Abstract
A shaped steel combination structure includes at least two shaped steels. Each of the shaped steels is a long strip-shaped structure integrally formed from a steel plate by a stamping press. Each of the shaped steels has a back plate having a plurality of welding points and at least one side plate connected to the back plate. The shaped steels are arranged symmetrically with each other, and each of the back plates of the shaped steels is welded to each other at the welding points thereof; wherein the welding points are separated by a distance of 200˜300 mm.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the technology of a shaped steel combination structure, more specifically, the technology of a shaped steel structure which is easily manufactured and integrally formed, and has a solid structure suitable for various pipeline support frames.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Steel structure buildings have many advantages, light weight, good seismic capacity, industrialized production, assembled installation, and so on. Therefore, they are widely used in modern buildings, especially in the design of high-tech factories, where the use of steel buildings can reach a wider purpose, can be significantly changed according to various building patterns, and can reach a higher level of seismic structural strength.


The steel structure buildings in the prior art are formed by joining each shaped steel with each other, and the intersections are usually joined by bolts as a combination method. However, the more bolt holes there are, the worse the productivity of the shaped steel will be, and also the rigidity and corrosion resistance of the formed steel will be correspondingly affected, making them susceptible to deformation or corrosion caused by external forces, further affecting the overall safety of the building.


When the shaped steels are combined by welding, due to insufficient welding beads, the combination structure of the shaped steels is unstable, resulting in the coupling not closing tightly and easily separating and loosening, making it impossible to support the structure for a long period or to prevent earthquakes effectively.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Based on the above deficiencies, the object of the present invention is to provide a shaped steel combination structure comprising a shaped steel which is a long strip-shaped structure integrally formed from a steel plate by a stamping press, the shaped steel having a back plate and at least one side plate connected to such back plate; wherein the number of the shaped steels is at least two, the shaped steels are symmetrically arranged with each other, and each of the back plates of the shaped steels is welded to each other via a plurality of welding points; wherein the welding points are separated by a distance of 200˜300 mm.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the drawings show the first embodiment of a shaped steel combination structure of the present invention, in which the shaped steel 10 is a long strip-shaped structure integrally formed from a steel plate by a stamping press, the total length of the shaped steel 10 is in the range of 3000˜10000 mm, in this embodiment, the total length of the shaped steel 10 is 6000 mm, the thickness is 2.0 mm, the height is 41 mm, and the width is 40 mm. The shaped steel 10 has a back plate 11 and at least one side plate 12 connected to the back plate 11, and the center position of the back plate 11 has a plurality of welding area for position of the welding points 13, in this embodiment, there are 22 welding points 13 extending from the front end 14 of the back plate 11 to the rear end 15 at intervals.


The shaped steel combination structure is constructed by combining at least two shaped steels 10, each of which is symmetrically arranged with the other, with the back plate 11 facing another back plate 11 and being welded to each other via welding points 13.


The shaped steel 10 may be one or a combination of two or more C-shaped steels, L-shaped steels, H-shaped steels, or square steels, in this embodiment, the shaped steel 10 is a C-shaped steel which is lighter in weight than other shaped steels and can be produced quickly and easily and can save a large amount of steel while still effectively supporting the weight.


The C-shaped steel has a back plate 11 and two side plates 12 symmetrically arranged on both sides of the back plate 11 and joined thereto, each shaped steel 10 having its back plate 11 facing another back plate 11 and being welded to each other at welding points 13 on each back plate 11, each welding point 13 being 30 mm long and spaced apart from each other with a distance of 252 mm between each welding point 13, evenly spaced from the front end 14 to the rear end 15 of the shaped steel 10. The closest distance of the welding point 13 from the front end 14 of the shaped steel 10 is 20 mm, and the closest distance of the welding point 13 from the rear end 15 of the shaped steel 10 is 30 mm.


After the shaped steels 10 are welded to each other at the welding point 13, the back plates 11 can be fixedly connected to each other. Furthermore, in the shaped steel combination structure of the present invention, the number of welding points 13 is increased so that the number of combination points between the shaped steels 10 is increased, and the structural strength of the shaped steels 10 after combination can be increased, and since bolts are not used, the structure of the shaped steel 10 can be easily and quickly produced, and the strength of the shaped steel 10 is not affected by the opening of the bolts.


The shaped steel combination structure of the present invention is further made of environmentally friendly green building materials, which not only meet the requirements of green building materials certification in Taiwan, but also meet the high standards of EU RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) certification, avoid the use of raw materials containing harmful substances, reduce the use of alloying elements of high concern in the manufacturing process, and also reduce the use of restricted substances that have a significant impact on the environment. As a result, it can meet the requirements of safety regulations for construction materials in many large technology factories and buildings.


Since the shaped steel combination structure of the present invention has an increased number of welding points 13 as the combination points of the shaped steel 10 with a flexible combination method, it is thus particularly suitable for use in the construction of modern high-tech factories and the factories with various pipelines supporting frame pattern to combine it correspondingly into different types, which can not only make the construction fast and effective but also have a higher load capacity than the general steel combinations.

  • 1. A shaped steel combination structure, comprising: a shaped steel, which is a long strip-shaped structure integrally formed from a steel plate by a stamping press, the shaped steel having a back plate and at least one side plate connected to such back plate;wherein, the number of the shaped steels is at least two, the shaped steels are symmetrically arranged with each other, and each of the back plates of the shaped steels is welded to each other via a plurality of welding points; andwherein, the welding points are separated by a distance of 200˜300 mm.
  • 2. The shaped steel combination structure according to claim 1, wherein the number of the welding points is from 12 to 35.
  • 3. The shaped steel combination structure according to claim 1, wherein the shaped steel is C-shaped steel, L-shaped steel, H-shaped steel, or square steel.
  • 4. The shaped steel combination structure according to claim 1, wherein the length of the shaped steel is 3000˜10000 mm.
  • 5. The shaped steel combination structure according to claim 1, wherein each welding points is 20˜40 mm long.
  • 6. The shaped steel combination structure according to claim 1, wherein the closest distance of the welding point from the front end of the shaped steel is 10˜30 mm and the closest distance from the rear end of the shaped steel is 10˜30 mm.
