1. Field of the invention
The invention relates to a skidproof shoe cover, and more particularly to a shoe cover with replaceable skidproof components which obtain the skidproof effect and increase adherence of the user's shoes.
2. Description of the Prior Art
Choosing an appropriate pair of shoes is important before going out. However, suddenly having to change shoes is often inconvenient, but also rather common due to changes in the weather or an impromptu outdoor activity. If the person wears inappropriate shoes, there may be a danger of slipping or falling due to a lack of grip on the shoes. However, it is inconvenient for people to have to bring a particular pair of shoes along with them everywhere they go just in case their plans change and they need that other pair of shoes.
For these reasons, a skidproof shoe cover of the prior art is disclosed. The skidproof shoe cover can be quickly sleeved on the outside of a shoe body as is shown in
However, the nail 62 of the skidproof shoe cover 60 offers only one specification to be used in specific conditions, such as a snow field. If the skidproof shoe cover 60 has to be used in different conditions, such as on a grass field, another kind of skidproof shoe cover 60 has to be used. In addition, a rear cover-stopping portion 63 of the shoe body 61 is a one-piece design that does not prevent horizontal slipping and does not limit the position of the shoe cover.
The inventor of the present invention recognizes the above shortage should be improved upon and special effort has been made to research this field. The present invention is presented with reasonable design to resolve the above problems.
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a shoe cover with replaceable skidproof components so as to obtain a skidproof effect and increase adherence.
To achieve the object stated above, a shoe cover with replaceable skidproof components comprises a shoe cover that extends upwardly from a front edge and a rear edge thereof to separately form a front cover-stopping portion and a rear cover-stopping portion. The front cover-stopping portion and the rear cover-stopping portion both have a plurality of openings that make the front cover-stopping portion and the rear cover-stopping portion form at least two stopping pieces. A containing space is formed between the shoe cover and the two cover-stopping portions. A plurality of skidproof bases is separately disposed on a bottom of the shoe cover. The skidproof bases separately have a buried portion and a first locking portion. The buried portions are buried in the shoe cover and the first locking portion is exposed to the shoe cover. The plurality of replaceable skidproof components both have a second locking portion and a contacting portion, and the second locking portions are mutually locked to the first locking portions.
It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description are exemplary, and are intended to provide further explanation of the invention as claimed. Other advantages and features of the invention will be apparent from the following description, drawings and claims.
The above and further advantages of this invention may be better understood by referring to the following description, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
The drawings will be described further in connection with the following detailed description of the present invention.

The shoe cover 10 is integrally formed with an elastic and ductile material and upwardly extended from a front edge and a rear edge thereof to separately form a front cover-stopping portion 11 and a rear cover-stopping portion 12. A containing space 13 is formed between the shoe cover 10 and the two cover-stopping portions 11-12 to contain a shoe body 40.
Two sides of the rear cover-stopping portion 12 of the shoe cover 10 separately have a connecting portion 16 that forms a ringed body. A holding body 50 is connected with the two connecting portions 16. The holding body 50 provides an up and down position-limiting function so that the shoe body 40 adheres to the shoe cover 10 and the containing space 13 to a greater degree.
The skidproof bases 20 are made via a metal-punching technique. Each of the skidproof bases 20 has a buried portion 21 and a first locking portion 22. The buried portion 21 is comprised of a base 211, four circular through holes 212, and four positioning elements 213. The first locking portion 22 is upwardly formed from one side of a middle position of the base 211. The base 211 is rectangular-shaped, and a position of the first locking portion 22 is higher than that of the positioning elements 213. The four circular through holes 212 are separately disposed on four corners of the base 211 and the buried portion 21 is buried in a bottom of the shoe cover 10. The base 211, the circular through holes 212, and the positioning elements 213 offer a better positioning effect for burying the buried portion 21 in the shoe cover 10. The first locking portion 22 is exposed out of the shoe cover 10, and the first locking portion 22 is a cylinder-shaped element and a female thread 221 is provided in an inner edge thereof.
The front cover-stopping portion 11 is sleeved in a front of the shoe body 40 and the rear cover-stopping portion 12 is sleeved in a rear thereof. The front cover-stopping portion 11 and the rear cover-stopping portion 12 provide a position-limiting function in a front and a rear of the shoe body 40. The front cover-stopping portion 11 and the rear cover-stopping portion 12 both have a plurality of openings 14 that make the front cover-stopping portion 11 and the rear cover-stopping portion 12 separately form a stopping piece 15 so as to provide a left and right position-limiting function to the shoe body 40 (as shown in

In this embodiment, the second locking portion 31 is an axial element and the male thread 311 is provided on an outer edge thereof. The first locking portion 22 is a cylinder-shaped element and a female thread 221 is provided on an inner edge thereof. However, the first locking portion 22 and the second locking portion 31 can be separately exchanged as an axial element and a cylinder-shaped element. The male thread 311 and the female thread 221 are separately provided (not shown). In addition, the contacting portion 32 is awl-shaped and made via a metal-punching technique. The contacting portion 32 comprises a circular bottom 321 and an awl-shaped body 322. The circular bottom 321 and the awl-shaped body 322 are formed by extending one side of the second locking portion 31. Two clamp-rotating portions 3221 are oppositely disposed on a tangent plane of a connected position between the circular bottom 321 and second locking portion 31. The two clamp-rotating portions 3221 are two plane surfaces formed on the awl-shaped body 322 and are clamped by a clamping apparatus so as to lock or separate the second locking portion 31 and the first locking portion 22.

Thereby, the shoe cover with a replaceable skidproof component of the present invention has the following characteristics and functions:
1. The skidproof components are replaceable due to the locking and separating of the first locking portion and the second locking portion in a spiral manner that obtains the skidproof purpose.
2. The front cover-stopping portion and the rear cover-stopping portion of the shoe cover has two stopping pieces that provide a left and right position-limiting function that increases adherence.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
