close to or away from the cover body. When the bottom plate is close to the cover body, the seal ring can be squeezed and deformed to open outward, so that the seal ring pushes against and is connected to the inner wall of the container to achieve the sealing effect, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Technical Field

This disclosure belongs to the technical field of sealing containers, and relates to a sealing cover and a sealing container using the sealing cover.



2. Description of Related Art

Sealing containers are household daily necessities. The sealing containers can be an airtight can, an airtight box, an airtight bottle or other containers with a sealing function. For example, Chinese utility model patent application No. 202120687400.X discloses a rotatably opened airtight can, including a can body and a cover body. The lower end of the cover body is fixedly connected to an external thread ring. A cover body limit plate is arranged under the cover body, and an upper end of the cover body limit plate is provided with a groove that matches the external thread ring. An outer side wall of the external thread ring is threadedly connected to a groove wall of the groove. A side wall of the cover body limit plate is fixedly connected to an annular plate. An upper end of the can body is fixedly connected to a can mouth matching the annular plate. The outer side wall of the cover body limit plate and the upper end of the annular plate are jointly connected to an annular gasket, and a side wall of the annular gasket is inclined and arranged in contact with an inner side wall of the can mouth.


The above-mentioned airtight can adopts a cover body with a thread, which achieves a sealing effect by a thread and a seal ring, but it is troublesome in actual use, and the airtight can is opened only by completely unscrewing the cover body, and the actual sealing effect needs to be improved.


BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above problems existing in the prior art, an objective of this disclosure is to provide a sealing cover and a sealing container.


The objective of this disclosure can be achieved through the following technical solutions: a sealing cover, comprising:


a cover body provided with a through hole;


a knob, rotatably arranged on one side of the cover body and provided with protrusion parts;


a bottom plate, movably arranged on the other side of the cover body and able to move close to or away from the cover body, the bottom plate being provided with a linkage part, the linkage part passing through the through hole, spiral grooves being formed in a peripheral surface of the linkage part, the protrusion parts being connected to the spiral grooves and able to move along the spiral grooves, and when the knob is rotated, the bottom plate being driven through the protrusion parts to move close to the cover body or away from the cover body; and


a seal ring arranged between the bottom plate and the cover body, the seal ring being pressed and deformed to open outward when the bottom plate is close to the cover body.


Preferably, each spiral groove is internally provided with stroke limit blocks, the knob is further provided with an elastic sheet part, the protrusion parts are arranged on the elastic sheet part, and the protrusion parts can pass over the stroke limit blocks through the deformation of the elastic sheet part to separate the bottom plate from the knob.


Preferably, the cover body is provided with a limit bump located at an edge of the through hole, and the protrusion parts are connected to the limit bump by way of pushing against the limit bump after passing over the stroke limit blocks.


Preferably, the cover body is provided with a recess part recessed toward the bottom plate, the through hole is located in the recess part, and the knob is arranged on the recess part and aligned with the through hole.


Preferably, the bottom plate is provided with a guide column extending in the movement direction of the bottom plate, the knob is provided with a guide sleeve, and the guide column is inserted in the guide sleeve and can guide the movement of the bottom plate.


Preferably, the cover body is provided with a limit groove extending in the movement direction of the bottom plate, a lower end of the seal ring is fixedly connected to the bottom plate, and an upper end of the seal ring is mounted in the limit groove.


Preferably, at least two spiral grooves and at least two protrusion parts are provided, and the protrusion parts are connected to the corresponding spiral grooves, respectively.


Preferably, the bottom plate is provided with reinforcing ribs.


Further provided is a sealing container, comprising: a sealing cover, and a container body as well, wherein the cover body of the sealing cover is fitted to cover the container body, and the seal ring of the sealing cover is connected to an inner wall of the container body by way of pushing against the inner wall of the container body when deformed to open outward.


Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of this disclosure are as follows:



1. The knob is rotated to drive the bottom plate to move close to or away from the cover body. When the bottom plate is close to the cover body, the seal ring can be squeezed and deformed to open outward, so that the seal ring pushes against and is connected to the inner wall of the container to achieve the sealing effect, and the operation is simple and convenient.



2. Due to the deformation of the elastic sheet part, the protrusion parts pass over the stroke limit blocks, and then slide out of the spiral grooves, thereby separating the knob from the bottom plate. This arrangement has the advantage that the bottom plate, the knob and the cover body can be quickly disassembled so that the bottom plate, the knob and the cover body can be cleaned easily.



3. The cooperation of the two protrusion parts and the two spiral grooves can better drive the bottom plate to rise or fall, so that the bottom plate is evenly stressed and more stable when rising or falling.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following are specific embodiments of this disclosure and further describe the technical solutions of this disclosure in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but this disclosure is not limited to these embodiments.


As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7 is a sealing cover, comprising: a cover body 100, a knob 200, a bottom plate 300 and a seal ring 400; wherein the cover body 100 is provided with a through hole 110; the knob 200 is rotatably arranged on one side of the cover body 100 and provided with protrusion parts 210; the bottom plate 300 is movably arranged on the other side of the cover body 100 and can be close to or away from the cover body 100; the bottom plate 300 is provided with a linkage part 310, and the linkage part 310 passes through the through hole 110; spiral grooves 320 are formed in the peripheral surface of the linkage part 310, the protrusion parts 210 are connected to the spiral grooves 320 and can move along the spiral grooves 320, and when the knob 200 is rotated, the bottom plate 300 can be driven through the protrusion parts 210 to move close to the cover body 100 or away from the cover body 100; the seal ring 400 is mounted between the bottom plate 300 and the cover body 100, and when the bottom plate 300 is close to the cover body 100, the seal ring 400 is squeezed and deformed to open outward.


It should be noted that the protrusion parts 210 actually serve as driving blocks, and the linkage part 310 is similar to a circular tube structure or a hollow cylinder structure, so the spiral grooves 320 can be formed in the peripheral surface of the linkage part 310. Actually, the cover body 100 serves as an upper cover, the bottom plate 300 serves as a lower cover, and the bottom plate 300 can rise or fall relative to the cover body 100.


The working principle of the sealing cover is as follows: since the spiral grooves 320 cooperate with the protrusion parts 210 on the knob 200, when the knob 200 is rotated, the rotational motion can be converted into the linear motion of the bottom plate 300 through the thread, that is, the knob 200 is rotated forward by a certain angle and rotated reversely by a certain angle, the bottom plate 300 can be driven to move close to the cover body 100 or away from the cover body 100. Since the seal ring 400 is located between the bottom plate 300 and the cover body 100, once the bottom plate 300 is close to the cover body 100, the seal ring 400 will be squeezed and deformed to open outward.


It should also be added that when the bottom plate 300 moves upward, the air volume in the box increases and the pressure decreases, and there is a certain pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cover body 100, which will cause the cover body 100 to seal the container more tightly.


The cover body 100 covers the opening of the container body 500, the bottom plate 300 is located inside the container body 500, and the seal ring 400 is close to the inner wall of the container body 500. Once the seal ring 400 is squeezed and deformed to open outward, the seal ring 400 can come into tight fit with the inner wall of the container body 500 to achieve a sealing effect.


The sealing cover works as follows: the knob 200 is rotated to drive the bottom plate 300 to move close to or away from the cover body 100. When the bottom plate 100 is close to the cover body 100, the seal ring 400 can be squeezed and deformed to open outward, so that the seal ring 400 pushes against and is connected to the inner wall of the container to achieve the sealing effect, and the operation is simple and convenient.


In the actual use process, the container can be sealed or unsealed only by rotating the knob 200 by 90°. Compared with the traditional threaded seal which achieves the sealing effect by rotating the cover by several turns, the sealing cover of this disclosure can be operated more conveniently and it can be screwed up or unscrewed just by rotating the knob 200 by a certain angle.


As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, each spiral groove 320 is internally provided with a stroke limit block 321, the knob 200 is further provided with an elastic sheet part 220, the protrusion parts 210 are arranged on the elastic sheet part 220, and the protrusion parts 210 can pass over the stroke limit blocks 321 through the deformation of the elastic sheet part 220 to separate the bottom plate 300 from the knob 200.


The stroke limit block 321 can limit the rotational stroke of the knob 200 when the seal is released. It can also limit the protrusion parts 210 from sliding out of the spiral grooves 320 and remain the connection between the knob 200 and the linkage part 310. One end of the elastic sheet part 220 is integrally connected to the knob 200, and the protrusion part 210 is integrally connected to the other end of the elastic sheet part 220.


In the process that the knob 200 drives the bottom plate 300 to move away from the cover body 100, when the bottom plate 300 moves to the farthest stroke position, the protrusion part 210 and the stroke limit block 321 collide together to limit the knob 200 from continuing to rotate. In this case, the knob 200 is further rotated with increasing force, and the elastic sheet part 220 deforms so that the protrusion parts 210 pass over the stroke limit blocks 321, and then the protrusion portions 210 slide out from the spiral grooves 320, thereby separating the knob 200 from the bottom plate 300. In this way, the bottom plate 300, the knob 200 and the cover body 100 can be quickly disassembled so that the bottom plate 300, the knob 200 and the cover body 100 can be well cleaned easily.


Preferably, the cover body 100 is provided with a limit bump 140 located at an edge of the through hole 110, and the protrusion part 210 is connected to the limit bump 140 by way of pushing against the limit bump 140 after passing over the stroke limit block 321. The limit bump 140 can prevent the knob 200 from rushing out of the spiral groove 320 and damaging the elastic sheet part 220.


As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 7, the cover body 100 is provided with a recess part 120 recessed toward the bottom plate 300, the through hole 110 is located in the recess part 120, and the knob 200 is arranged on the recess part 120 and aligned with the through hole 110.


In order to make the surface of the cover body 100 flat, and to facilitate stacking of multiple sealing containers and prevent the knob 200 from protruding from the surface of the cover body 100, the recess part 120 is arranged on purpose to receive the knob 200, and then the sealing cover has a flat surface. In the actual structure, the bottom plate 300 has a circle of flange, and the flange pushes against and is connected to the bottom sidewall of the recess part 120 to limit the horizontal movement of the bottom plate 300 relative to the cover body 100, without affecting the ascending and descending of the bottom plate 300 relative to the cover body 100.


It should also be added that, in order for the whole set of boxes to be stacked, the shape of the bottom of the sealing container matches the shape of the upper surface of the sealing cover.


As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the bottom plate 300 is provided with a guide column 330 extending in the movement direction of the bottom plate 300, the knob 200 is provided with a guide sleeve 230, and the guide column 330 is inserted in the guide sleeve 230 and can guide the movement of the bottom plate 300. The guide sleeve 230 cooperates with the guide column 330 to guide the bottom plate 300 to rise or fall and limit the bottom plate 300 and the knob 200 from moving in other directions.


The cover body 100 is provided with a limit groove 130 extending in the movement direction of the bottom plate 300, the lower end of the seal ring 400 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 300, and the upper end of the seal ring 400 is mounted in the limit groove 130. In this way, the two ends of the seal ring 400 can be limited, so that the seal ring 400 can be deformed outward when squeezed.


At least two spiral grooves 320 and at least two protrusion parts 210 are provided, and the protrusion parts are connected to the corresponding spiral grooves, respectively. In the actual structure, a plurality of protrusion parts 210 and a plurality of spiral grooves 320 can cooperate to better drive the bottom plate 300 to move upward or downward, so that the bottom plate 300 is evenly stressed and is more stable when moving upward or downward.


The bottom plate 300 is provided with reinforcing ribs 340.Providing the reinforcing ribs 340 can greatly improve the structural strength of the bottom plate 300 and avoid deformation of the bottom plate 300, so that the bottom plate 300 has sufficient strength to drive the seal ring 400 to go up and squeeze the seal ring 400 to deform.


As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, further provided is a sealing container, comprising: a sealing cover, and a container body 500 as well, wherein the cover body 100 of the sealing cover is fitted to cover the container body 500, and the seal ring 400 of the sealing cover can be connected to an inner wall of the container body 500 by way of pushing against the inner wall of the container body 500 when deformed to open outward.


It should be noted that all directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front and back) in the embodiments of this disclosure are only used to explain a relative positional relationship, motion, etc. between the various components in a specific attitude (as shown in the accompanying drawings). If the specific attitude changes, the directional indications will change accordingly.

A sealing cover comprising: a cover body provided with a through hole;a knob, rotatably arranged on one side of the cover body and provided with protrusion parts;a bottom plate, movably arranged on the other side of the cover body and able to move close to or away from the cover body, the bottom plate being provided with a linkage part, the linkage part passing through the through hole, spiral grooves being formed in a peripheral surface of the linkage part, the protrusion parts being connected to the spiral grooves and able to move along the spiral grooves, and when the knob is rotated, the bottom plate being driven through the protrusion parts to move close to the cover body or away from the cover body; anda seal ring arranged between the bottom plate and the cover body, the seal ring being pressed and deformed to open outward when the bottom plate is close to the cover body.
  • 2. The sealing cover according to claim 1, wherein each said spiral groove is internally provided with a stroke limit block, the knob is further provided with an elastic sheet part, the protrusion parts are arranged on the elastic sheet part, and the protrusion parts can pass over the stroke limit blocks through the deformation of the elastic sheet part to separate the bottom plate from the knob.
  • 3. The sealing cover according to claim 2, wherein the cover body is provided with a limit bump located at an edge of the through hole, and the protrusion parts are connected to the limit bump by way of pushing against the limit bump after passing over the stroke limit blocks.
  • 4. The sealing cover according to claim 1, wherein the cover body is provided with a recess part recessed toward the bottom plate, the through hole is located in the recess part, and the knob is arranged on the recess part and aligned with the through hole.
  • 5. The sealing cover according to claim 1, wherein the bottom plate is provided with a guide column extending in the movement direction of the bottom plate, the knob is provided with a guide sleeve, and the guide column is inserted in the guide sleeve and can guide the movement of the bottom plate.
  • 6. The sealing cover according to claim 5, wherein the cover body is provided with a limit groove extending in the movement direction of the bottom plate, a lower end of the seal ring is fixedly connected to the bottom plate, and an upper end of the seal ring is mounted in the limit groove.
  • 7. The sealing cover according to claim 1, wherein at least two spiral grooves and at least two protrusion parts are provided, and the protrusion parts are connected to the corresponding spiral grooves, respectively.
  • 8. The sealing cover according to claim 1, wherein the bottom plate is provided with reinforcing ribs.
  • 9. A sealing container comprising: the sealing cover according to claim 1; anda container body, wherein a cover body of the sealing cover is fitted to cover the container body, and the seal ring of the sealing cover is connected to an inner wall of the container body by way of pushing against the inner wall of the container body when deformed to open outward.
