This application relates to cosmetics, and more particular to a segmented self-grafting eyelash and an eyelash kit including the same.
As people's living standards improve and aesthetic concepts change, various false eyelash products on the market are booming. Compared with traditional false eyelashes, eyelash extensions fit more naturally and comfortably and are easier to wear. Self-grafting eyelashes are false eyelash that can be used repeatedly and are more affordable and environmentally friendly than traditional disposable false eyelashes. As the pace of modern women's lives accelerates, more and more of them are focusing on ease of wear. Segmented flaky eyelash extensions have become a popular accessory since they don't need to be attached and removed every day.
Segmented self-grafting eyelashes consist of an eyelash stem and an eyelash wire that connects to the eyelash stem. To wear segmented flaky self-grafting eyelashes, a special adhesive is coated on the side of the eyelash wire before the self-grafting eyelashes are applied to the real lashes. Nowadays, the common glue for self-grafting eyelashes is acrylic emulsion adhesive, which is prone to cause allergic reaction if the glue is not evenly applied or the amount applied is too much. In addition, acrylic emulsion glue is water-soluble and non-irritating, but the viscosity is small and not persistent, and the self-grafting eyelashes only last for 3-5 days, which reduces the user's experience.
Professional eyelash artists often use cyanoacrylate glue to graft single or dozen eyelashes. The cyanoacrylate glue is the fast-drying glue, firm, and persistent. The grafting can be maintained for about 30 days, but the grafting method is high-cost and time-consuming (1-2 hours). Furthermore, the cyanoacrylate system is irritating and cannot be applied in large quantities, so the cyanoacrylate system is not applied in segmented self-grafting eyelashes.
In view of the deficiencies in the prior art, this application provides a segmented self-grafting eyelash and an eyelash kit including the same. Based on the special structure of the segmented self-grafting eyelash, the segmented self-grafting eyelash can be firmly worn with a small amount of grafting adhesive of cyanoacrylate system, which has very convenient operation; and the eyelashes are long worn, which greatly improves the user's eyelash experience.
In a first aspect, this application provides a segmented self-grafting eyelash, comprising:
The segmented self-grafting eyelashes in this application are provided with a plurality of grafting columns on the second side of the stem along the extension direction of roots of the eyelash filaments. Thus, when wearing the eyelashes, the eyelashes are securely worn by coating the glue of the cyanoacrylate system to the grafting columns, and then bonding the grafting columns to the appropriate position of the natural eyelashes. The wearing process does not need to apply glue to each eyelash filament, and can be completed with the self-grafting in about 10 minutes, which saves the time of wearing the eyelash filaments. The wearing process uses the cyanoacrylate system of glue to make the modelling more solid, which can be worn and maintained for 15-30 days, and only a small amount of glue is applied to a plurality of grafting columns for bonding, which also does not cause irritation and improves the user experience.
In some embodiments, the width of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes, the number of grafting columns, the connection pattern between the grafting columns and the stem, the shape and width of the cross section of the grafting columns, the surface structure of the grafting columns, the length of the grafting column, the connection pattern between the grafting columns as well as between the grafting column and the stem, the structure of eyelash filaments connected by grafting columns in the extension direction of the stem as well as the structure of eyelash filaments are further defined for improving the convenience of wearing the segmented self-grafting eyelashes, the wearing persistence, and the aesthetic appearance of the eyelashes.

It should be noted that the segmented self-grafting eyelashes are not limited to the self-grafting by ordinary users, but also suitable for professional eyelash artists. The segmented self-grafting eyelashes will significantly improve the work efficiency of the eyelash artists.

Compared with the prior art, this application has the following beneficial effects.
The segmented self-grafting eyelash of this application is provided with multiple grafting columns. In the practical application, the cyanoacrylate glue is applied to the grafting columns, and then the grafting columns are attached to a suitable position of the natural eyelashes to allow the segmented self-grafting eyelash to be firmly worn. In conclusion, this application has convenient and time-saving operation, stable attachment and elegant appearance, and will not cause irritation, thereby improving the user's experience. The eyelash kit including the segmented self-grafting eyelashes designed herein is very convenient to store, use and carry, and can meet the needs of users in different situations.

When wearing the segmented self-grafting eyelashes, the cyanoacrylate glue is applied to the grafting columns 3, and then the grafting columns 3 are bonded to the suitable position of the natural eyelashes to allow the segmented self-grafting eyelashes to be firmly worn. It is not needed to apply glue to each eyelash filament 2 during the wearing process, and the self-grafting operation can be completed in about 10 minutes, which is timesaving. The cyanoacrylate glue makes the styling more solid, and the application of glue to only a plurality of grafting columns 3 does not cause irritation. The comprehensive performance of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes is improved, thereby improving the user's experience.
It should be noted that the cross section of the stem 1 in this embodiment is not limited, and may be flat or round. The technical solutions obtained by those skilled in the art without paying creative efforts and by setting a suitable shape of the cross section of the stem 1 based on the disclosure are within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, the wearing way of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes is not limited. In addition to the wearing way of applying the glue of the cyanoacrylate system on the grafting column 3 as before, the user may also wear the eyelashes by applying an acrylic emulsion adhesive or other extension glue at a suitable position of the eyelash filament 2, or at a suitable position of the eyelash filament 2 and the grafting column 3. Thus, the segmented self-grafting eyelashes not only provide the user with a more convenient and longer lasting wearing method of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes, but also provide other optional wearing methods of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes.
Based on the segmented self-grafting eyelashes shown in embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 optimizes the width of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes.
Optionally, the segmented self-grafting eyelash has a width of 3-35 mm, such as 3 mm, 4 mm, 4.5 mm, 5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 9.5 mm, 10 mm, 10.5 mm, 11 mm, 12 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm, 15 mm, 16 mm, 17 mm, 18 mm, 19 mm, 20 mm, 21 mm, 22 mm, 23 mm, 24 mm, 25 mm, 26 mm, 27 mm, 28 mm, 29 mm, 30 mm, 31 mm, 32 mm, 33 mm, 34 mm, 35 mm, but are not limited to the exemplified values, and other width values within the above mentioned range not enumerated are equally applicable to the disclosure. Of course, setting a plurality of segmented self-grafting eyelashes as one whole paired self-grafting eyelashes is also within the scope of protection of the disclosure, for example, the width of the self-grafting eyelashes is set to be 15-35 mm, or 20-35 mm.
The width of the segmented self-grafting eyelash is further optional to be 3-15 mm, and further optional to be 5-10 mm. When wearing the segmented self-grafting eyelashes of this embodiment for self-grafting, only about 3-5 pieces of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes are needed to cover the natural eyelashes of one eye, and the wearing of the self-grafting false eyelashes can be completed in about 10 minutes, which is very convenient to operate.
It should be noted that the width of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes in this embodiment refers to the distance between the two ends of the stem 1 in the natural state.
Based on the segmented self-grafting eyelashes in embodiment 1, the embodiment 3 optimizes the number of grafting columns 3. According to the material for preparing the segmented self-grafting eyelashes, and for the sake of aesthetics and firmness, the number of grafting columns 3 is set at 2-30, preferably, the number of grafting columns 3 is set at 2-15. It should be noted that those skilled in the art may set a suitable number of grafting columns 3 without paying creative efforts according to the width of the self-extension eyelashes, so as to increase the firmness of the self-grafting eyelashes after bonding and at the same time ensure that the effect of the grafting is aesthetically pleasing and the convenience of operation. In the production of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes, the number of grafting columns 3 may be set to vary proportionally with the width of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes. Or a suitable number of grafting columns 3 may be set to exclude the influence of the width of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes according to the actual situation, i.e., the number of the grafting columns 3 does not vary proportionally with the width of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes, and the resulting technical solutions are all within the protection scope of the disclosure.
Based on the segmented self-grafting eyelashes in embodiment 1, the embodiment 4 does not limit the shape of the grafting column 3. The grafting column 3 is coated with the grafting adhesive and bonds the self-grafting eyelashes to the natural eyelashes. Those skilled in the art in the art may, based on the technical solution of the disclosure, set the shape of the grafting column 3 suitable for bonding to the natural eyelash without paying creative efforts, and the resulting technical solutions are within the protection scope of the disclosure.
Optionally, the cross-sectional shape of the grafting column 3 is flat or round. Considering the function of the grafting column 3 for bonding the self-extension eyelashes to the natural eyelashes, further optionally, the cross-sectional shape of the grafting column 3 is flat to make the bonding surface of the grafting column 3 larger.
Based on the segmented self-grafting eyelashes in embodiment 1, the width of the cross section of the grafting column 3 is optimized in the embodiment 5.
Optionally, the width of the cross section of the grafting column 3 is 0.08 to 0.5 mm, for example, 0.08 mm, 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, but it is not limited to the exemplified values, and other unlisted values within the above value ranges are also applicable to the disclosure. To improve the grafting effect of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes and the convenience of the self-grafting operation, it is further optional that the grafting column 3 has a width in cross section of 0.2 to 0.3 mm.
Note that the width of the cross section of the grafting column 3 shown in this embodiment is the maximum width of the cross section of the grafting column 3.
It should be noted that this embodiment does not limit the relative sizes of the cross-sectional areas of the upper and lower ends of the grafting column 3. Those skilled in this field can set the cross-sectional areas of the upper and lower ends of the grafting column 3 to be the same or the cross-sectional areas to be gradually reduced from the bottom to the top. Further optionally, the cross-sectional area of the grafting column 3 is gradually reduced from the bottom to the top to fit the physiological feature that the diameter of the human hair is gradually becoming smaller from root to tail, to prevent the grafting column 3 and the glue used overflow the tail of the natural eyelashes causing the eyelashes to bond when grafting, thereby reducing the difficulty of grafting and ensuring the grafting effect.
In addition, this embodiment does not limit the height of the cross section of the grafting column 3. Those skilled in the field can set a suitable height of the cross section of the grafting column 3 without paying creative efforts, and the resulting technical solutions are within the protection scope of the disclosure.

In some embodiments, at least two grafting columns 3 are connected at the root end, thus forming a more stable triangular structure, which can support the self-grafting eyelashes better.
It should be noted that the root end of the grafting column 3 indicates an end close to the stem 1, and the tail end the grafting column 3 indicates an end away from the stem 1.
It has been noted that there may be multiple layers of natural human eyelashes. By optimizing the relative positional relationship between the grafting columns 3, and between the grafting columns 3 and the stem 1, a three-dimensional configuration between the stem 1 and the grafting columns 3 is formed, suc that the self-grafting eyelashes can be better bonded to different layers of natural eyelashes, demonstrating a more natural wearing effect.

Based on the segmented self-grafting eyelashes shown in embodiment 1, the surface structure of the grafting column 3 is optimized in this embodiment.
Optionally, the front surface and the back surface, or only the back surface, of the grafting column 3 are provided with grooves extending along the extension direction of the grafting columns 3. The grooves can store part of the glue, which can increase the firmness of the bonding between the grafting column 3 and the natural eyelashes when grafting, and improve the durability of the modelling.
It should be noted that the number of grooves and the shape of the grooves provided in the grafting column 3 are not limited in this embodiment. Those skilled in the art may provide a suitable number, width and depth of grooves on the front surface and back surface of the grafting column 3 or only on the back surface of the grafting column 3, and the resulting technical solutions are within the scope of protection of the disclosure.
Based on the segmented self-grafting eyelashes in embodiment 1, the connection pattern of the grafting columns 3 to the stem 1 is not limited in this embodiment. Optionally, the grafting columns 3 and the stem 1 may be integrally molded or glued together. To meet the needs of mass production, the connection between the grafting column 3 and the stem 1 is further optional to be integrally molded.
The initial raw materials are not limited in the specific gluing connection process. Specifically, the grafting columns 3 may be glued to the stem 1, or the segmented sheet eyelashes (i.e., segmented sheet eyelashes including the stem 1 and the eyelash filament 2) in the prior art may be used for gluing and connecting to a single grafted eyelash or dozen eyelashes. Without limiting the initial raw materials in the integral molding process, the stem 1, the eyelash filaments 2, and the grafting column 3 are molded in one piece, or the segmented sheet eyelashes of the prior art are molded in one piece with a grafted single eyelash or dozen eyelashes.
In addition, it should be noted that the integrated molding process is not limited in this embodiment, for example, the fusion hot melt process is used for integrated molding.
The segmented self-grafting eyelashes in embodiment 1 do not limit the structure of the eyelash filaments 2 connected to the stem 1 in the extension direction of the grafting column 3. The grafting column 3 may be connected to the eyelash filaments 2 or may not be connected to the eyelash filaments 2 in the extension direction of the grafting columns 3 to the stem 1, and the resulting technical solutions are within the protection scope of the disclosure.
The structure of the eyelash filaments 2 connected in the extension direction of the grafting column 3 towards the stem 1 is optimized in this embodiment. Specifically, single or multiple eyelash filaments 2 are connected in the extension direction of the grafting column 3 towards the stem 1.
Based on the segmented self-grafting eyelashes in embodiment 1, the structure of the eyelash filaments 2 is optimized in the embodiment 11.
Optionally, the eyelash filaments 2 are flat wires or round wires, or partially flat wires and partially round wires. Compared with the commercially used round eyelash filaments 2, the flat wires are lighter, and the width of one flat wire is about the width of two round wires. The flat wires are used to prepare the segmented self-grafting eyelashes to produce a more natural and thicker effect. Optionally, the eyelash filaments 2 of the segmented self-grafting eyelashes are partially flat, partially round, or both elliptic. Preferably, the eyelash filaments 2 are all flat.
