The broken line showing of the blades illustrates the environment of the claimed design and forms no part thereof. The broken line showing of portions of the set of handles for a cutting instrument illustrate portions of the set of handles for a cutting instrument which form no part of the claimed design.

  • We claim the ornamental design for a set of handles for a cutting instrument, as shown and described.
