The invention relates to a shading device for a container or standard container and a container or standard container with a shading device.
The prior art discloses standard containers or what are known as ISO containers which are used for the transport of general cargo, bulk material and/or other goods. These standard containers have the disadvantage that they heat up or even significantly heat up under solar irradiation, in general also light irradiation. In order to counteract such heating, there are standard containers in which air-conditioning devices are installed which enable cooling of the interior of the container. The disadvantage of such air conditioning is the energy requirement of the air conditioning on one hand and the space requirement of such air conditioning on the other hand.
The above-mentioned standard containers are often fitted with electrical systems such as converters and/or transformers and/or battery storage systems. Such electrical systems produce waste heat during operation which additionally leads to a heating up of a standard container. In the prior art, ventilation systems and/or air-conditioning systems are therefore used in such standard containers with electrical systems which on one hand discharge the waste heat of the electrical systems in sufficient quantities from the standard container and on the other hand compensate for the input of heat from the outside as a result of e.g. solar and/or light irradiation and/or thermal radiation.
Since additional temperature-sensitive system parts, such as e.g. batteries, have to be cooled during any transport, it is often necessary to transport these temperature-sensitive system parts separately from the cooled standard container or condition the standard container in such a manner that sufficient cooling is ensured during transport. In particular, additional disassembly costs and assembly costs arise as a result of separate transport of the temperature-sensitive system parts.
The object of the invention is thus to overcome the disadvantages from the prior art and provide a standard container which has a lower degree of heating as a result of solar irradiation and/or light irradiation and/or thermal radiation.
The object is achieved by a shading device as claimed in independent claim 1, the container or standard container as claimed in claim 11 and the claims which are dependent on these claims.
An exemplary embodiment is a shading device for a container or standard container with container outer surfaces, wherein the shading device can be placed on a container or standard container and can be or is connected to the container or standard container. The shading device has
Here, the one or more holding means are fastened or can be fastened to the one or more carrier elements in such a manner that the holding means serve or are provided as spacers between one of the container outer surfaces and the carrier element. The one or more carrier elements form a surface which is not closed and thus circulation of air through this surface is enabled. The holding elements are located on a first side of the one or more carrier elements and the one or more longitudinal profiles is or are arranged on the corresponding opposite second side of the one or more carrier elements in such a manner that the one or more longitudinal profiles extend on the second side of the one or more carrier elements. This arrangement brings about an advantageous shading of a container outer surface, alongside simultaneous conditioning for convection-induced cooling of the container and/or standard container. Below, the terms “container” and “standard container” are used synonymously. The shading devices also always allow a discharge of heat, in particular by means of circulation, or convection, within the meaning of this application.
A shading device is also preferred wherein one or more carrier means are arranged between the one or more carrier elements and the one or more longitudinal profiles. In particular webs, frames, sheets, spacers and/or rod materials are possible as carrier means.
A shading device is also preferred wherein the standard container is a container with a reduced height or a standard container with a reduced height. As a result of the use of a container or a standard container with a reduced height, it is possible that the container or standard container with a shading device satisfies the size requirements of a container or standard container and as a result e.g. can be stacked and/or transported and/or moved with conventional transport means and/or conveying aids, such as cranes, trolleys, rail vehicles and/or heavy goods vehicles.
A shading device is likewise preferred wherein the one or more longitudinal profiles have in each case at least a first extension, a second extension, a third extension and a fourth extension. Here, the first extension and the second extension form a first surface with a first thickness and the third extension and the fourth extension form a second surface with a second thickness, wherein the first surface forms an angle of 10° to 170° with the second surface.
A shading device is particularly preferred wherein the first surface forms an angle of 45° to 135°, preferably 70° to 100°, particularly preferably 90°, with the second surface.
A shading device is also preferred wherein the one or more carrier elements are formed from one or more sheets with recesses.
A shading device is particularly preferred wherein the one or more carrier elements are formed from one or more perforated sheets. It is also preferred that the one or more carrier elements are formed from one or more sheets with regular and/or irregular recesses, e.g. milling grooves. The carrier elements can also be formed from longitudinal and transverse struts and/or longitudinal and transverse profiles.
It is also preferred that the holding means can be changed in terms of their extension, which determines the distance between carrier elements and container outer surface, or the carrier elements are mounted movably and fixably on the holding means. As a result, the total height of the container with a shading device can be changed, in particular the container with a shading device can thus be reduced to a standard size, for example, for transport or shipment, and for conditions of use with shading and air circulation or an increased air circulation requirement the total height can be increased.
A shading device is also preferred wherein the one or more carrier elements together with the one or more longitudinal profiles ensure a shading on the first side of the carrier element in the case of light irradiation from the second side of the carrier element.
A shading device is also preferred wherein stop points for the transport of the standard container are arranged on the second side of the one or more carrier elements in such a manner that, in the case of engagement of a conveying aid, in particular a crane or a trolley, the standard container is possible without damage to the shading device.
A standard container with a shading device as claimed in the above embodiments is also preferred.
A standard container with a shading device as claimed in the above embodiments is also preferred wherein stop points for the transport of the standard container are arranged on the second side of the one or more carrier elements on the standard container in such a manner that, in the case of engagement of a conveying aid, in particular a crane or a trolley, the standard container is possible without damage to the shading device.
A standard container with a shading device as claimed in the above embodiments is also preferred wherein a shading element is present on one or more lateral walls of the standard container, wherein the shading element has holding regions and circulation elements.
A standard container with a shading device and one or more shading elements is particularly preferred wherein the shading element(s) with the holding region(s) is/are fastened to one or more vertical lateral walls of the standard container by means of fastening elements. Fastening means can be, for example, but are not exclusively, screws, rivets, bolts, clamps, adhesive connections and/or weld points. In particular the fastening means can also be, for example, elements which engage in one another which enable a suspension of the shading elements in and/or on one and/or more vertical lateral walls. In particular the fastening means can also be combined with one another in such a manner that detachable fastening means and non-detachable fastening means are used. A shading element can thus, for example, be suspended in a vertical lateral wall and the shading element can also be riveted to the lateral wall.
In particular it is also preferred that the holding regions bear against one or more vertical lateral walls of the standard container and the circulation elements are spaced apart from the one or more vertical side walls of the standard container and the shading element on the lower side and the upper side of the standard container does not fully cover the one or more vertical lateral walls of the standard container. “Not fully covered” therefore means that the extension of the shading element parallel to the respectively assigned vertical lateral wall is smaller than that of the assigned vertical lateral wall and thus has a distance of the shading element to the under side of the container, i.e. to the lower edge of the container and to the upper side of the container, i.e. to the upper edge of the container. An adequate opening between the respectively assigned vertical lateral wall of the container and the shading element is thus achieved for the generation of cooling air circulation.
It is also preferred that the fastening means lead to a spacing apart of the holding regions from the vertical side walls of the container or standard container. As a result of this, air circulation in the region of the holding regions is enabled in addition to the air circulation in the region of the circulation elements.
In particular it is preferred that the fastening means are configured to be movable, wherein the fastening means are movable between at least a first and a second position in such a manner that, in the first position, the distance between the holding region of the shading element and the vertical lateral walls is smaller than in the second position, and that the fastening means can be fixed in the first position and the second position. This is possible, for example, in the case of spacers with one, two, three or more fixable joints. Alternatively, the fastening means can also have a joint and the shading element can be mounted displaceably on the fastening means.
The subject matter of the invention is explained in greater detail below on the basis of figures:
A horizontal outer surface, the upper side 68, is also indicated. The upper edge of the container 70 and the lower edge of the container 74 are also apparent on the vertical lateral surface, which represents a long lateral surface 62.
Several longitudinal profiles 50 are arranged on the carrier element 30 in such a manner that they shade openings in the carrier element 30 and thus the upper side 68, which lies below the carrier element 30, of the standard container 1.
The longitudinal profiles 50 can be fastened either directly on the carrier element 30 or be fastened via a carrier means 40 on the carrier element 30.
Carrier means 40 can be e.g. webs, frames or spacers which ensure that the longitudinal profiles 50 shade the openings in the carrier elements 30.
In particular, the longitudinal profiles 50 are arranged on or above the carrier elements 30 in such a manner that the container outer surface 68 to be shaded is shaded by the longitudinal profile and the carrier elements and air circulation is nevertheless enabled through an opening in the carrier element 30.
In particular it is preferred that either the shading element 220 and/or the circulation elements 240 do not reach the respective upper edge 70 of the container and the lower edge 74 of the container 1 so that circulation of air is possible in such a manner that air can enter in at the lower edge 74 of the container 1 and can escape at the upper edge 70 of the container 1.
