Claims
- 1. A stamp product comprising a laminate upon which an array of N×M stamp graphics have been imprinted, said laminate being comprised of an upper sheet of paper, an intermediate layer of pressure sensitive adhesive, and a lower release liner and perforations extending through the laminate about the periphery of each stamp graphic, with a cut pattern through the liner adjacent each stamp.
- 2. The product of claim 1 wherein the pressure sensitive adhesive is not activated by the perforation process.
- 3. The product of claim 1 wherein the pressure sensitive adhesive is ooze resistant.
- 4. The product of claim 1 including an undercoat and overcoat on said laminate.
- 5. The product of claim 1 including a water soluble primer on the underside of the paper.
- 6. The product of claim 1 wherein the adhesive is an ooze resistant adhesive comprising an acrylic emulsion polymer.
- 7. A stamp product comprising a laminate upon which an array of stamp graphics have been imprinted, said laminate being comprised of a face sheet of paper, an intermediate layer of pressure sensitive adhesive, and a lower release liner with clean perforations extending through the laminate about the border of each stamp graphic, with a die cut pattern through the liner adjacent the border of each stamp.
- 8. The product of claim 7 wherein the pressure sensitive adhesive consists of an acrylic-based emulsion having a release characteristic of at least 50 grams per square inch.
- 9. The product of claim 7 wherein the pressure sensitive adhesive is ooze resistant.
- 10. The product of claim 7 including a water soluble primer on the underside of the paper.
- 11. A stamp product comprising a laminate comprised of a face sheet of paper, an intermediate layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive and a release liner, stamp graphics on the face sheet and perforations extending through the laminate about the border of the graphics, and wherein the adhesive has a release characteristic between about 50 grams per square inch and 200 grams per square inch.
