Abstract
A seat back plate adjustment device includes a connection mechanism sleeved on a seat base lifting cylinder, a swinging mechanism fixedly provided on the connection mechanism and an adjustment mechanism penetrating the connection mechanism; the swinging mechanism includes a spring support fixedly provided on the connection mechanism, two swinging springs symmetrically set about a center line of the spring support, an insertion plate and a rotating shaft pressed against the swinging springs; the rotating shaft runs through the insertion plate and the spring support, the insertion plate is rotatably connected with the spring support, and the insertion plate is fixedly connected to the back plate of the seat. The invention has the advantages of good sitting comfort and good support stability.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention belongs to the technical field of office seating adjustment devices, specifically relates to a seat back plate adjustment device.


BACKGROUND ART

Office seating refers to a variety of chairs that are equipped for work convenience in daily work and social activities. Common office chairs include executive chairs, medium-back office chairs, guest chairs, staff chairs, conference chairs, visitor chairs, training chairs and so on. Office chairs are usually composed of several parts, such as seat, base plate, back plate and so on. In order to meet the increasing demand for people's sitting experience, the office chair began to develop in the direction of multifunctionalization.


The adjustment device of the office chair is the core mechanical structure of the office chair to realize the adjustment function. The common office chair integrates the function of adjusting the angle of the back plate and the height of the base plate, which can meet people's daily needs. However, when the human body sits on this kind of office chair for a long time, due to the fixed position between the back plate and the base plate, the human spine and cervical vertebrae maintain the same posture for a long time, and the lumbar and back of the user will be fatigued.


With respect to the above-described technology, it can be learned that the existing office chair with conventional adjustment function has the defect of being prone to fatigue after sitting for a long time.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to further the sitting comfort of an office seating and reduce the fatigue caused by long time sitting, the invention provides a seat back plate adjustment device.


A seat back plate adjustment device provided by the invention adopts the following technical solution:

    • a seat back plate adjustment device includes a connection mechanism sleeved on a seat base lifting cylinder, a swinging mechanism fixedly provided on the connection mechanism and an adjustment mechanism penetrating the connection mechanism; the swinging mechanism includes a spring support fixedly provided on the connection mechanism, two swinging springs symmetrically set about a center line of the spring support, an insertion plate and a rotating shaft abutted against the swinging springs; the rotating shaft runs through the insertion plate and the spring support, the insertion plate is rotatably connected with the spring support, and the insertion plate is fixedly connected to the back plate of the seat.


By adopting the above technical solution, the connection mechanism plays the role of fixing and installing the seat base, and at the same time provides a limit for installation of the swinging mechanism and the adjustment mechanism, and the adjustment mechanism makes it possible to adjust the inclination angle between the back plate and the base according to the user's actual needs, and the spring support in the swinging mechanism provides a support and a limit for installation of the swinging springs and the insertion plate, and the swinging springs are able to provide a supporting counterforce for the insertion plate; the rotating shaft runs through the insertion plate and the spring support to form a rotating connection structure between the spring support and the insertion plate, which allows the back plate to rotate with the insertion plate and the spring support on the premise of not significantly increasing the distance between the back plate and the base and ensuring stability of the connection structure of the back plate, which allows the user's back to rotate laterally, thereby achieving the effect of relaxation of the back and realizing a further enhancement of sitting comfort of the office chair, and reducing the fatigue caused by sitting for a long period of time.


Optionally, the insertion plate includes a positioning plate, extension plates symmetrically connected to both sides of the positioning plate, and two support plates vertically disposed on the positioning plate; the positioning plate is provided with threaded holes, and the support plate is provided with shaft holes, and the rotating shaft is threaded on the support plate.


By adopting the above technical solution, the positioning plate plays the role of connecting the back plate, the extension plates symmetrically connected to both sides of the positioning plate can be inserted in the mounting groove of the back plate, which increases the contact area between the positioning plate and the back plate, improves support stability on the back plate by the insertion plate as well as the load-bearing capacity of the connecting structure, and the support plate plays the role of carrying and limiting installation of the rotating shaft.


Optionally, the positioning plate is symmetrically provided with two limiting bumps, and the limiting bumps are inserted in the swinging springs.


By adopting the above technical solution, two symmetrically provided limiting bumps on the positioning plate play a role in limiting the position of the swinging springs, and can avoid phenomenon of misalignment of the springs when the positioning plate rotates relative to the spring support.


Optionally, gaskets are provided in the shaft hole on the support plate; the gaskets are sleeved on the rotating shaft.


By adopting the above technical solution, the gaskets sleeved in the shaft hole on the support plate can reduce the noise generated when relative rotation occurs between the rotating shaft and the support plate, further improving the user experience.


Optionally, a side wall on the spring support corresponding to the position where the swinging springs are abutted against protrudes outward to form protrusions; the swinging springs are snap-fitted within the protrusions.


By adopting the above technical solution, the protrusion structure formed by the spring support and swinging springs at the abutting position protruding outwardly can play a limiting role for the swinging springs, so as to improve stability of the spring support on the spring support structure.


Optionally, the connection mechanism includes a base plate fixedly connected to the seat, a cover plate fixedly provided on the base plate and sleeved on the seat base lifting cylinder, and a screw penetrating the base plate and cover plate; one end of the screw is provided with an end block, and another end is provided with a threaded hole.


By adopting the above technical solution, the base plate in the connection mechanism plays the role of connecting the seat, the cover plate fixedly mounted on the base plate and sleeved on the lifting cylinder plays the role of connecting the base and assisting in the installation of the adjustment mechanism, the screw penetrating the cover plate and the base plate are able to make the base plate and the cover plate form an integral structure, and the limiting end block at one end of the screw is able to avoid the screw slipping out of the cover plate and the base plate.


Optionally, the cover plate is provided with a mounting cylinder, an inner wall of the mounting cylinder is provided with threads, and the diameter size of the mounting cylinder gradually increases along the direction away from the cover plate.


By adopting the above technical solution, the mounting cylinder provided on the cover plate can be used for mounting the elastic force support spring of the back plate to improve comfort level of the back plate support effect, and the structural design that the diameter size of the mounting cylinder gradually increases along the direction away from the cover plate makes it not easy for the elastic force support spring mounted on the mounting cylinder to slip off from the mounting cylinder.


Optionally, a plurality of reinforcing bars is provided on partial sidewall of the cover plate that is sleeved on the seat base lifting cylinder, and the reinforcing bars are uniformly distributed along circumferential direction of the seat base lifting cylinder.


By adopting the above technical solution, a plurality of reinforcing bars provided on partial side wall of the cover plate sleeved on the lifting cylinder can increase the structural strength of the cover plate, improve the stability and load-bearing capacity of the connection structure between the cover plate and the seat base, reduce shaking in an indeterminate direction, and further enhance the sitting experience.


Optionally, the adjustment mechanism includes an adjusting rod penetrating the base plate and the cover plate and a fixture block fixed in the base plate; the adjusting rod is slidably connected with the base plate and the cover plate in the direction of its own axis.


By adopting the above technical solution, the adjusting rod in the adjustment mechanism is able to drive the sliding block to slide inside, and the slidable connection structure between the adjusting rod and the cover plate enables the adjusting rod to drive the sliding block to do reciprocate movement by driving the metal bar in the process of sliding, so that the sliding block is able to move inside the notch of the fixture block, so as to enable the back plate to switch between two states of locking and unlocking, and to realize function of angle adjustment of the back plate.


Optionally, a flat head is provided at one end of the adjusting rod away from the base plate.


By adopting the above technical solution, the flat head provided at one end of the adjusting rod away from the bottom plate can be used to install a handle, which is convenient for the user to hold, and further improves the use experience.


In summary, the invention includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:

    • 1. The connection mechanism of the invention plays the role of fixing and installing the seat base, and at the same time provides a limit for installation of the swinging mechanism and the adjustment mechanism, and the adjustment mechanism makes it possible to adjust the inclination angle between the back plate and the base according to the user's actual needs, and the spring support in the swinging mechanism provides a support and a limit for installation of the swinging springs and the insertion plate, and the swinging springs are able to provide a supporting counterforce for the insertion plate; the rotating shaft runs through the insertion plate and the spring support to form a rotating connection structure between the spring support and the insertion plate, which allows the back plate to rotate with the insertion plate and the spring support on the premise of not significantly increasing the distance between the back plate and the base and ensuring stability of the connection structure of the back plate, which allows the user's back to rotate laterally, thereby achieving the effect of relaxation of the back and realizing a further enhancement of sitting comfort of the office chair, and reducing the fatigue caused by sitting for a long period of time;
    • 2. the positioning plate of the invention plays the role of connecting the back plate, the extension plates symmetrically connected to both sides of the positioning plate can be inserted in the mounting groove of the back plate, which increases the contact area between the positioning plate and the back plate, improves support stability on the back plate by the insertion plate as well as the load-bearing capacity of the connecting structure, and the support plate plays the role of carrying and limiting installation of the rotating shaft;
    • 3. the adjusting rod in the adjustment mechanism of the invention is able to drive the sliding block to slide inside, and the slidable connection structure between the adjusting rod and the cover plate enables the adjusting rod to drive the sliding block to do reciprocate movement by driving the metal bar in the process of sliding, so that the sliding block is able to move inside the notch of the fixture block, so as to enable the back plate to switch between two states of locking and unlocking, and to realize function of angle adjustment of the back plate.

SPECIFIC EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

The invention is further described in detail hereinafter with reference to the FIG. 1 to FIG. 4.


Office seating refers to a variety of chairs that are equipped for work convenience in daily work and social activities. Common office chairs include executive chairs, medium-back office chairs, guest chairs, staff chairs, conference chairs, visitor chairs, training chairs and so on. Office chairs are usually composed of several parts, such as seat, base plate, back plate and so on. In order to meet the increasing demand for people's sitting experience, the office chair began to develop in the direction of multifunctionalization. The adjustment device of the office chair is the core mechanical structure of the office chair to realize the adjustment function. The common office chair integrates the function of adjusting the angle of the back plate and the height of the base plate, which can meet people's daily needs. However, when the human body sits on this kind of office chair for a long time, due to the fixed position between the back plate and the base plate, the human spine and cervical vertebrae maintain the same posture for a long time, and the lumbar and back of the user will be fatigued. In order to further enhance the sitting comfort of office seat and reduce the fatigue caused by long time sitting, the invention provides a seat back plate adjustment device.


The embodiment discloses a seat back plate adjustment device. With reference to FIG. 1, the seat back plate adjustment device includes a connection mechanism 1, a swinging mechanism 2 and an adjustment mechanism 3. Wherein one side of the connection mechanism 1 is fixedly connected to the seat base lifting cylinder and another side is fixedly connected to a back portion of seat cushion. The swinging mechanism 2 and the adjustment mechanism 3 are both mounted inside the connection mechanism 1. The adjustment mechanism 3 is capable of changing the tilt angle of the back plate and fixing it at a specific position, and the swinging mechanism 2 is capable of swinging between the back plate and the seat cushion, which facilitates the user to change the seating position and enhances the sitting comfort.


Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, the connection mechanism 1 includes a base plate 11, a cover plate 12, and a screw 13, wherein four corners of the base plate 11 are provided with bolt holes, and positioning bolts are installed in the bolt holes, and the base plate 11 is fixed to the cushion by means of bolt connection. The cover plate 12 is horizontally placed on the base plate 11, and the screw 13 penetrates the cover plate 12 and the base plate 11 to fix the base plate 11 and the cover plate 12. The cover plate 12 is disposed on the seat base lifting cylinder, and reinforcing bars 122 are provided on partial sidewall of the cover plate 12 that is sleeved on the seat base lifting cylinder, the number of the reinforcing bars 122 is four, and four reinforcing bars 122 are uniformly distributed along circumferential direction of the seat base lifting cylinder. The reinforcing bars 122 can increase the load-bearing capacity of the cover plate 12. The cover plate 12 is provided with a mounting cylinder 121, and the diameter size of the mounting cylinder 121 gradually increases along the direction away from the cover plate 12. One end of the screw 13 is provided with an end block for limiting, and another end thereof is provided with a threaded hole.


Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 4, the swinging mechanism 2 includes a spring support 21, swinging springs 22, an insertion plate 23 and a rotating shaft 24; wherein the spring support 21 is fixedly mounted on the base plate 11 by means of bolt connection, and the swinging springs 22 are mounted in the spring support 21. The number of swinging springs 22 is two. Two swinging springs 22 are symmetrically disposed about a geometric center of the spring support 21. A part on the spring support 21 corresponding to the position where the swinging springs 22 are abutted against the spring support 21 protrudes outward to form protrusions 211, and the concave structure inside the protrusion 211 serves as a limiting function for the swinging springs 22. The rotating shaft 24 runs through the insertion plate 23 and the spring support 21, enabling rotation between the insertion plate 23 and the spring support 21 in the direction of an axis of the rotating shaft 24.


Referring to FIG. 4, the insertion plate 23 includes a positioning plate 231, extension plates 232, support plates 233, a limiting bump 234, and gaskets 235. Wherein the positioning plate 231 is provided with a plurality of bolt holes connect to the bolts of back plate. The extension plates 232 are symmetrically provided about the positioning plate 231, and the extension plates 232 are perpendicular to the plane where the positioning plate 231 is located, and are inserted in the mounting slot of the back plate. The number of support plates 233 are two, and both of two support plates 233 are vertically provided on the positioning plate 231, and the support plates 233 are provided with circular through holes. The rotating shaft 24 is threaded into the circular through holes on the two support plates 233; gaskets 235 made of polymer are disposed in the circular through holes on the support plates 233, and the gaskets 235 can avoid noise generated by friction between the rotating shaft 24 and the support plates 233, further enhancing the user's sitting experience.


Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, The adjustment mechanism 3 comprises an adjusting rod 31 and a fixture block 32. wherein the adjusting rod 31 is a solid metal rod with a crank. A flat head 311 is provided at one end of the adjusting rod 31 away from the connection mechanism 1, and the flat head 311 structure can be used to install a handle and increase the contact area between the handle and the adjusting rod 31. The handle can facilitate the user to adjust and rotate the adjusting rod 31. The fixture block 32 is a solid metal block provided with a plurality of slots. The fixture block 32 is fixedly mounted in the base plate 11 by welding. The adjusting rod 31 penetrates the base plate 11 and the cover plate 12, and the adjusting rod 31 is slidably connected with the base plate 11 and the cover plate 12 in the direction of its own axis. In the process of sliding, the adjusting rod 31 can drive the metal strip disposed on the fixed shaft to rotate, and another end of the metal strip can drive the sliding block to slide, so that the sliding block can be stuck into the slot of the fixture block 32 or slid out from the slot, thereby realizing the switching of the seat back plate between the locking and the unlocking state. After the seat back plate is unlocked, its rotation angle can be adjusted according to the actual needs of the user, and after adjusting to a suitable angle, the back plate can be locked between the back plate and the seat cushion.


The implementation principle of a seat back plate adjustment device of an embodiment of the application is as follows: the user pushes the adjusting rod 31 in the direction of the axis of the adjusting rod 31, the adjusting rod 31 can drive the metal strip to rotate around the axis, and the stopper fixed on the metal strip can be stuck in or slid out of the slot of the fixture block 32, so as to realize function of adjusting the angle of the back plate. By rotating around the direction of the axis of the adjusting rod 31, the adjusting rod 31 can squeeze the release button of the seat base lifting cylinder, thereby realizing the adjustment of the height of the seat cushion. When the user needs to change the seating position for a long period of time, the insertion plate 23 connected to the back plate can overcome elasticity of the swinging springs 22 to rotate under the action of the user's back force; after the seating position is restored, the insertion plate 23 can be reset to the initial position under the action of the swinging springs 22, so that the back plate returns to the initial position under the action of the insertion plate 23. Thereby, the inventive purpose of adjusting the user's sitting posture and improving the sitting experience is realized.


The invention and its embodiments have been described above, but the description is not limited thereto; only one embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawings, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. In general, it is to be understood by those skilled in the art that non-creative design of structural forms and embodiments that are similar to the technical solutions without departing from the spirit of the invention shall all fall within the protective scope of the invention.

  • 1. A seat back plate adjustment device, including a connection mechanism sleeved on a seat base lifting cylinder, a swinging mechanism fixedly provided on the connection mechanism and an adjustment mechanism penetrating the connection mechanism; the swinging mechanism includes a spring support fixedly provided on the connection mechanism, two swinging springs symmetrically set about a center line of the spring support, an insertion plate and a rotating shaft abutted against the swinging springs; the rotating shaft runs through the insertion plate and the spring support, the insertion plate is rotatably connected with the spring support, and the insertion plate is fixedly connected to the back plate of the seat.
  • 2. The seat back plate adjustment device of claim 1, wherein the insertion plate includes a positioning plate, extension plates symmetrically connected to both sides of the positioning plate, and two support plates vertically disposed on the positioning plate; the positioning plate is provided with threaded holes, and the support plate is provided with shaft holes, and the rotating shaft is threaded on the support plate.
  • 3. The seat back plate adjustment device of claim 2, wherein the positioning plate is symmetrically provided with two limiting bumps, and the limiting bumps are inserted in the swinging springs.
  • 4. The seat back plate adjustment device of claim 2, wherein gaskets are provided in the shaft hole on the support plate; the gaskets are sleeved on the rotating shaft.
  • 5. The seat back plate adjustment device of claim 1, wherein a side wall on the spring support corresponding to the position where the swinging springs are abutted against protrudes outward to form protrusions; the swinging springs are snap-fitted within the protrusions.
  • 6. The seat back plate adjustment device of claim 1, wherein the connection mechanism includes a base plate fixedly connected to the seat, a cover plate fixedly provided on the base plate and sleeved on the seat base lifting cylinder, and a screw penetrating the base plate and cover plate; one end of the screw is provided with an end block, and another end is provided with a threaded hole.
  • 7. The seat back plate adjustment device of claim 6, wherein the cover plate is provided with a mounting cylinder, an inner wall of the mounting cylinder is provided with threads, and the diameter size of the mounting cylinder gradually increases along the direction away from the cover plate.
  • 8. The seat back plate adjustment device of claim 6, wherein a plurality of reinforcing bars is provided on partial sidewall of the cover plate that is sleeved on the seat base lifting cylinder, and the reinforcing bars are uniformly distributed along circumferential direction of the seat base lifting cylinder.
  • 9. The seat back plate adjustment device of claim 6, wherein the adjustment mechanism includes an adjusting rod penetrating the base plate and the cover plate and a fixture block fixed in the base plate; the adjusting rod is slidably connected with the base plate and the cover plate in the direction of its own axis.
  • 10. The seat back plate adjustment device of claim 9, wherein a flat head is provided at one end of the adjusting rod away from the base plate.
