This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202011367723.7, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on Nov. 28, 2020, and entitled “SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY MOTOR, MOTOR MODULE, CAMERA MODULE, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE”, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
This application relates to the field of electronic devices, and more specifically, to a shape memory alloy motor, a motor module, a camera module, and an electronic device.
A user usually expects that a camera of a mobile phone can implement a plurality of image shooting scenarios, for example, shooting a distant image, and shooting in a close-range scenario by using a wide aperture. A camera module that can implement a plurality of image shooting scenarios usually has a large quantity of electrical connection lines with complex cabling. In a case in which the electrical connection line is connected to a low-frequency current, the electrical connection line may generate an induced magnetic field. Such an induced magnetic field affects normal operation of a magnetic sensitive electronic component (such as an image sensor or a power supply of the image sensor) in the camera module.
This application provides a shape memory alloy motor, a motor module, a camera module, and an electronic device, to reduce an interference magnetic field generated by the shape memory alloy motor.
According to a first aspect, a shape memory alloy SMA motor is provided, including a first SMA wire, a second SMA wire, a third SMA wire, and a fourth SMA wire that are adjacent to each other head to tail in sequence, a spring plate, a first electrical connection port, and a second electrical connection port.
The spring plate includes a spring plate body, and a first spring plate arm and a second spring plate arm that are located on two sides of the spring plate body. The spring plate body includes a first end part and a second end part, the first end part is mechanically connected to the first SMA wire and the fourth SMA wire, the second end part is mechanically connected to the second SMA wire and the third SMA wire, the first spring plate arm is connected to the second end part and extends to the first end part, and the second spring plate arm is connected to the first end part and extends to the second end part, so that the first spring plate arm resists deformation of the first SMA wire and the second SMA, and the second spring plate arm resists deformation of the third SMA wire and the fourth SMA wire.
The first electrical connection port is electrically connected to a first end of the first SMA wire by using a first electrical connector. The second electrical connection port is electrically connected to a second end of the first SMA wire by using a second electrical connector. The first electrical connector has a tight coupling relationship with one or more of the first SMA wire, the first electrical connector, and the second electrical connector.
In an example, the first SMA wire may be, for example, any one of SMA 611, SMA 612, SMA 613, and SMA 614 in the following specific embodiments.
In an example, that the first SMA wire, the second SMA wire, the third SMA wire, and the fourth SMA wire are adjacent to each other head to tail may mean that a tail end of the first SMA wire is adjacent to a head end of the second SMA wire, a tail end of the second SMA wire is adjacent to a head end of the third SMA wire, a tail end of the third SMA wire is adjacent to a head end of the fourth SMA wire, and a tail end of the fourth SMA wire is adjacent to a head end of the first SMA wire.
In another example, that the first SMA wire, the second SMA wire, the third SMA wire, and the fourth SMA wire are adjacent to each other head to tail may mean that a tail end of the first SMA wire is adjacent to a head end of the second SMA wire, a tail end of the second SMA wire is adjacent to a head end of the third SMA wire, a tail end of the third SMA wire is adjacent to a head end of the fourth SMA wire, and a tail end of the fourth SMA wire is adjacent to a head end of another SMA wire.
In an example, when there is a tight coupling relationship between an electrical connection part A and an electrical connection part B, it may mean that a first electrical connection portion of the electrical connection part A and a second electrical connection portion of the electrical connection part B are disposed with a small spacing between them, and a current direction on the first electrical connection portion is opposite to a current direction on the second electrical connection portion. That the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion are disposed with a spacing between them mean that, in a horizontal direction of the first electrical connection portion, the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion are disposed opposite to and spaced from each other.
A “vertical direction” of the first electrical connection portion may be, for example, an extension direction of the first electrical connection portion. The concept of “vertical direction” may be used for, for example, a rod, a line, an arm, a stick, a column, or another component with a distinct extension direction. The “horizontal direction” of the first electrical connection portion may correspond to the “vertical direction” of the first electrical connection portion. The “horizontal direction” of the first electrical connection portion may be, for example, any direction that is vertically disposed relative to the “vertical direction” of the first electrical connection portion.
Loose coupling is relative to tight coupling. In an example, when there is a loose coupling relationship between the electrical connection part A and the electrical connection part B, it may mean that the first electrical connection portion of the electrical connection part A and the second electrical connection portion of the electrical connection part B are disposed with a large spacing, and a current direction on the first electrical connection portion is opposite to a current direction on the second electrical connection portion.
In this application, the SMA motor may have a plurality of SMA wires and a spring plate, so that the SMA motor can implement displacement driving in a plurality of directions of a plane in which the spring plate is located. In addition, the first electrical connector and a conductive component in the SMA motor are disposed to form a tight coupling relationship, which helps reduce an interference magnetic field generated by the SMA motor.
With reference to the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the first electrical connector includes a first electrical connection portion, and any one of the first SMA wire, the first electrical connector, and the second electrical connector includes a second electrical connection portion. The first electrical connection portion is spaced from the second electrical connection portion, a maximum spacing distance between the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion is less than a preset threshold, and when the first SMA wire is driven, directions of a current on the first electrical connection portion and a current on the second electrical connection portion are opposite, to form the tight coupling relationship between the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion.
In an example, that the first electrical connection portion is spaced from the second electrical connection portion may mean that in a horizontal direction of the first electrical connection portion, the first electrical connection portion is opposite to the second electrical connection portion, and there is a spacing between the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion.
The spacing distance between the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion may be a distance between the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion in the horizontal direction of the first electrical connection portion. For example, a straight line that is disposed in parallel relative to the horizontal direction of the first electrical connection portion passes through a first point on the first electrical connection portion and a second point on the second electrical connection portion, and a distance between the first point and the first point may be a distance between the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion in the horizontal direction of the first electrical connection portion.
In an example, that the first SMA wire is driven may mean that the first electrical connection port or the second electrical connection port outputs a drive signal to the first SMA wire, so that the first SMA wire contracts due to a temperature change.
In this application, a placement manner of the first electrical connector, an electrical connection relationship between the first electrical connector and another conductive component, and the like are set, so that a tight coupling relationship is formed between the first electrical connector and the conductive component in the SMA motor, to reduce an interference magnetic field generated by the SMA motor.
With reference to the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the spacing between the first electrical connection port and the second electrical connection port is less than a first preset spacing.
In this application, reduction of a spacing between the plurality of electrical connection ports facilitates arrangement of the electrical connection ports in the SMA motor, and helps increase a degree to which interference magnetic fields of the first electrical connector, the second electrical connector, and the first SMA wire cancel each other, so that an interference magnetic field generated by the SMA motor is reduced.
With reference to the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the first electrical connector includes a conductive component. The SMA motor further includes a third electrical connection port.
The conductive component includes a first electrical connection region and a second electrical connection region, and there is the tight coupling relationship between the first electrical connection region and the second electrical connection region. The first end of the first SMA wire is electrically connected to the first electrical connection port by using the first electrical connection region and the second electrical connection region. A first end of the second SMA wire is electrically connected to the first electrical connection port by using the second electrical connection region.
The third electrical connection port is electrically connected to a second end of the second SMA wire by using a third electrical connector.
In an example, the first SMA wire may be, for example, SMA 611 in the following specific embodiments, and the second SMA wire may be, for example SMA 612 or SMA 614 in the following specific embodiments.
In another example, the first SMA wire may be, for example, SMA 614 in the following specific embodiments, and the second SMA wire may be, for example, SMA 611 or SMA 613 in the following specific embodiments.
In this application, the first SMA wire and the second SMA wire share the first electrical connector, and the first electrical connector may have a tight coupling relationship with the first electrical connector. This helps reduce an interference magnetic field generated by the SMA motor, and helps reduce a quantity of electrical connectors in the SMA motor, to facilitate miniaturization of the SMA motor. In other words, the second SMA wire and the first SMA wire share the conductive component and the first electrical connection port. This helps reduce a quantity of electrical connection ports and a quantity of electrical connectors in the SMA motor, and improve integration of the SMA motor.
With reference to the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the second electrical connection region is electrically connected between the first electrical connection port and the first electrical connection region. The first electrical connection region and the second electrical connection region are disposed opposite to and spaced from each other in a horizontal direction of the second electrical connection region, and a maximum spacing distance between the first electrical connection region and the second electrical connection region in the horizontal direction is less than the preset threshold, so that when the conductive component is driven, the first electrical connection region and the second electrical connection region form the tight coupling relationship.
In an example, a “vertical direction” of a component C may be, for example, an extension direction of the component C. The concept of “vertical direction” may be used for, for example, a rod, a line, an arm, a stick, a column, or another component with a distinct extension direction. The “horizontal direction” of the component C may correspond to the “vertical direction” of the component C. The “horizontal” direction of the component C may be, for example, any direction vertically disposed relative to the “vertical direction” of the component C.
That a component D and the component C are spaced from each other in the horizontal direction of the component C may mean that the component D and the component C are disposed opposite to each other in the horizontal direction of the component C, and there is a spacing between the component D and the component C. A spacing distance between the components D and C in the horizontal direction of the component C, a straight line that is disposed in parallel relative to the horizontal direction of the component C passes through a point c on the component C and a point d on component D, and a distance between the point c and the point d may be a spacing distance between the component D and the component C in the horizontal direction of the component C.
In this application, a placement manner of the first electrical connection region and the second electrical connection region is set, so that the conductive component forms a tight coupling relationship, to reduce an interference magnetic field generated by the SMA motor.
In addition, due to the tight coupling relationship of the conductive component, a tight coupling relationship is simply and flexibly formed between the second electrical connector and the conductive component in the SMA motor, and the third electrical connector and the conductive component in the SMA motor respectively.

In this application, the first end part and the second end part are disposed on the first electrical connection region, and each end part may be configured to drive at least one SMA wire, to facilitate both tight coupling and integration of an SMA wire drive circuit.

The first portion of the second electrical connector is mechanically connected to the second end of the first SMA wire, and a maximum spacing distance between the first portion of the second electrical connector and the first SMA wire is less than the preset threshold, so that when the first SMA wire is driven, the first portion of the second electrical connector and the first SMA wire form the tight coupling relationship.

The first conductive sheet includes a first extension arm and a second extension arm, the first electrical connection region is the second extension arm, and the second electrical connection region is the first extension arm.
In this application, the first conductive sheet is disposed in the SMA motor, so that an electrical connection path in the SMA motor is planned, and mechanical stability of the spring plate is improved.
With reference to the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the first conductive sheet is a flexible printed circuit FPC.
In this application, the flexible printed circuit FPC can help flexibly plan an electrical connection path in the SMA motor.
With reference to the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the first electrical connector has the tight coupling relationship with the first SMA wire. The SMA motor further includes a third electrical connection port and a fourth electrical connection port.
The third electrical connection port is electrically connected to a first end of the second SMA wire by using a third electrical connector, the first end of the second SMA wire is adjacent to the second end of the first SMA wire, and a spacing between the third electrical connection port and the second electrical connection port is less than the first preset spacing.
The fourth electrical connection port is electrically connected to a second end of the second SMA wire by using a fourth electrical connector, the fourth electrical connector and the second SMA wire have the tight coupling relationship, and a spacing between the third electrical connection port and the fourth electrical connection port is less than the first preset spacing.
In this application, four electrical connection ports corresponding to two adjacent SMA wires are disposed near an intersection of the two SMA wires, and a plurality of SMA wires and a plurality of electrical connectors are compactly arranged, to help reduce an interference magnetic field generated by the SMA motor.
In addition, the electrical connection port and the electrical connector may be compactly disposed in the SMA motor, to help improve integration of the SMA motor.
With reference to the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the first spring plate arm further includes a plurality of bent portions, and a minimum spacing between two adjacent bent portions is greater than a second preset spacing.
In this application, elastic performance of the spring plate can be improved by using the plurality of bent portions.
With reference to the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the SMA motor further includes a first support and a second support, one electrical connector of the SMA motor is disposed on the first support, and the other electrical connector of the SMA motor is disposed on the second support.
In this application, the electrical connector is disposed at different heights of the SMA motor, so that an electrical connection path in the SMA motor can be flexibly planned.
With reference to the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, one electrical connector of the SMA motor is an electrical connection line or a conductive sheet.
In this application, the electrical connection line is used as the electrical connector, so that an electrical connection path in the SMA motor is flexibly planned. The conductive sheet is used as the electrical connector, so that mechanical stability of the SMA motor is improved.
According to a second aspect, a motor module is provided, including: a lens array and the SMA motor according to any one of the possible implementations of the first aspect, where one end of the SMA wire is connected to the lens array, and the other end of the SMA wire is fastened in the motor module.
In this application, the first electrical connector and conductive components (including a first electrical connector and a conductive component, other than the first electrical connector, in the motor module) in the motor module are disposed to form a tight coupling relationship. This helps reduce an interference magnetic field generated by the SMA motor, and helps reduce a magnetic interference degree of the motor module to a magnetic sensitive electronic component, to facilitate normal operation of the magnetic sensitive electronic component. In this application, the SMA motor may control the lens array by controlling a first SMA wire, a second SMA wire, a third SMA wire, and a fourth SMA wire, so that movement accuracy of the lens array is improved, and a high-quality shot image is obtained.
According to a third aspect, a camera module is provided, including a lens array, a circuit board, and the SMA motor according to any one of the possible implementations of the first aspect.
One end of the SMA wire is connected to the lens array, and the other end of the SMA wire is fastened in the camera module.
A driver module is disposed on the circuit board, and the driver module is electrically connected to a first electrical connection port and a second electrical connection port.
In this application, a first electrical connector and conductive components (including the first electrical connector and a conductive component, other than the first electrical connector, in the camera module) in the camera module are disposed to form a tight coupling relationship. This helps reduce an interference magnetic field generated by the SMA motor, and helps reduce a magnetic interference degree of the SMA motor to a magnetic sensitive electronic component in the camera module, to facilitate normal operation of the magnetic sensitive electronic component. In this application, the SMA motor may control the lens array by controlling a first SMA wire, a second SMA wire, a third SMA wire, and a fourth SMA wire, so that movement accuracy of the lens array is improved, and a high-quality shot image is obtained.
According to a fourth aspect, an electronic device is provided, including the SMA motor according to any one of the possible implementations of the first aspect.
The following describes technical solutions of this application with reference to accompanying drawings.
The electronic device 100 may include a display 10 and a housing. The housing may include a bezel and a rear cover 20. The bezel may surround a periphery of the display 10, and the bezel may surround a periphery of the rear cover 20. There may be a specific spacing between the display 10 and the rear cover 20. The display 10 may be disposed in parallel relative to the rear cover 20.
A front-facing camera module (CCM) 110 may be disposed on the display 10 of the electronic device 100. As shown in the left figure in
A rear-facing camera module 120 may be disposed on the rear cover 20 of the electronic device 100. As shown in the right figure in
It should be understood that installation positions of the front-facing camera module 110 and the rear-facing camera module 120 shown in
It should be understood that a quantity of installed front-facing camera modules 110 and a quantity of installed rear-facing camera modules 120 shown in
The camera housing 201 may accommodate the voice coil motor 204, the SMA motor 205, the holder 206, the image sensor 207, and the like in the camera module 200. The lens array 2022 and the circuit board 203 may be at least partially located in the camera housing 201. The camera housing 201 may further include a through hole 2011 corresponding to the lens array 2022. In some examples, the lens array 2022 may be assembled on the through hole 2011.
The circuit board 203 may supply power to various electronic components (such as the voice coil motor 204, the SMA motor 205, and the image sensor 207) in the camera module 200 (for example, by using a driver module disposed on the circuit board 203). In addition, the circuit board 203 may further transmit a signal from an electronic component in the camera module 200 to the outside of the camera module 200. The image sensor 207 may be disposed on the circuit board 203. A center of the image sensor 207 may be aligned with an optical axis of the lens array 2022.
The lens array 2022 may project light from a periphery of the camera housing 201 to the image sensor 207. The lens array 2022 may move or rotate in the through hole 2011 of the camera housing 201 to implement a function such as auto focus and optical image stabilization (OIS).
Auto focus may mean that, by using a lens imaging principle and an optical reflection principle, light reflected by a photographed object may be imaged on the image sensor 207 after passing through the lens array 2022; and one or more lenses in the lens array 2022 are moved by using a motor based on an object distance of the photographed object, to form a clear image on the image sensor 207. Auto focus may be simply considered as a movement of the lens array 2022 or the lens along an optical axis.
The optical image stabilization may mean that, by adjusting a placement angle, a placement position, or the like of the lens array 2022, a phenomenon of instrument jitter occurring in a process of capturing an optical signal can be reduced, and imaging quality can be improved. In a possible method, a displacement or an angle to be compensated is detected by using, for example, a gyroscope, and then the lens array 2022 is driven by a motor to shift or rotate, so that image blur caused by jitter of an imaging instrument device during exposure can be compensated. The optical image stabilization may be simply considered as shifting or rotation of the lens array 2022 on a plane perpendicular to the optical axis.
The voice coil motor 204 may be configured to perform an auto focus function. As shown in
In some examples, in addition to the auto focus function, the voice coil motor 204 may further implement an optical image stabilization function. However, a user usually expects that a camera can implement a plurality of image shooting scenarios, for example, shooting a distant image, and shooting in a close-range scenario by using a wide aperture. Adjusting a quantity and/or shapes of lenses in the lens array 2022 helps implement an image shooting scenario. Therefore, to implement a plurality of image shooting scenarios and a high-quality shooting effect, a load or a size of the lens array 2022 gradually increases. When auto focus and optical image stabilization are implemented only by using the voice coil motor 204, a driving force of the voice coil motor 204 may be insufficient, which is not conducive to shooting a high-quality image. For example, the image may be blurred. If the driving force of the voice coil motor 204 is enhanced, a size of the voice coil motor 204 needs to be increased, which is not conducive to miniaturization of the camera module 200.
The camera module 200 shown in
The SM A motor 205 may be disposed on the holder 206 in the camera module 200. For example, the holder 206 may be fastened on the circuit board 203 or the camera housing 201. The holder 206 may be located between the image sensor 207 and the SMA motor 205. This helps prevent the SMA motor 205 from being excessively close to the image sensor 207, and reduce magnetic field impact of the SMA motor 205 on the image sensor 207. In addition, the SMA motor 600 may be fastened, for example, on a side that is of the lens array 2022 and that is close to the image sensor 207.
The holder 206 may include a through hole 2013 corresponding to the image sensor 207, and a projection region of the holder 206 on the circuit board 203 may be located outside a projection region of the image sensor 207 on the circuit board 203. In this way, light from the lens array 2022 may pass through the through hole 2013 on the holder 206 to reach the image sensor 207.
The holder 206 may further include a through hole 2014. The through hole 2014 and a signal port of the SMA motor 205 may be located on a same side of the camera module 200. An electrical connector (for example, an electrical connection line) that is from the circuit board 203 and that passes through the through hole 2014 may be mechanically connected and/or electrically connected to the signal port of the SMA motor 205. The electrical connector may drive or feed the SMA motor 205 by the circuit board 203.

The signal input port and the signal output port may supply power to the SMA wire or provide an electrical signal. The signal input port may be electrically connected to a first end of the SMA wire by using the signal input electrical connector, and the signal output port may be electrically connected to a second end of the SMA wire by using the signal output electrical connector. A signal from the circuit board 203 may sequentially pass through the signal input port, the signal input electrical connector, the SMA wire, the signal output electrical connector, and the signal output port, and finally arrive at the circuit board 203, to form an electrical connection loop of the SMA motor. The SMA wire may be in a driven state when a current on the SMA wire is greater than a lowest working current (the lowest working current may be, for example, a lowest current that can cause the SMA wire to deform). When the current on the SMA wire is lower than the lowest operating current, the SMA wire may be in a state of not being driven.
One end of the SMA wire may be fastened relative to the camera housing 201, and the other end of the SMA wire may be fastened on the lens array 2022. When the SMA wire is powered on, the SMA wire may contract by heat, so that the SMA wire may drive the lens array 2022 to move relative to the camera housing 201. It can be learned that a material of the SMA wire may be a material having thermal contraction and cold expansion performance, for example, an alloy material including substances such as antimony, bismuth, and gallium.
When the SMA motor 205 includes a plurality of SMA wires, the SMA motor may include a plurality of signal ports, and the plurality of signal ports may supply power or provide electrical signals for the plurality of SMA wires.
In an example, the SMA motor may include a plurality of signal input ports and a plurality of signal output ports. The plurality of signal input ports may be in a one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of SMA wires (that is, any signal input port is electrically connected to only a corresponding SMA wire), and the plurality of signal output ports may be in a one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of SMA wires (that is, any signal output port is electrically connected to only a corresponding SMA wire).
In another example, the SMA motor may include one signal input port and a plurality of signal output ports. The signal input port may be electrically connected to each of the plurality of SM A wires, and the plurality of signal output ports may be in a one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of SMA wires (that is, any signal output port is electrically connected only to a corresponding SMA wire). The signal input port may be, for example, a common port (COM port).
In still another example, the SMA motor may include a plurality of signal input ports and one signal output port. The plurality of signal input ports may be in a one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of SMA wires (that is, any signal input port is electrically connected to only a corresponding SMA wire), and the signal output port may be electrically connected to each of the plurality of SMA wires. The signal output port may be, for example, a COM port.

To reduce magnetic field interference to the magnetic sensitive component, as shown in
In addition, because the SMA wire may move, rotate, deform, or the like in the camera module 200, a joint connecting a signal input/output electrical connector and the SMA wire may move along with the SMA wire, and the joint may fail due to frequent dragging, causing the SMA motor to fail to work normally.
In addition, disposing at least some electrical connection lines of the SMA motor outside the camera housing 201 is not conducive to full use of internal space of the camera module 200, and is not conducive to miniaturization and the like of the camera module 200.
The SMA motor 600 may include an SMA wire 611, an SMA wire 612, an SMA wire 613, and an SMA wire 614 that are insulated from each other and adjacent to each other head to tail. In an example, the SMA wire 611 may be arranged in parallel relative to the SMA wire 613, the SMA wire 612 may be arranged in parallel relative to the SMA wire 614, and the SMA wire 611 may be arranged vertically relative to the SMA wire 612, and the SMA wire 614. The SMA wire 612 and the SMA wire 614 may be located between the SMA wire 611 and the SMA wire 613, and the SMA wire 612 and the SMA wire 614 may be located on both sides of the SMA wire 611, respectively. The SMA wire 611, the SMA wire 612, the SMA wire 613, and the SMA wire 614 may be approximately considered to be disposed on a same plane.
The SMA wire 611, the SMA wire 612, the SMA wire 613, and the SMA wire 614 may surround the lens array 2022 as shown in
In other examples, the SMA motor may have a larger quantity of SMA wires. For example, the SMA motor further includes a SMA wire*, and a specific manner in which a plurality of SMA wires are adjacent to each other head to tail may be, for example: The tail end of the SMA wire 611 may be adjacent to the head end of the SMA wire 612, the tail end of the SMA wire 612 may be adjacent to the head end of the SMA wire 613, the tail end of the SMA wire 613 may be adjacent to the head end of the SMA wire 614, the tail end of the SMA wire 614 may be adjacent to the head end of the SMA wire*, and the tail end of the SMA wire* may be adjacent to the head end of the SMA wire 611.
As shown in
The SMA wire 612 may include a first end 6121 and a second end 6122. The first end 6121 of the SMA wire 612 may be mechanically connected to the lens array 202 as shown in
The SMA wire 613 may include a first end 6131 and a second end 6132. The first end 6131 of the SMA wire 613 may be mechanically connected to the lens array 202 as shown in
The SMA wire 614 may include a first end 6141 and a second end 6142. The first end 6141 of the SMA wire 614 may be mechanically connected to the lens array 202 as shown in
It can be learned from a position relationship among the SMA wire 611, the SMA wire 612, the SMA wire 613, and the SMA wire 614 that: The second end 6112 of the SMA wire 611 may be close to the second end 6122 of the SMA wire 612, to form a stator end 1 of the SMA motor 600. The first end 6121 of the SMA wire 612 may be close to the first end 6131 of the SMA wire 613, to form a mover end 1 of the SMA motor 600. The second end 6132 of the SMA wire 613 may be close to the second end 6142 of the SMA wire 614, to form a stator end 2 of the SMA motor 600. The first end 6111 of the SMA wire 611 may be close to the first end 6141 of the SMA wire 614, to form a mover end 2 of the SMA motor 600. In this application, the stator end may be understood as being fastened relative to the camera housing 201 shown in
The SMA motor 600 may further include a spring plate 620. The spring plate 620 is disposed in parallel relative to the SMA wire 611, the SMA wire 612, 613, and the SMA wire 614.
The spring plate 620 may include a spring plate body 621, a first spring plate arm 622, and a second spring plate arm 623. The spring plate body 621 may include a spring plate through hole 6210 (for example, may be the through hole 2012 shown in
The first spring plate arm 622 may include a first spring plate arm segment 6221 and a second spring plate arm segment 6222. The second spring plate arm segment 6222 may be mechanically connected between the first spring plate arm segment 6221 and the spring plate body 621. That is, the first spring plate arm segment 6221 may be closer to an open end of the first spring plate arm 622, and the second spring plate arm segment 6222 may be closer to a tail end of the first spring plate arm 622.
The tail end of the spring plate arm may be, for example, a region in which the spring plate arm intersects with the spring plate body. The open end of the spring plate arm may be, for example, the farthest end of the spring plate arm extending outward from the spring plate body.
The first spring plate arm segment 6221 may be located near the SMA wire 611 (that is, a spacing between the first spring plate arm segment 6221 and the SMA wire 611 may be the smallest in comparison with a spacing between the first spring plate arm segment 6221 and another SMA wire), that is, the first spring plate arm segment 6221 and the SMA wire 611 are spaced from each other. In an example, the first spring plate arm segment 6221 is disposed in parallel relative to the SMA wire 611. This helps reduce occupied space of the first spring plate arm segment 6221 and the SMA wire 611.
In this embodiment of this application, that A and B are spaced from each other may mean that A and B are disposed opposite to and spaced from each other in a horizontal direction of A or B. In other words, A and B are disposed opposite to each other in a horizontal direction of A or B, and there is space between A and B. The spacing distance between A and B may be a spacing distance between A and B in the horizontal direction. Specifically, relative to a straight line that is disposed in parallel relative to the horizontal direction, the straight line may pass through a point a on A and a point b on B, and a distance between the point a and the point b may be the spacing distance between A and B in the horizontal direction.
A “vertical direction” of A may be, for example, an extension direction of A. The concept of “vertical direction” may be applied to, for example, a rod, a line, an arm, a stick, a column, or another component with a distinct extension direction. The “horizontal direction” of A may correspond to the “vertical direction” of A. The “horizontal direction” of A may be, for example, any direction vertically disposed relative to the “vertical direction” of A. For example, a vertical direction of the first spring plate arm segment 6221 may be a Y1 direction shown in
The second spring plate arm segment 6222 may be located near the SMA wire 612, that is, the second spring plate arm segment 6222 and the SMA wire 612 are spaced from each other. In an example, the second spring plate arm segment 6222 is disposed in parallel relative to the SMA wire 612. The first spring plate arm segment 6221 and the second spring plate arm segment 6222 may be disposed perpendicular to each other.
As shown in
The second spring plate arm 623 may include a third spring plate arm segment 6231 and a fourth spring plate arm segment 6232. The third spring plate arm segment 6231 and the fourth spring plate arm segment 6232 may be disposed perpendicular to each other. The fourth spring plate arm segment 6232 may be mechanically connected between the third spring plate arm segment 6231 and the spring plate body 621. That is, the third spring plate arm segment 6231 may be closer to an open end of the second spring plate arm 623, and the fourth spring plate arm segment 6232 may be closer to a tail end of the second spring plate arm 623.
The third spring plate arm segment 6231 may be located near the SM A wire 613. In an example, the third spring plate arm segment 6231 may be disposed in parallel relative to the SMA wire 613. The fourth spring plate arm segment 6232 may be located near the SMA wire 614. In an example, the fourth spring plate arm segment 6232 may be disposed in parallel relative to the SMA wire 614.
As shown in
The spring plate body 621 may include a first end part 6241 and a second end part 6242. The first end part 6241 may be located between the first spring plate arm segment 6221 and the fourth spring plate arm segment 6232 (that is, located near the first end 6111 of the SMA wire 611 and the first end 6141 of the SMA wire 614). The second end part 6242 may be located between the second spring plate arm segment 6222 and the third spring plate arm segment 6231 (that is, located near the first end 6121 of the SMA wire 612 and the first end 6131 of the SMA wire 613).
In the examples shown in
As shown in
The SMA motor 600 may further include an electrical connection port 631, an electrical connection port 632, an electrical connection port 633, an electrical connection port 634, and an electrical connection port 635. The electrical connection port 631 is an electrical connection port shared by the SMA wire 611, the SMA wire 612, the SMA wire 613, and the SMA wire 614. The electrical connection port 632, the electrical connection port 633, the electrical connection port 634, and the electrical connection port 635 respectively correspond to the SMA wire 611, the SMA wire 612, the SMA wire 613, and the SMA wire 614. As shown in
The SMA motor 600 may further include a common electrical connection line 641, an electrical connection line 642, an electrical connection line 643, an electrical connection line 644, and an electrical connection line 645. In this application, the electrical connection line may be an electrical connector that can be conducted. The common electrical connection line 641 is an electrical connection line shared by the SMA wire 611, the SMA wire 612, the SMA wire 613, and the SMA wire 614. The electrical connection line 642, the electrical connection line 643, the electrical connection line 644, and the electrical connection line 645 respectively correspond to the SMA wire 611, the SMA wire 612, the SMA wire 613, and the SMA wire 614.

As shown in
Because the first end part 6241 is connected to the first spring plate arm segment 6221, an electrical signal from the electrical connection port 631 may sequentially pass through the common electrical connection line 641, the first spring plate arm 622, the spring plate body 621, the SMA wire 611, and the electrical connection line 642, and finally arrive at the electrical connection port 632 (as shown by a dashed line or a dot line in
The electrical connection line 642 may include a first portion 6421 and a second portion 6422. The second portion 6422 of the electrical connection line 642 may be closer to the electrical connection port 632 than the first portion 6421 of the electrical connection line 642.
A current on the common electrical connection line 641 may flow from the electrical connection port 631 to the SMA wire 611, and a current on the electrical connection line 642 may flow from the SMA wire 611 to the electrical connection port 632.
The first portion 6421 of the electrical connection line 642 may be disposed close to the SMA wire 611, that is, the SMA wire 611 and the first portion 6421 of the electrical connection line 642 are spaced from each other, and a maximum spacing distance between the SM A wire 611 and the first portion 6421 of the electrical connection line 642 may be less than a preset threshold. A current on the first portion 6421 of the electrical connection line 642 may be in a direction (approximately) opposite to a current on the SMA wire 611. That is, there may be a small spacing between a current path on the SMA wire 611 and a current path on the first portion 6421 of the electrical connection line 642. This helps implement tight coupling between the SMA wire 611 and the first portion 6421 of the electrical connection line 642.
The second portion 6422 of the electrical connection line 642 may be disposed close to the common electrical connection line 641, that is, the common electrical connection line 641 and the second portion 6422 of the electrical connection line 642 are spaced from each other, and a maximum spacing distance between the common electrical connection line 641 and the second portion 6422 of the electrical connection line 642 may be less than the preset threshold. A current on the common electrical connection line 641 may be in a direction (approximately) opposite to a current on the second portion 6422 of the electrical connection line 642. That is, there may be a small spacing between a current path on the common electrical connection line 641 and a current path on the second portion 6422 of the electrical connection line 642. This helps implement tight coupling between the common electrical connection line 641 and the second portion 6422 of the electrical connection line 642.
As shown in
In an example, the spring plate body 621 may include a first slit 625. The first slit 625 may communicate with the spring plate through hole 6210. The first slit 625 may be, for example, located near the second spring plate arm 623. In other words, the first slit 625 may cut off a portion of the spring plate body 621, so that a side that is of the spring plate body 621 and that is close to the second spring plate arm 623 is disconnected or open. A filling pattern in
To enable a current on the spring plate 620 to have a tight coupling characteristic, the first spring plate arm 622 may be disposed close to the spring plate body 621. As shown in
At different positions of the first spring plate arm 622, specific horizontal directions of the first spring plate arm 622 may be different. For example, at the first spring plate arm segment 6221, the horizontal direction of the first spring plate arm 622 may be any direction (an X1 direction shown in
In conclusion, a tight coupling relationship may be formed between a plurality of conductive components from the electrical connection port 631 to the electrical connection port 632.
As shown in
Because the second end part 6242 is connected to the first spring plate arm segment 6221, an electrical signal from the electrical connection port 631 may sequentially pass through the common electrical connection line 641, the first spring plate arm 622, the SMA wire 612, and the electrical connection line 643, and finally arrive at the electrical connection port 633 (as shown by a dashed line or a dot line in
The electrical connection line 643 may include a first portion 6431 and a second portion 6432. The second portion 6432 of the electrical connection line 643 may be closer to the electrical connection port 633 than the first portion 6431 of the electrical connection line 643.
A current on the first spring plate arm segment 6221 may flow from the electrical connection port 631 to the SMA wire 612, and a current on the first portion 6431 of the electrical connection line 643 may flow from the SMA wire 612 to the electrical connection port 633. The first portion 6431 of the electrical connection line 643 may be disposed close to the first spring plate arm segment 6221, that is, the first portion 6431 of the electrical connection line 643 and the first spring plate arm segment 6221 may be spaced from each other, and a maximum spacing distance between the first portion 6431 of the electrical connection line 643 and the first spring plate arm segment 6221 may be less than a preset threshold. A current on the first portion 6431 of the electrical connection line 643 may be in a direction (approximately) opposite to a current on the first spring plate arm segment 6221. That is, there may be a small spacing between a current path on the first portion 6431 of the electrical connection line 643 and a current path on the first spring plate arm segment 6221. To describe technical effects of embodiments shown in
According to the Biot-Savart Law, any shape of through-current conductor may be equivalent to several current paths. A magnetic induction intensity B generated by any magnetic field in space may be obtained by using a dB vector integral of a magnetic induction intensity generated by these current paths at this point. An electrical connection line having a tight coupling characteristic generally includes two conducting wires that are parallel to each other and are spaced at a very small distance, and the two conducting wires have a characteristic that current directions are opposite when a current passes through the two conducting wires. Therefore, the two conducting wires may be equivalent to two current paths during through-current, and magnetic induction intensities of the two current paths at any surrounding point may be approximately cancelled. If a size of the SMA motor 600 may be far less than a wavelength corresponding to a working frequency of 1 KHz to 100 MHz, power supply phases of any two points of an SMA electrical connection line may be approximately the same.

It should be understood that, in addition to the current, there are a plurality of factors that affect an interference magnetic field intensity, for example, a factor such as a magnetic permeability of an electrical connector, a structure of the electrical connection line, and a size of the electrical connector. In this embodiment of this application, a solution for reducing an interference magnetic field is provided mainly from a perspective of a distance between a current direction and a current path. Another factor that affects the interference magnetic field is not described in this embodiment of this application.
It can be learned from embodiments shown in
In addition, in embodiments shown in
To improve a tight coupling degree between the first spring plate arm 622 and the spring plate body 621, a structure design for the spring plate 620 may be used to reduce a value of a current flowing from a side that is of the spring plate body 621 and that is close to the second spring plate arm 623. As shown in
However, the length of the second spring plate arm segment 6222 should not be reduced blindly. In an aspect, the length of the second spring plate arm segment 6222 is small, so that the second spring plate arm segment 6222 cannot effectively cancel an interference magnetic field generated by the SMA wire 612. In another aspect, the first spring plate arm 622 can cancel only a portion of the interference magnetic field generated by the spring plate body 621.

A current on the electrical connection line 643 may be in a direction (approximately) opposite to a current on the first spring plate arm segment 6221. A current on the first portion 6441 of the electrical connection line 644 may be in a direction (approximately) opposite to a current on the first spring plate arm 622. That is, there may be a small spacing between a current path on the first portion 6441 of the electrical connection line 644 and a current path on the first spring plate arm 622. This helps implement tight coupling between the first portion 6441 of the electrical connection line 644 and the first spring plate arm 622.
