The invention belongs to the technical field of sewer line connector, and specifically relates to a sewer line connection device.
Common drainers refer to drainage device placed in bathtubs, washbasin drains, etc. The traditional bathtub drain is generally mechanical manual structure, consisting of down pipe, corrugated pipe, straight pipe, overflow bent pipe and trapezoidal rubber ring wherein the downpipe and overflow bent pipe are communicated through the corrugated pipe, and the conjunction part of the corrugated pipe and the straight pipe is provided with the trapezoidal rubber ring. When in use, the trapezoidal rubber ring is compressed to tightly hoop on the straight pipe to complete relevant actions through the screw and nut arranged on the corrugated pipe orifice.
The traditional drainers have poor sealing performance; there is obvious water leakage during use, which is more serious after long period of use.
Therefore, a sewer line connection device has become an urgent problem for the whole society to be solved.
In order to solve said technical problem, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a sewer line connection device, including a drain base and a detachable drain flange connected to the drain base; said drain flange is provided with a placing groove body underneath the edge near the top, and the interior of said placing groove body is filled with a sealing member.
Further, the top of said drain flange extends towards the edge to form a projection, the lower part of which is set in cylindrical structure, the first fixing hole is set below the projection of said drain flange, and the second fixing hole is set below said drain base; said first fixing hole and second fixing hole are connected together by means of flat head screw.
Further, a sealing down pipe is provided in conjunction with the inner wall of the cylindrical structure at the lower part of said drain flange, a mating groove is provided below said drain flange, and a drain adapter is placed inside said mating groove.

The invention adopts structures such as detachably connected drain flange and the drain base, and sealing member is added between the drain flange and drain base, which can increase sealing performance of the drainer, avoiding occurrence of phenomena such as leakage in the process of use; and at the same time, the sealing member can also be replaced according to needs, which is more time-saving and labor-saving, and can effectively avoid water from overflowing from the sewer line.

When the invention is in specific implementation, it provides a sewer line connection device, including a drain base 1 and a detachable drain flange 3 connected to the drain base 1; said drain flange 3 is provided with a placing groove body 4 underneath the edge near the top, and the interior of said placing groove body 4 is filled with a sealing member 2.
When the invention is in operation, the top of said drain flange 3 extends towards the edge to form a projection, the lower part of which is set in cylindrical structure, the first fixing hole 10 is set below the projection of said drain flange 3, and the second fixing hole 11 is set below said drain base 1; said first fixing hole 10 and second fixing hole 11 are connected together by means of flat head screw 5; the sealing member 2 is placed in the placing groove body 4, and the flat head screw 5 is utilized to assemble drain base 1 and drain flange 3 in sequence. After assembly is completed, sealing down pipe 8 work as bathtub-connecting pipe, water passes through drain base 1, drain flange 3, etc., sequentially, finally discharging from down pipe 7. When the water passes through drain base 1 and drain flange 3, the existence of sealing member 2 filled between them can avoid water leakage and ensure sealing performance of the drainer in the using process.
Detachably connected structure is adopted between the drain base 1 and drain flange 3, which facilitates replacing of interior sealing member, more time-saving and labor-saving; it also reduces using cost of the drainer and is convenient to detach and mount, with stronger practicability.
As a further elaboration of the invention, a sealing down pipe 8 is provided in conjunction with the inner wall of the cylindrical structure at the lower part of said drain flange 3, a mating groove 9 is provided below said drain flange 3, and a drain adapter 6 is placed inside said mating groove 9. Said structure fits together and connects, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly, with higher flexibility and stronger practicability.
As a further elaboration of the invention, in said drain adapter 6 is connected with down pipe 7, and the top outer circumference of the down pipe 7 is bonded to the drain adaptor 6 via glue for draining the water out.
As a further elaboration of the invention, said sealing member 2 is rubber sealing ring. By adopting said rubber sealing ring, the sealing performance is excellent, the cost is low, and practicability is strong.
