Claims
- 1. An arrangement for securing a fabric cover about an object, the securing arrangement comprising:
an attachment portion operable for holding the fabric cover; and an anchoring portion positionable at a securing location of the object, the anchoring portion operable for engagingly receiving the attachment portion.
- 2. The arrangement of claim 1, wherein said anchor portion is configured to be secured upon a leg of a furniture piece.
- 3. The securing arrangement of claim 2, wherein said anchor portion is configured to insertibly receive a foot portion of a leg of a furniture piece.
- 4. The securing arrangement of claim 1, wherein the attachment portion comprises an outer shell.
- 5. The securing arrangement of claim 4, wherein the anchoring portion further comprises an interior insert operable for receiving a foot portion of a furniture piece leg within an interior receiving space of the interior insert.
- 6. The securing arrangement of claim 5, wherein the outer shell and the interior insert are substantially conformance fitting one to the other.
- 7. The securing arrangement of claim 6, wherein the interior insert is disposed within and engages the outer shell such that a fabric cover is securable between the outer shell and the interior insert.
- 8. The securing arrangement of claim 3, wherein the anchoring portion further comprises a first body piece operable for receiving a foot portion of a furniture leg within an interior receiving area of the first body piece.
- 9. The securing arrangement of claim 8, wherein the attachment portion comprises a second body piece and a securing piece, the second body piece comprising a securing shelf and a bottom portion, the securing piece snappingly engaging the second body piece.
- 10. The securing arrangement of claim 9, wherein the securing piece snappingly engages the second body piece such that a fabric cover is securable between the securing shelf of the second body piece and the securing piece.
- 11. The securing arrangement of claim 10, wherein the first body piece is disposed within the second body piece to secure a fabric cover configured to be positioned about an object.
- 12. The securing arrangement of claim 1, wherein the attachment portion and the anchoring portion are made of a material selected from the group consisting of rubber and plastic.
- 13. The securing arrangement of claim 1, wherein the anchoring portion is operable for releasably engaging the attachment portion.
- 14. A securement arrangement for holding fabric-type sheeting into a use-configuration, said arrangement comprising:
an attachment portion defining a trap space, said trap space being configured to releasably engage a portion of a fabric-type sheet; and an anchor portion coupled to said attachment portion, said anchor portion having a receiving area adapted to catch on an article for associating said fabric-type sheet with the article.
- 15. The securement arrangement of claim 14, wherein said attachment portion and said anchor portion together establish a securement body, said securement body being predominantly constructed from semi-rigid material that is form-retaining and that possesses sufficient flexure to accommodate releasable securement of the securement body to differently configured fabric-type sheeting.
- 16. The securement arrangement of claim 15, wherein said securement body is predominantly constructed from plastic.
- 17. The securement arrangement of claim 14, wherein said attachment portion and said anchor portion together establish a securement body, said securement body being comprised of multi-parts that, based on relative positioning one to the others, establish an open configuration in which a portion of a fabric-type sheet is insertible into said trap space and a closed configuration in which an inserted portion of a fabric-sheet is retained in said trap space.
- 18. The securement arrangement of claim 17, wherein at least two of said multi-parts of said securement body are configured to be conformance fitting one to the other with said trap space established there between in said closed configuration.
- 19. The securement arrangement of claim 18, wherein said at least two multiparts of said securement body are configured for snap-connection, one to the other in said closed configuration.
- 20. A cupped arrangement for holding a fabric-type furniture cover in a use-configuration upon a furniture piece, said cupped arrangement comprising:
an attachment portion defining a trap space, said trap space being configured to releasably engage a portion of a fabric-type furniture cover; and an anchor portion coupled to said attachment portion, said anchor portion having a cupped receiving space adapted to insertibly receive a foot portion of a leg of a furniture piece over which the fabric-type furniture cover is installable.
- 21. The cupped arrangement of claim 20, wherein said attachment portion and said anchor portion together establish a cupped receiver, said cupped receiver being predominantly constructed from semi-rigid material that is form-retaining and that possesses sufficient flexure to accommodate releasable securement of the cupped receiver to a furniture cover.
- 22. The cupped arrangement of claim 21, wherein said cupped receiver is predominantly constructed from plastic.
- 23. The cupped arrangement of claim 20, wherein said attachment portion and said anchor portion together establish a cupped receiver, said cupped receiver being comprised of multi-parts that, based on relative positioning one to the others, establish an open configuration in which a portion of a furniture cover is insertible into said trap space and a closed configuration in which an inserted portion of a furniture cover is retained in said trap space.
- 24. The cupped arrangement of claim 23, wherein at least two of said multi-parts of said cupped receiver are configured to be conformance fitting one to the other with said trap space established there between in said closed configuration.
- 25. The cupped arrangement of claim 23, wherein said at least two multi-parts of said cupped receiver are configured for snap-connection, one to the other in said closed configuration.
