Claims
- 1. A sealing means for sealing a filter envelope of a filter apparatus, comprising: at least one clip means for sealing the filter envelope of the filter apparatus; and at least one connecting means extending from the filter apparatus to said at least one clip means.
- 2. The sealing means of claim 1 wherein said connecting means includes a loop portion attached to said filter apparatus, and at least one leg portion extending from said loop portion to said at least one clip means.
- 3. The sealing means of claim 2 wherein said sealing means includes at least two clips, and said connecting means includes a loop portion and two leg portions, wherein each of said leg portions extends from said loop portion to a clip.
- 4. The sealing means of claim 3 wherein said sealing means include two clips and a said connecting means is a wire.
- 5. The sealing means of claim 4 wherein each of the said two clips includes a channel portion and a flange portion.
- 6. The sealing means of claim 5 wherein each said flange portion of each of said two clips includes an opening for receiving a leg of said wire.
- 7. The sealing means of claim 6, and further comprising a stabilizing bar, said stabilizing bar being welded to each of said legs of said wire.
- 8. The sealing means of claim 1 wherein said connecting means includes a loop portion attached to said filter apparatus, and at least one leg portion extending from said loop portion to one clip means.
- 9. The sealing means of claim 8 wherein said sealing means includes a clip, and said connecting means includes a loop portion and two leg portions, wherein each of said leg portions 99 extends from said loop portion to an end of said clip.
- 10. The sealing means of claim 9 wherein said sealing means includes one clip and said connecting means is a wire.
- 11. The sealing means of claim 10 wherein said clip includes a channel portion and a flange portion.
- 12. The sealing means of claim 11 wherein said flange portion has two openings, wherein said openings are located proximal to opposite ends of said clip.
- 13. The sealing means of claim 12, and further comprising a stabilizing bar, said stabilizing bar being welded to each of said legs of said wire.
