BACKGROUND
A wide range of fitness apparatuses (devices) exist and allow users to train and exercise. These devices are typically: stuffed or inflated with an element. Cylindrical or pear shaped; these devices are to be suspended before they are struck.
Users tend to operate these devices after proper assembly of: screws, wall mounts, levers, compressed air, weighted sand and other materials are added. After the assembly requirements are completed, the user can strike the apparatus.
These devices require the user to operate tools for assembly of the apparatus and/or dismantle the apparatus for transport. These devices tend to be erect, after assembly.
BRIEF SUMMARY
Aspects of the shapeshifting weightless striking apparatus without required assembly allow users to operate the apparatus without installation of parts. Aspects of the apparatus allow the user to transport (the device) easily due to its weightlessness. Aspects of the apparatus allow to be transported in the users' pocket. Aspects of the apparatus allow the user to fold the apparatus without dismantling or uninstalling any parts. Striking of the shapeshifting weightless transportable enables the apparatus to ascend and descend based on the interaction or lack thereof applied and/or not applied by the user.
in one aspect of the present invention, the weightlessness allows the user to transport the device, relocate the device without strain.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWINGS
these and other functions related to the invention will be more readily comprehended from the description (detailed) of multiple aspects of the invention taken in conjunction with accompanying drawings in which:
FIG. 1 is a picture/still image/digital illustration of the present invention use; the apparatus depicted in the picture/still image/illustration is a homemade prototype being struck by a user.
FIG. 2 is a picture/still image digital illustration of the present invention in use, being struck by the user in a jabbing motion.
FIG. 3 is a picture/still image/digital illustration of the present invention which shows the apparatus descending after interaction is voided by user
FIG. 4 is a picture/still image/digital illustration of the present invention floating, flying, spinning in the air after being struck multiple times by the user.
FIG. 5 is a picture/still image/digital illustration of the present invention being folded (3 in×5 in) by the user and placed in the user's pocket.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
FIG. 1 illustrates the shapeshifting aspect of the present invention after being struck by the user's fist in a frontward (uppercut) motion.
at FIG. 1 the users' actions (uppercut motion) causes the apparatus to fly upward, ascending at a height relative to the users' strike and strength.
FIG. 2 illustrates the weightlessness aspect of the present invention after being struck by the user's fist in a forward trust (jab) motion.
at FIG. 2 the users' actions (jab) causes the apparatus to project outward, ejecting at a height relative to the users' strike and strength. FIG. 3 illustrates the weightlessness aspect of the present invention after there is no motion/action/and/or interaction taken by/with the user.
at FIG. 3 the users' non-action causes the apparatus to descend downward. FIG. 4 illustrates the flexibility and durability aspect of the present invention.
at FIG. 4 the users' repetitive forward fist trusts (combination of jabs) causes the apparatus to remain “In Flight” in the air: spinning, twisting, flipping and reacting to the users' interaction. FIG. 5 illustrates the maneuverability and mobility aspect of the present invention
at FIG. 5 the user folds (3 in×5 in) the apparatus and places it into his/her pocket for easy transportation and/or relocation.
