Abstract
The present invention discloses a type of shoehorn, including a shoehorn body, a fixing base and a peg, wherein the shoehorn body is in the shape of a long plate, the shoehorn body is 50 cm-100 cm in length, and the shoehorn main body is provided with a supporting base and a peg. The invention adopted a new structure, increasing the length of the shoehorn body, so that people do not need to stoop down to use it. The shoehorn is made with a soft structure, it is easily used for all kinds of shoes, there are two ways to fix the fixed base and shoehorn body, they can be randomly paired, greatly facilitating its usage. The invention is reasonably structured, easy to use, the production cost is low, the practicality is strong.
Description
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The present invention relates to the field of shoehorn devices, it specifically involves a shoehorn.


BACKGROUND

Shoehorn or shoehorn device is a smooth plate that helps the foot to extend into the shoe when it is worn. Its shape is similar to that of a cow's tongue, which is about three inches in length. When used, one end is held by hand and the other end is placed behind the heel, after the foot is put into the shoe, the shoehorn will be pulled upward, so hands are not needed to touch the shoes, and also prevents the shoe heel from being trampled.


The existing shoehorn have the following deficiencies during usage. First, during the use of shoehorns, people usually need to bend over, which is very inconvenient for users with hip and waist problems; second, shoehorns are difficult to match for different shoes, causing some impact on the shoes; third, shoehorn are hard to store after usage, causing inconvenience, which is why we are proposing a new shoehorn device.


SUMMARY

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a shoehorn for solving technical issues in current shoehorns, mainly that they are too short to be matched with various shoe shapes and that they are inconvenient to store.


In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a shoehorn which includes a shoehorn body, a fixing seat and a peg, wherein the shoehorn body is in the shape of a long plate, and the shoehorn body is 50 cm-100 cm in length, and the shoehorn body is provided with a supporting base and a peg.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

On the basis of the above scheme, the shoehorn body comprises a grip rod and a shoe-pulling piece, wherein the upper end of the grip rod is provided with a blind hole, the bottom of the blind hole is provided with an inner thread, and the blind hole is provided with a through hole, the upper end of the grip rod outer ring is coated with a soft anti-slip sleeve, and the grip rod body at the bottom of the soft anti-slip sleeve is connected with an iron pillar through a fixed connection. The two ends of the Iron column are both arc convex units, and the two circular convex sets expose the outer wall of the grip rod, wherein the bottom part of the grip rod is provided with a shoe-pulling piece, and the shoe-pulling piece has a soft smooth structure.


On the basis of the above solution, an adhesive layer is adhered on the left side surface of the fixing base, the outer side surface of the adhesive layer is adhered with a dividable paper layer, a screw fixing hole is penetrated through the centre of the right side elevation of the fixing seat, screw holes and a magnet column are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the screw fixing hole, the magnet column is fixedly connected with the fixing seat, and the outer end of the magnet column is provided with an arc groove, the arc groove and the arc boss are matched with each other.


On the basis of the above solution, one end of the peg is integrally provided with a circular arc convex head, the maximum outer diameter of the circular arc convex head is smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole, and the other end of the peg is provided with an external thread, the internal thread of the external thread, the thread hole and the internal thread of the bottom of the blind hole match with each other.


Based on the above solution, the magnet column is made of a magnet material, and the iron column is made of an iron material.


Compared with the current technology, this invention gives the following benefits: the shoehorn device adopts a new structure and improves on the existing problems in the use of the existing shoehorn; firstly, the length of the main body of the shoe is increased, there is no need to bend down when putting on shoes, it is easy to use; second: the shoehorn is designed with a soft structure, it can be bent to match a variety of shoe types, it prevents discomfort, especially for wearing tall boots; third: a separate configuration of the holder, the holder can be used according to user needs, with any adhesive or screw mounted on the wall, the holder is provided with two-way fix shoehorn body design, one is through the magnet column and iron column, and the other is the way through the peg-hook on the main body of the shoehorn, which prevents inconvenient storage, making your home clean and tidy, these two ways of storing the shoehorn allow users to choose according to their favourite method, but also offers the flexibility to change fixation of the main body of the shoehorn, increasing the desire of people to purchase the shoehorn; this invention is reasonable, easy to use, has a low production cost and is highly practical.

In order to realize the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention and make it easier to understand, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and implementation. It should be understood that the implementation described here is only for explaining this invention and not limited to this invention.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, we can conclude that: the shoehorn includes a shoehorn body 1, a fixing seat 2 and a peg 3, the shoehorn main body 1 is in a long plate shape, and the shoehorn body 1 is 50 cm-100 cm long so that people do not need to bend over to be able to use it, the shoehorn body 1 is provided with a supporting the base 2 and peg 3, it can be fixed and stored in a variety of ways.


The shoehorn body 1 includes a grip rod 101 and a shoe pulling tab 108. A blind hole 102 is provided in the centre of the upper end of the grip rod 101. An internal thread 103 is provided at a bottom end of the blind hole 102. There is a through hole 104. The upper end of the outer ring of the grip rod 101 is covered with a soft non-slip sleeve 105, which is convenient and comfortable for the user, the shoe body 1 and can also prevent skidding. The lower end of the soft non-slip sleeve 105 of the grip rod 101 is fixedly connected with the iron column 106. The two ends of the iron column 106 are arc bosses 107, and the two arc bosses 107 expose the outer wall of the grip bar 101, the bottom end of the grab bar 101 is integrally provided with a shoehorn 108, the shoehorn 108 is a soft and smooth structure, the soft material can be bent, and the shoehorn 108 can be matched with various shoes.


The adhesive layer 201 is glued on the left facade of the fixed seat 2, and the outer façade of the adhesive layer 201 is bonded with a dividable paper layer 202, when it is torn off it can be divided, the paper Layer 202 is convenient for gluing layer 201 to hold 2 fixed seat; the centre of the right façade of the fixed seat 2 is provided with a screw fixing hole 203 to facilitate the fixing of the fixed seat 2 by using screws, and the fixed seat 2 is provided with a screw hole 203 and a magnet column 204 respectively at the upper and lower ends of the screw fixing hole 205. The magnet column 205 is fixedly connected in the fixed seat 2, and the outer end of the magnet column 205 is provided with a circular groove 206, the circular groove 206 is matched with the circular convex table 107, and the circular convex table 107 can be installed in the circular groove 206.


One end of the peg 3 has a circular convex head 301, and a maximum outer diameter of the circular convex head 301 is smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole 104, so as to facilitate the hook body 3 hooking onto the peg 3; the other end of the peg 3 is provided with an external thread 302 which matches with the internal thread 103 at the bottom of the blind hole 102 and the internal thread 302, the peg 3 may be mounted to the internal thread 103 at the bottom of the threaded hole 204 and the blind hole 102 by the internal thread 302.


The magnet column 205 is made of a magnetic material, the iron column 106 is made of iron material, and the magnet column 205 can adsorb and fix the shoehorn body 1 by magnetically adsorbing the iron column 106.


Specific example 1: during use, the first fixed holder 2 is fixed, the holder 2 adhesive layer 201 separable paper layer 202 is torn off, and the fixing seat 2 is adhered and fixed on the wall in an appropriate position by using the adhesive layer 201, so that the user can easily use the shoehorn 1 without bending down, and use the shoe body 1, the magnetic column 205 and the iron column 106 are adsorbed and fixed, and any one end of the circular arc boss 107 at both ends of the iron column 106 is put into the circular arc groove 206 at the outer end of the magnetic column 205, the magnetic column 205 is adsorbed and fixed through the iron column 106. When the shoehorn body 1 is used, the shoehorn body 1 is taken directly from the fixing seat 2, and the shoehorn body 1 is long enough to be bent when in use. After using the shoehorn 1, the arc groove 206 is placed so that the magnet column 205 can attract the iron column 106, and the operation is simple and convenient.


Concrete implementation 2: during use, the screws pass through screw fixing hole 203, adhesive layer 201 and separable paper layer 202, and the screws are fixed on the wall in the appropriate position. The screws will be position the fixed seat 2 on the wall, with the peg 3 from the shoehorn body 1 upper blind hole 102 bottom of the inner thread 103, screwed down, then, by hanging the peg 3 on the outer thread 302, the peg 3 is screwed to the screw hole 204 of the fixing seat 2, the shoe pulls the main body 1 through the hole 104 onto peg 3, the through hole 104's inside diameter is bigger than hangs the pin 3 upper circular convex head 301 the largest outer ring diameter, facilitates the shoe pulls the main body 1 to hang nails 3. The shoe pulls the main body 1 after hangs to hang the nail 3, the circular convex head 301 can block the shoe pulls the main body 1, to prevent the shoe pulling main body 1 drop, use the shoe pulls the main body 1 o'clock, from hangs the nail 3 to take off can use, after using, in hangs to hangs the nail 3, the circular convex head 301 can conveniently move the shoehorn 1 to the peg 3. At the same time, it is also convenient to remove it from peg 3.


The two ways of positioning the fixing base 2 and the two fixing ways of the shoehorn body 1 can be freely matched according to the present invention and can be selected according to the indoor environment or according to user preference, the materials for storing and adsorbing the two fixed components of the magnet column 205 and the iron column 106 may a magnet and an iron object, or both being magnets. The shoehorn body 1 is long enough, the shoehorn body 1 does not require people to bend over when putting on shoes, and is especially suitable for people who have hip or waist problems when bending over. Meanwhile, the shoehorn 108 is made of soft material and can be bent to match various shoe shapes. The utility model is characterized in that the soft non-slip sleeve 105 on the grip rod 101 can be moulded into a shape easily clenched by a human hand and is more comfortable when used. The invention has the advantages of a reasonable structure, convenient use, low production costs and is should be widely promoted.

Claims
  • 1. A type of shoehorn, including a shoehorn body, a fixing base and a peg, wherein the shoehorn body is in the shape of a long plate, the shoehorn body is 50 cm-100 cm in length, and the shoehorn body is provided with a supporting base and a peg.
  • 2. A shoehorn according to claim 1 wherein the shoehorn has the following characteristics: the main body includes a grip and a pull tab. A blind hole is located in the center of the upper end of the grip and a female thread is provided at the bottom of the blind hole. A through hole is formed above the blind hole and a soft anti-slip sleeve is coated on the upper end of the outer ring of the handle bar, the rod is fixedly connected to the rod body of the lower grip rod, both ends of the iron column are arc bosses, and the two arc bosses are exposed. The outer wall of the grip rod has a pull-out tab at the bottom end of the grip rod. The pull-tab has a soft and smooth structure.
  • 3. A shoehorn according to claim 2 wherein the shoehorn device is characterized by an adhesive layer adhering on the left side elevation of the fixing base, and the outer side of the adhesive layer. A detachable paper layer is adhered on the surface of the fixing seat, a center of the right-side elevation of the fixing seat is provided with a screw fixing hole, and the fixing seat is located in a screw fixing hole. A screw hole and a magnet column are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the magnet column, the magnet column is fixedly connected in the fixing seat, and the outer end of the magnet column is provided with a circular arc recess. The grooves and the circular bosses are matched with each other.
  • 4. A shoehorn according to claim 3 wherein the shoehorn device is characterized by an arc convex head that is integrally provided at one end of the hanging nail, and the maximum of the arc convex head has an outer diameter of which is smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole and the other end of the hanging nail is provided with an external thread, which is connected with the thread in the threaded hole, the blind hole and the bottom of the female thread are matched with each other.
  • 5. A shoehorn according to claim 3 wherein the shoehorn is characterized by the magnet column which is made of a magnetic material, and the iron column which is made of an iron material.
