The broken, dashed lines in each of FIGS. 1-3 showing a shoe are for environmental purposes only and form no part of the claimed design. The shoe upper illustrated in FIGS. 1-3 is a first embodiment showing a left-footed form of the shoe upper. A second embodiment for the right-footed form of the shoe upper, which is a mirror image of the left-footed form, is not illustrated.
