Abstract
A sealing plug of a toilet tank, which includes a cover body, a plunger, an adjustable lever, an upper cover and a control axis, wherein the a joint part is set on the bottom of the plunger, an air hole is set on the lateral edge of the plunger; the adjustable lever is set passing through the shaft hole, a baffle is set on its bottom end, a through hole is set on the baffle corresponded to the water inlet hole of the plunger; an upper shaft hole and a marked row of the flow amount are set on the top side of the upper cover; the lever body of the control axis is inserted in the upper shaft hole and connected to the adjustable lever; by the structure, the amount of draining water of toilet tank adjusted by the control axis may be conveniently watched.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention The invention relates to a sealing plug of a toilet tank and, more particularly, to a sealing plug structure of toilet tank for users to watch and to adjust the amount of draining water, to thereby conveniently operate the adjustment of the amount of draining water.


2. Brief Description of the Related Art


As shown in FIG. 1, it is a conventional toilet tank lever structure, FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of a conventional drain 1, its sealing plug 1 includes a cover 11, a plunger 14 and an adjustable lever 15, and is matched with a sealing pad 12 and a gasket 13, wherein a water inlet hole 141 is set on the bottom 140 of the plunger 14, and an air hole 142 is set on its lateral edge. One end of the adjustable lever 15 is fastened on the cover 11, a baffle 151 is set on its another end, the baffle 151 is against on the bottom 140 of the plunger 14, a through hole 152 is set on the baffle 151, the through hole 152 is corresponded to the water inlet hole 141 of the plunger 14. When a user want to adjust the amount of draining water of the toilet tank, the user may directly twist the plunger 14 by hands, and the relative position of the water inlet hole 141 of the plunger 14 with respect to the through hole 152 on the baffle 151 of the adjustable lever 15 is changed, a partial or the whole area of the water inlet hole 141 of the plunger 14 is blocked by the baffle 151, to thereby adjust the watering speed of the water inlet hole 141 of the plunger 14, the water inlet hole 141 may be adjusted from fully open to fully closed, so that the closing time of the sealing plug 1 may be fine tuned, to control the amount of draining water. The above structure is the structure claimed by the patent US2010/0212080 A1. Although the amount of draining water of the toilet tank may be fine tuned without tools by the structure, the water inlet hole 141 and the through hole 152 are located on the bottom of the plunger 14, the user may not see the bottom when adjusting the amount of draining water, so that the user may only adjust according to feelings and cannot control accurately.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of this, the object of the invention is to provide a sealing plug structure of toilet tank for users to watch and adjust the amount of draining water, to thereby conveniently operate the adjustment of the amount of draining water. To achieve the object, the sealing plug of the toilet tank according to the present invention includes a cover body, a plunger, an adjustable lever, an upper cover and a control axis, wherein:


the cover body, a circular disc body is set on the front side, an installation seat for fastening on an overflow pipe is set on the rear side, a large circular hole is set in the center of the circular disc body, and a chain is hooked on the front end of the circular disc body;


the plunger, which is a hemispherical lid and set on the bottom side of the cover body, an inner chamber is set concavely, a joint part is set on the bottom of the plunger, a shaft hole and a water inlet hole are set on the joint part, an air hole is set on the lateral edge of the plunger;


the adjustable lever, its lever body is set passing through the shaft hole, a baffle is set on its bottom end, a through hole is set on the baffle corresponded to the water inlet hole of the plunger;


the upper cover, which is covered on the upper side of the cover body, an upper shaft hole and a marked row of the flow amount are set on its top side;


the control axis, its lever body is inserted in the upper shaft hole, an inserting hole is set inside the lever body for the adjustable lever to insert in, a disc body is set on the top side of the control axis, an apex angle is formed on one side of the disc body for pointing the flow amount on the marked row of the flow amount.


The above water inlet hole is an arc-shaped hole.


The above through hole is an arc-shaped hole.


The above disc body, at least an ear is set on the disc body.


The above control axis, a gap is set near the open end of its inserting hole.


The above adjustable lever, a wedge rib is set on the lever body of the adjustable lever.


The above upper cover, a lower flange and a limited slot are set on its bottom.


The above circular disc body, a rib is set on the outside of the hole edge of its large circular hole.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The above and further objects and novel features of the invention will more fully appear from the following detailed description when the same is read in connection with the accompanying drawing. It is to be expressly understood, however, that the drawing is for purpose of illustration only and is not intended as a definition of the limits of the invention.


Please refer to FIG. 2 to FIG. 6, the sealing plug 2 according to the present invention includes a cover body 21, a plunger 22, an adjustable lever 23, an upper cover 24 and a control axis 25, wherein:


the cover body 21, a circular disc body 211 slightly larger than the drain 5 is set on the front side 51, an installation seat 217 for fastening on an overflow pipe 3 is set on the rear side, a large circular hole 212 is set in the center of the circular disc body 211, a rib 214 is set on the outside of the hole edge of its large circular hole 212, and multiple limited flange 213 are convexly set on the inside of the hole edge of the large circular hole 212, a bump 215 is set on the front end of the circular disc body 211, a punch hole 216 is set on the bump 215 for one end of a chain 4 hooked on;


the plunger 22, which is a hemispherical lid and set on the bottom side of the cover body 21, an inner chamber 220 is set concavely, an outer flange 225 is extended outward from the top edge of the inner chamber 220, a joint part 222 is set on the bottom of the plunger 22, a shaft hole 223 and a water inlet hole 224 are set on the joint part 222, an air hole 221 is set on the lateral edge of the plunger 22;


the adjustable lever 23, its lever body 230 is set passing through the shaft hole 223, a baffle 231 is set on its bottom end, a through hole 232 is set on the baffle 231 corresponded to the water inlet hole 224 of the plunger 22;


the upper cover 24, which is covered on the upper side of the cover body 21, an upper shaft hole 242 and a marked row of the flow amount 243 are set on its top side 241, a lower flange 244 and a limited slot 245 are set on the bottom of the upper cover 24, the limited slot 245 is provided for the rib 214 to wedge in and position;


the control axis 25, its lever body 251 is inserted in the upper shaft hole 242, an inserting hole 250 is set inside the lever body 251 for the adjustable lever 23 to insert in, a disc body 252 is set on the top side of the control axis 25, an apex angle 256 is formed on one side of the disc body 252 for pointing the flow amount on the marked row of the flow amount 243, at least an ear 253 is set on the disc body 252 for holding by fingers.


The above water inlet hole 224 is an arc-shaped hole.


The above through hole 232 is an arc-shaped hole.


The above control axis 25, a gap 254 is set near the open end of the inserting hole 250 of the lever body 251.


The above adjustable lever 23, a wedge rib 233 is set on its lever body 230 for wedging in the gap 254.


The above disc body 252, a block 255 is set on its bottom side, the block 255 is rotationally moved with the control axis 25, and limited inside an arc-shaped gap 246 on the hole edge of the upper shaft hole 242.


By the composition of the above structure, please refer to FIG. 7 simultaneously, in the normal operation state, the apex angle 256 of the disc body 252 of the control axis 25 may correspondingly point to the middle section of the marked row of the flow amount 243. When needing larger amount of draining water, the user may twist the control axis 25 to the high amount section, at this time, the apex angle 256 of the disc body 252 of the control axis 25 is correspondingly pointed to the high amount section of the marked row of the flow amount 243 (as shown in FIG. 8). When needing smaller amount of draining water, the user may twist the control axis 25 to the low amount section, at this time, the apex angle 256 of the disc body 252 of the control axis 25 is correspondingly pointed to the low amount section of the marked row of the flow amount 243 (as shown in FIG. 9).


In the present invention, the amount of draining water may be appeared through the marked row of the flow amount 243 and the corresponded section pointed by the apex angle 253 of the control axis 25, which is corresponded to the relative area change between the water inlet hole 224 of the plunger 22 and the through hole 232, to thereby provide the user to watch and adjust the amount of draining water, to thereby conveniently operate the adjustment of the amount of draining water.

Claims
  • 1. A sealing plug of a toilet tank, which includes a cover body, a plunger, an adjustable lever, an upper cover and a control axis, wherein: the cover body, a circular disc body is set on the front side, an installation seat for fastening on an overflow pipe is set on the rear side, a large circular hole is set in the center of the circular disc body, and a chain is hooked on the front end of the circular disc body;the plunger, which is a hemispherical lid and set on the bottom side of the cover body, an inner chamber is set concavely, a joint part is set on the bottom of the plunger, a shaft hole and a water inlet hole are set on the joint part, an air hole is set on the lateral edge of the plunger;the adjustable lever, its lever body is set passing through the shaft hole, a baffle is set on its bottom end, a through hole is set on the baffle corresponded to the water inlet hole of the plunger;the upper cover, which is covered on the upper side of the cover body, an upper shaft hole and a marked row of the flow amount are set on its top side;the control axis, its lever body is inserted in the upper shaft hole, an inserting hole is set inside the lever body for the adjustable lever to insert in, a disc body is set on the top side of the control axis, an apex angle is formed on one side of the disc body for pointing the flow amount on the marked row of the flow amount.
  • 2. The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water inlet hole is an arc-shaped hole.
  • 3. The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the through hole is an arc-shaped hole.
  • 4. The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least an ear is set on the disc body.
  • 5. The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein a gap is set near the open end of the inserting hole of the control axis.
  • 6. The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein a wedge rib is set on the lever body of the adjustable lever.
  • 7. The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein a lower flange and a limited slot are set on the bottom of the upper cover.
  • 8. The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rib is set on the outside of the hole edge of the large circular hole of the circular disc body.
