Abstract
A sealing plug structure of a toilet tank includes a cover, an installation seat and a floating seat, wherein the installation seat is extended from a side of the cover, two supporting arms are set on the installation seat, a notch and a guide chute are set on each supporting arm, the notches are respectively set on two positioning columns of a flush pipe, the guide chutes are connected to a side of the floating seat, a leverage moment is generated by buoyancy force on the floating seat, to strengthen a pressing force for sealing up a drain opening with the sealing plug, to thereby improve leak-proof effect.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

a) Field of the Invention


The invention relates to sealing plug structure of a toilet tank and, more particularly, to a sealing plug structure for strengthening leak-proof function, wherein a leverage moment generated by buoyancy force is provided to strengthen a pressing force for sealing up a drain opening with the sealing plug, to thereby improve leak-proof effect.


b) Description of Prior Art


Water shortage problem is increasingly severe in recent years. Governments at all levels mostly charge a fine as punishment for wasting water to remind the importance of saving water. Except a washing machine, a toilet tank is the place that consumes most water in a common is family. An abnormal water-consuming situation of a toilet tank usually happens when a sealing plug could not completely prevent leakage.


As shown in FIG. 1, it is a structure of a conventional sealing plug 1, wherein two supporting arms 11 are extended from a side of the sealing plug 1 mainly, two notches 12 are respectively set on a rear end of the supporting arms 11, the notches 12 are respectively set on two positioning columns 211 of a flush pipe 21, the sealing plug 1 is covered on a drain opening of an overflow pipe 22. The sealing plug 1 is an integrated soft plug body. In the early stages of use, the sealing plug 1 could be completely covered on the drain opening of the overflow pipe 22 with the soft elastic property. But after a period of time, the material of the sealing plug 1 hardens and its original soft elastic property gradually disappears, so that the drain opening cannot be completely covered and water leakage may easily happen. In this situation, if there is a pressing force applied on top of the sealing plug 1, the sealing result can be improved and water leakage can be prevented. However, regrettably, there is no related solution in industry. Furthermore, for consumers, they usually find water leakage after it happens for a long period of time, there is a punitive fine and it is also unnecessary waste of water resources.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of this, the object of the invention is to provide a sealing plug structure for strengthening leak-proof function, wherein a leverage moment generated by buoyancy force is provided to strengthen the pressing force for sealing up the drain opening with the sealing plug, to thereby improve leak-proof effect.


To achieve the object, according to the invention, the sealing plug structure of the toilet tank of the present invention, the sealing plug includes a cover, an installation seat and a floating seat, wherein:


the installation seat is extended from a side of the cover, two corresponding arms are set on the installation seat, two notches and two guide chutes are respectively set on the corresponding supporting arms, the notches are respectively set on the corresponding positioning columns of a flush pipe, the guide chutes are connected to a side of the floating seat, the floating seat moves along the guide chutes with changes in water level in the toilet tank, the installation seat driven by the buoyancy force on the floating seat generates a leverage moment on a end of the cover to strengthen a pressing force for sealing up the drain opening with the sealing plug, to thereby improve leak-proof effect.


The cover includes a soft plate body.


The cover, two corresponding shaft columns are set on its top side, two shaft holes are respectively set on a front end of the supporting arms, the shaft columns are respectively inserted into the corresponding shaft holes.


The floating seat, a concave space set inside its seat body is provided to install the floating seat on a peripheral edge of the flush pipe.


The floating seat, two corresponding stands are set on its one side, a lug is set on each stand, the lugs are placed inside the corresponding guide chutes.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Please refer to FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4, the sealing plug A of the present invention includes a cover 3, an installation seat 4 and a floating seat 5, wherein:


the installation seat 4 is extended from a side of the cover 3, two corresponding arms 41 are set on the installation seat 4, two notches 43 and two guide chutes 44 are respectively set on the corresponding supporting arm 41, the notches 43 are respectively set on the corresponding positioning columns 611 of a flush pipe 61, two guide chutes 44 are connected to a side of the floating seat 5, the floating seat 5 moves along the guide chutes 44 with changes in water level in the toilet tank, the installation seat 4 driven by the buoyancy force on the floating seat 5 generates a leverage moment on a end of the cover 3 to strengthen a pressing force for sealing up the drain opening 621 with the sealing plug A, to thereby improve leak-proof effect.


The abovementioned cover 3 including a soft plate body 310, the soft plate body 310 is provided to seal up the drain opening 621, two corresponding shaft columns 31 are set on a top side of the cover 3, a through hole 32 set on a front side of the cover 3 is provided to connected to an end of a chain 33.


The installation seat 4, a hollow section 40 is set in its center, the hollow section is provided for the flush pipe 61 passing through, two shaft holes 42 are respectively set on the front end of the supporting arms 41, the shaft columns 31 are inserted into the corresponding shaft holes 42.


The floating seat 5, a concave space 53 set inside its seat body 50 is provided to install the floating seat 5 on a peripheral edge of the flush pipe 61, two corresponding stands 51 are set on a side of the floating seat 5, a lug 52 is set on each stand 51, each lug 52 is placed inside each guide chute 44.


As shown in FIG. 4, in the present invention, by the composition, in sealing state, the floating seat 5 slides upwards to a first end 441 along the guide chutes 44 with changes in water level in the toilet tank due to buoyancy force, the supporting arms 41 are driven, the positioning column 611 is used as a fulcrum, a leverage moment 41 is generated on the end of the cover 3 connected to the supporting arms 41, to strengthen a pressing force for sealing up the drain opening 621 with the sealing plug A, to thereby improve leak-proof effect.


As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, when a user flushes a toilet, the chain 33 is pulled upwards and the sealing plug A is lifted up, water inside the toilet tank flows into the overflow pipe 62, and then the sealing plug A lowered and covered on the drain opening 621. The floating seat 5 slides between the second end 442 and the first end 441 of the guide chute 44 with changes in water level in the toilet tank. When the water level in the toilet tank is near full lever, the lug 52 of the floating seat 5 arrives to the first end 441, the supporting arms 41 are driven due to buoyancy force, and a leverage moment is generated to form a pressing force for the sealing plug A. Thus, when water level of the toilet tank is full level, pressing force for sealing up the drain opening 621 with the sealing plug A has fully strengthened (as shown in FIG. 4), to thereby improve leak-proof effect, so the water leakage problem of conventional sealing plugs is solved.

A sealing plug structure of a toilet tank, the sealing plug structure comprises: a cover;an installation seat having two arms, each arm of the two arms has one guide chute of two guide chutes located at a first end of the arm and extending a predetermined length and a notch located at a middle portion of the arm and below the guide chute, the notch of each arm of the two arms is pivotally connected to a corresponding positioning column of two positioning columns of a flush pipe of the toilet tank and a second end of each said arm of the two arms is connected to the cover; anda floating seat pivotally and slidably connected to the two guide chutes of the installation seat, the floating seat moves along the two guide chutes with as a water level in the toilet tank changes, the installation seat driven by the buoyancy force of the floating seat presses the cover against a drain opening of the toilet tank to seal the drain opening with the sealing plug.
  • 7. The sealing plug structure of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cover includes a soft plate body.

The sealing plug structure of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cover has two shaft columns extending outwardly in opposite directions, a shaft hole is located on the second end of each said arm of the two arms, one shaft column of the two shaft columns of the cover is inserted into the shaft hole of a corresponding arm of the two arms of the installation seat.
  • 9. The sealing plug structure of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 6, wherein the floating seat has a seat body having a U-shaped cross section defining a concave space located therein, the flush pipe is located in the concave space of the floating seat.

The sealing plug structure of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 6, wherein the floating seat has two stands extending outwardly from the floating seat, each stand of the two stands has a lug, the lug of each said stand of the two stands of the floating seat is pivotally and slidably inserted into the guide chute of a corresponding arm of the two arms of the installation seat.
