Claims
- 1. A seat belt retractor comprising a mechanism for taking up at least a portion of the seat belt by motor power, and wherein the mechanism comprises at least two motors.
- 2. The seat belt retractor of claim 1, wherein at lease two of the motors have functions different from each other.
- 3. The seat belt retractor of claim 2, wherein at least one of the motors is attached to a frame separate from a frame to which other motors are attached.
- 4. A seat belt retractor of claim 3, wherein at least one motor is a motor that performs a comforting function or is a motor that performs a pretensioning function.
- 5. A seat belt retractor of claim 3, further comprising two frames to which the motors are attached, and wherein the frames are disposed to a base frame such that the frames are positioned at the both sides of a spool.
- 6. A seat belt retractor of claim 5, wherein the motors are positioned at a side opposite to the position of a projection of a pretensioner in the vertical direction of the base frame.
- 7. The seat belt retractor of claim 1, wherein at least one of the motors is attached to a frame separate from a frame to which other motors are attached.
