The present invention relates to a shoe article with an arch spring, in particular the shoe article such as an insole with the arch spring for protecting a foot health.
A shoe article such as an insole may be placed at an inner part of the shoe to contact a foot for providing a cushion, absorbing an impact, distributing a weight or protecting an angle joint. Therefore, an insole stuff or an insole structure may affect a protection of a foot health. Hence, a variety of insoles with various functions have been made of various stuffs. The shoe article needs to have various function to protect the foot health, and a plurality of skills is known in this art. Korean registration number 10-1469554 discloses a shoe insole with a buffer function. And also, Korean registration number 10-2170264 discloses a cushion shoe insole capable of correcting a posture. The cushion or elasticity function for the shoe article may be provided advantageously in a way that a shape of the function is suitable for that of the foot and the function can be regulated according to the weight or an applied pressure. But the known skill discloses no shoe article with such function.
The present invention is to solve the known art problem, and has a purpose as below.
The purpose of the present invention is provided with a shoe article with an arch spring to have an elastic property and to generate a cushion corresponding to a body weight or an outer pressure at an arch portion of a sole.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a shoe article with an arch spring comprises an arch part contacting a side part of a foot middle part and having a convex curved shape upwardly; and an arch spring formed at the arch part, wherein at least one part of the arch spring 20, 30 has an elastic property for moving in an up and down direction and being recovered in an original shape.
In other embodiment of the present invention, the arch spring 20 comprises a fixing edge; a spring body a part of which is coupled to the fixing edge and capable of moving in the up and down direction; and a linear hole formed at the spring body.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the arch spring 30 comprises a center balancing tap; an extending body extending in both direction of the center balancing tap; and at least one length hole formed at the extending body.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, the shoe article further comprises a cushion pad inserted between the arch part and the arch spring.
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described herein below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The shoe article may become a part of a shoe or an item capable of combined to or separated from the shoe, for example, the shoe article may be an insole or the like. A sole may contact the shoe article directly or indirectly. The shoe article may have a shape corresponding to the sole, for example, the shoe article may comprise a front bottom part 11 contacting a front part of the sole and toes; a rear bottom part 12 contacting a rear part of the sole; and the arch part 13. The front bottom part 11 may extend with a width larger gradually along a longitudinal direction, and then the width may become narrower to extend to a middle part corresponding to a middle part of the sole. And the middle part may be connected to the rear part with the width larger. In such way, the front bottom part 11 may be connected to the rear bottom part 12 with the width changed along the longitudinal direction to form the contacting part. The arch part 13 may be formed at an inner side of the middle part where the width becomes narrower, and the arch part 13 may have a shape corresponding to an arch of the foot. The foot arch may have various shapes, but the shoe article may have a predetermined constant shape. Therefore, the arch part 13 may be complemented in a suitable way, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the arch spring 20 may be coupled to the arch part 13, and the arch spring 20 may be made of a material or may have a structure to be deformed elastically according to an applied pressure and be recovered in an original shape or the arch spring 20 may have a structure. In particular, the arch spring may 20 comprise a fixing edge 21; a spring body 22 a part of which is coupled to the fixing edge 21 and capable of moving in the up and down direction; and a linear hole 23 formed at the spring body 22. The fixing edge 21 may have an ellipse strip shape in general, and contact arch part 13 to secure the arch spring 20 to the arch part 13. The arch spring 20 may be adhered for being fixed firmly or may be coupled in a removable way. Specifically, the fixing edge 21 may be adhered to the arch part 13 to be fixed firmly and hence the arch spring 20 may be coupled to the arch part 13 by being adhered. The arch spring 20 may be coupled to the arch part 13 in other way. An open pocket may be formed at one side of the arch part 13, and the arch spring 20 may be inserted within the pocket for being coupled. The arch spring 20 may be coupled to the arch part 13 in various ways, not limited to. The spring body may extend from one side of the fixing edge 21 having the ellipse shape. The spring body 22 may have the ellipse shape in general, and may have a shape to cover an inner part of the fixing edge 21 with the ellipse shape. In particular, one part of the spring body 22 may be secured to the fixing edge 21 in an integrated form and may extend to the other part of the fixing edge 21 in a downward convex form. And also, the rest part not to be integrated to the fixing edge 21 may make a gap to the fixing edge, and hence, the spring body 22 may have a structure to move elastically in the upward and downward direction based on the fixing part to the fixing edge 21. At least one linear hole 23 may be formed at the spring body 22, for example, a plurality of linear holes 23 with strip shapes may be formed with different length each other and with the plurality of linear holes 23 separated uniformly each other. It is prevented that a strong pressure is applied to the foot arch owing to such structure of the linear holes 23. The arch spring 20 may compensate a personal difference of an individual foot arch, and the arch spring 20 can compensate the personal difference suitably even though the foot arch is not proper to the individual.

The center balancing tap 31 may become a circular plate with edge walls, and the center balancing tap 31 may be placed at a middle part along the longitudinal direction. The edge walls may be directed to an inner direction, and the extending body 32 may extend from the edge walls in both directions. The extending body 32 may become a rectangular shape in general, and the extending body 32 may become convex outwardly. And also, a length of an outer side forming the extending body 32 may become large than that of an inner side forming the extending body 32, and the outer side and the inner side may become a convex curved shape. At least one length hole 33 with a strip shape may be formed, and thereby a plurality of strips may extend from the center balancing tap 31 in longitudinal direction. The shoe article may comprise the front bottom part 11 extending in a plain shape and in an upwardly curved shape; and the arch part 13 formed between the front bottom part 11 and the rear bottom part 12 having a downwardly convex shape. The arch part 13 may have an upwardly and inwardly convex shape, and the both end parts of the extending body 32 may be fixed at the arch part 13. And the center balancing tap 31 may be located at a part where the extending body 32 is the most convex. And also, the arch spring 30 may have a downwardly convex shape, and the center balancing tap 31 may be located at a lowest place. Thereby, a pressure applied to the foot arch may be absorbed effectively by the center balancing tap 31, and the balance of the foot may be maintained stably. The center balancing tap 31 may have various shapes according to the shape of the arch part 13, not limited to.

The arch spring 20, 30 may be fixed by being adhered at the arch part 13 of the shoe, or the arch spring 20, 30 may be fixed by being inserted into an inserting pocket formed at the arch part 13. A gap may be formed between the spring body 22 or the extending body 32 of the arch spring 20, 30 and the arch part 13, and the cushion pad 50a, 50b may be inserted into the cap.
