Abstract
A shoe making method includes adhesion of an outsole and a midsole, and adhesion of a sole and a vamp. When the outsole and the midsole are attached, an upper adhesion surface of the outsole is processed by coating absorbent and by spraying powder adhesive, while a lower adhesion surface of the midsole is processed by spraying two-in-one primer, to achieve a one-side cementing. When the sole and the vamp are attached, an upper surface of the sole is processed by coating absorbent and by spraying powder adhesive, while a lower adhesion surface of the vamp is processed by spraying two-in-one primer, to achieve a one-side cementing. The powder adhesive is uncharged powder adhesive which is directly sprayed by a machine, without needing static attachment. The two-in-one primer is made of reinforcer and glue.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a shoe making method and, more particularly, to a shoe making method with one-side cementing by applying powder adhesive.

2. Description of the Related Art

A shoe structure comprises a sole and a vamp which are combined together. The sole includes an outsole and a midsole which are combined together. A conventional shoe making method in accordance with the prior art shown in FIG. 1 comprises (1) a step of washing and buffing 10, (2) a step of surface modifying 11, (3) a step of cementing 12, and (4) a step of adhering 13. In the step of washing and buffing 10, the outsole and the midsole are washed and buffed to remove the release agent from the surface of the outsole and the midsole. Then, the outsole and the midsole are baked. In the step of surface modifying 11, a modification agent is coated on the respective adhesion surfaces of the outsole, the midsole and the vamp, so that the respective adhesion surfaces of the outsole, the midsole and the vamp have a better adhesive effect. Then, the outsole, the midsole and the vamp are baked. In the step of cementing 12, the respective adhesion surfaces of the outsole, the midsole and the vamp are processed by a cementing operation. Then, the outsole, the midsole and the vamp are baked. In the step of adhering 13, the respective adhesion surfaces of the outsole, the midsole and the vamp are attached so that the outsole, the midsole and the vamp are adhered to form a shoe structure. When the outsole and the midsole are attached to form a sole, the step of cementing 12 performs a two-side cementing operation on the respective adhesion surfaces of the outsole and the midsole. However, the cementing operation is performed by a worker, thereby consuming the manual labor and the working time, and thereby increasing the cost of fabrication. In addition, when the cementing operation is performed by the worker, the cement easily spills outward from the vamp, thereby decreasing the quality of the shoe product, and thereby increasing the cost of production.

Referring to FIG. 11, the step of adhering 32 includes attaching 320: directly attaching the sole and the vamp to form the shoe structure.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sole is processed by coating absorbent 22 and by spraying powder adhesive 220, while the vamp is processed by spraying two-in-one primer 260 to achieve a one-side cementing purpose. Alternatively, the sole is processed by spraying two-in-one primer 260, while the vamp is processed by coating absorbent 22 and by spraying powder adhesive 220 to achieve the one-side cementing purpose.

Referring to FIG. 12, the outsole 40 and the midsole 41 are combined to form the sole 4, while the sole 4 and the vamp 5 are combined to form the shoe structure 6.

Referring to FIG. 13, the midsole 41 is washed. Then, the modification agent 210 is wiped on the lower surface of the midsole. Then, the midsole 41 is baked. Then, the two-in-one primer 260 is sprayed onto the lower surface of the midsole 41 by a spray gun 8 so that the lower surface of the midsole 41 has an adhesive force. At this time, the two-in-one primer 260 is made of reinforcer and glue. Thus, the operation of spraying the two-in-one primer 260 replaces the step of cementing.

Referring to FIG. 14, the lower adhesion surface of the vamp 5 is buffed. Then, the two-in-one primer 260 is brushed onto the lower adhesion surface of the vamp 5 so that the lower adhesion surface of the vamp 5 has an adhesive force.

Referring to FIG. 15, the lower surface of the midsole 41 is provided with the two-in-one primer 260, and the upper surface of the outsole 40 is provided with the absorbent 22 and the powder adhesive 220. Then, the outsole 40 and the midsole 41 are combined to form the sole 4. In addition, the lower adhesion surface of the vamp 5 is provided with the two-in-one primer 260, and the upper surface of the sole 4 is provided with the absorbent 22 and the powder adhesive 220. Then, the sole 4 and the vamp 5 are combined to form the shoe structure 6.

Accordingly, the reinforcer and the glue are mixed to form the two-in-one primer which is directly coated on the lower adhesion surface of the vamp to replace the conventional operation of labor cementing, so that only one-side cementing operation is needed, to reduce the labor cementing step, to shorten the procedures of fabrication, and to save the manual labor. In addition, when the outsole and the midsole are combined, the lower surface of the midsole is provided with the two-in-one primer, and the upper surface of the outsole is provided with the absorbent and the powder adhesive, so that only one-side cementing operation is needed to combine the outsole and the midsole. Further, when the sole and the vamp are combined, the lower adhesion surface of the vamp is provided with the two-in-one primer, and the upper surface of the sole is provided with the absorbent and the powder adhesive, so that only one-side cementing operation is needed to combine the sole and the vamp. Further, the powder adhesive uses uncharged powder so that the powder adhesive is directly sprayed by a machine, without needing static attachment that is necessary for a conventional powder. Further, the two-in-one primer is directly sprayed onto the lower surface of the midsole by a spray gun, without needing labor cementing, thereby preventing the product from being polluted by labor cementing, decreasing the manual labor, and reducing the cost of fabrication. Further, when the outsole and the midsole are combined, and when the sole and the vamp are combined, the location of the absorbent and the powder adhesive and the location of the two-in-one primer are interchangeable to achieve the one-side cementing purpose.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
