This application claims the benefit of Korean Utility Model Application No. 20-2019-0002283 filed on Jun. 4, 2019, which is hereby incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
The present invention relates generally to a shoe with a replaceable heel, and more particularly to technology that is configured to enable the heel of a shoe to be easily replaced with various types of heels according to a user's purpose and preference, so that getting tired may be prevented even when the shoe is used for a long period of time and an appropriate function may be applied according to an environment.
In general, shoes are worn on the feet, and function to protect the feet indoors or outdoors. Such shoes come in various designs, and have improved structures for the comfort of the feet.
In particular, in the case of leather shoes, heels are formed beneath the outsoles of the shoes. Since such heels ate the first to be impacted and worn out, there is the inconvenience of repairing or replacing the heels at predetermined periods.
Furthermore, there is a problem such as having to have each pair of shoes according to the height of the heels of shoes, and there is the discomfort of having to change current shoes into separate functional shoes when walking on an icy road or an unpaved road.
As a related technology, Korean Patent No. 10-1201844 discloses a shoe provided with an easily mountable and replaceable heel, in which an easily mountable and replaceable heel is provided on the rear surface of the outsole of the shoe in order to increase the height of the heels of a human and alleviate a load, wherein the heel includes; a heel body fastened beneath the rear surface of the outsole to maintain a height with the ground surface and formed such that an upper space in an upper-side inner surface, a lower space in a lower-side inner surface and a bottleneck space between the upper and lower spaces are formed and connected to one another; a heelpiece body inserted into tire lower side of the heel body, and formed such that a heel protection protrusion configured to prevent the lower end portion of the heel body front coming into contact with the ground surface is formed and provided in the lower end thereof and an elastic attachment/detachment element configured to be inserted and disposed into the upper end portion of the inside of the heel body or to be detached by pulling is formed and provided in the upper end thereof and a heelpiece cushioning member inserted and disposed into the lower side of the heelpiece body, and formed such that an elastic spring haying elastic force is disposed therein and a guide rod configured to guide the elastic spring so that the elastic spring can slide upward and downward is fixedly fastened to the center of the elastic spring.
The related technology has a complicated configuration. A problem arises in that the squeaking noise of the spring occurs when the spring of the heelpiece cushioning member becomes old. Since it is impossible to adjust the overall length of the heel, a problem arises in that it is difficult replace the heel when the heel'body is damaged.
The present invention has been conceived to overcome the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a shoe with a replaceable heel, which enables various types of heels to be selected and conveniently coupled according to a user's purpose and preference, so that various heel heights may be implemented using a single shoe body and the shape of a heel may vary depending on an environment, thereby considerably improving the functionality of the shoe.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a shoe with a replaceable heel, the shoe including; a shoe body including an outsole configured to support the overall sole of a foot of a user and an upper configured to surround the foot of the user, base heel formed to protrude from the bottom surface of the outsole of the shoe body and provided with a first coupling portion; and a replaceable heel coupled to the bottom of the base heel and provided with a second coupling portion that is fanned at a location opposite to the fast coupling portion and is cot with the first coupling portion.
A coupling structure for the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion may be an internal and external-thread coupling structure.
A coupling structure for the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion may be a protrusion-groove interference fitting structure.
The first coupling portion and the second coupling portion may be formed in polygonal or toothed gear shapes.
A functional heel made of a different material or formed in a different shape may be further provided on the bottom of the replaceable heel.
The above and other objects, features, and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood front the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
Embodiments of tire present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Furthermore, in the following description of the present invention, when it is determined that a detailed description of a related well-known function or component may make the gist of tire present invention unnecessarily obscure, the detailed description will be omitted.
As shown in
The shoe body 100 is a component that is generally essential in constructing the shape of the shoe, and includes the outsole 110, upper 120 and insole of the shoe.
The base heel 200 according to the present invention is formed on the bottom surface of tire outsole 110 of Site shoe body 100, and is formed at a rear side corresponding to the heel. The first coupling portion 210 is formed at the center of the base heel 200 to be coupled with the replaceable heel 300. The first coupling portion 210 is formed on the base heel 200 itself. Accordingly, when foe first coupling portion 210 is used without the coupling of the replaceable heel 300, the replaceable heel 300 may not be smoothly coupled due foe wear or damage of the first coupling portion 210.
The replaceable heel 300 according to the present invention is coupled to foe bottom of the base heel 200. The second coupling portion 310 is formed at a location of the replaceable heel 300 opposite to the first coupling portion 210 of the base heel 200. In other words, the base heel 200 and the replaceable heel 300 constitute the heel of foe shoe through the coupling thereof. A plurality of various types of replaceable heels 300 is provided, and a replaceable heel 300 desired by a user is selected and coupled.
A coupling, structure for the first coupling portion 210 of the base heel 200 and the second coupling portion 310 of the replaceable heel 300 may be various. As an embodiment, as shown in
Additionally,
Furthermore, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a functional heel 400 made of a different material or formed in a different shape may be further provided on the bottom of the replaceable heel 300. The functional heel 400 may have a function that varies depending on one of various types of use environments.
As an embodiment of tire functional heel 400, when the functional heel 400 is applied as a cushioning member 410, as shown in
The functional heel 400 configured in this way is preferably fabricated separately and attached with an adhesive such as a bond, rather than being detachably attached to the replaceable heel 300.
The present invention is configured such that the base heel is formed on the shoe body itself and the replaceable heel is detachably attached to the base heel, and thus effects are achieved in that the height, shape, color, etc. of the heel may be freely changed according to a user's preference based on the shape of the replaceable heel and the shoe may be used for a long period of time.
Furthermore, the present invention is configured such that the functional heel having an additional function is provided on the bottom of the replaceable heel, and thus the shape of the heel may be varied depending on an environmental change in order to relieve impact when walking in a place with many irregularities such as an unpaved road, obtain an anti-slip effect on an icy in the winter or a slippery road in the rain, etc.
Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments, various modifications may be made within the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention.
