Description
BACKGROUND
Technical Field

The present invention relates to a shooting target for use in shooting training.

Related Art

Conventionally, shooting training and education using a shooting target have been performed in the Japan Self Defense Force and a security organization (police, Japan Coast Guard, etc.).

Since this shooting training is repeatedly performed by a large number of members, the shooting target needs to be frequently replaced, and in a case where a bullet hits a target stand holding the shooting target and the target stand is damaged, the target stand also needs to be replaced.

In view of such an actual situation, conventional shooting training has a problem that not only economic loss is large, but also labor involved in replacement is always required, and thus a large burden is imposed on the members.

In order to solve such a problem, JP No. 3619960 describes an invention related to a target apparatus that has a life longer than that of a wooden target apparatus, can reduce replacement labor, and is economical.

In addition, JP 1997-280794 A describes an invention related to a target that can effectively prevent a risk of being repelled by a repulsive force when a bullet hits a target directly, and also enhances repetitive usability and handleability.

SUMMARY

However, the inventions described in these patent literatures include a target stand, and all of them are mainly devised for the target stand. The target itself installed on the target stand is a simple rectangular shape, and functionality of the target itself is not considered at all.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a shooting target with further improved functionality.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a shooting target including: a target main body that is a substantially plate-shaped body and serves as a target; an auxiliary portion; and a joining portion configured to join the target main body and the auxiliary portion,

wherein the auxiliary portion has an auxiliary portion main body protruded from an outer peripheral end surface of the target main body, and

the joining portion separably joins the target main body and the auxiliary portion main body.

According to the present invention, by having the auxiliary portion main body protruded from the target main body that serves as a target, the shooting target can be attached to a target stand via the auxiliary portion main body. This makes it possible to effectively utilize the entire target main body as a target.

In addition, since the target main body and the auxiliary portion main body are separably joined to each other by the joining portion, it is possible to use only the target main body for training in accordance with a usage environment of the shooting target, such as in a case where the auxiliary portion main body is unnecessary.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary portion main body is protruded substantially parallel to a surface direction of the target main body.

With the above-described configuration, it is possible to stack a plurality of targets for shooting in a compact manner without bulking the entire shooting target, so that transportation, storage, and the like become easier.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary portion main body is a frame body provided to cover the entire outer peripheral end surface of the target main body.

With the above-described configuration, when the shooting target is attached to the target stand via the auxiliary portion main body, it is possible to flexibly change a holding mode in accordance with the target stand to be used, such as fastening the shooting target via right and left portions of the auxiliary portion main body or suspending the shooting target via an upper portion of the auxiliary portion main body.

Further, by hollowing out and separating the target main body from the auxiliary portion main body, it is possible to use the separated target main body or auxiliary portion main body as a mold for coloring a specific region of another shooting target. That is, since the plurality of shooting targets are in a state where they can be identified on the basis of the presence or absence of coloring, they can be used for training of shooting by identifying the presence or absence of coloring, and by using, as a mold, the separated target main body or auxiliary portion main body, it is possible to easily perform work of coloring the specific region of each of these shooting targets in various colors.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary portion main body is formed of a plurality of auxiliary-portion main-body components separably joined to each other by the joining portion.

With the above-described configuration, the auxiliary-portion main-body components can be partially separated from the auxiliary portion main body, for example, in accordance with the target stand to be used, and an outer shape of the shooting target can be more flexibly changed in accordance with the usage environment and the like.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary portion has a display portion provided on an outer surface of the target main body, and the joining portion joins the display portion to the target main body such that the display portion can be hollowed out.

With the above-described configuration, the display portion or the target main body in which the display portion is hollowed out can be used as a mold when a specific region of another shooting target is colored.

That is, since the plurality of shooting targets are in a state where they can be identified on the basis of the presence or absence of the display portion, they can be used for training of shooting by identifying the presence or absence of the display portion, and by using, as a mold, the target main body in which the display portion is hollowed out, it is possible to easily perform work of forming a copied portion in which a shape of the display portion is copied in the specific region of each of these shooting targets.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the target main body and the auxiliary portion are formed of cardboard, and the joining portion is perforation.

With the above-described configuration, it is possible to manufacture the shooting target at low cost, and work of separating the target main body and the auxiliary portion becomes easier.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a shooting target with further improved functionality.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Hereinafter, a shooting target according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Note that the following embodiment is an example of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment. In these drawings, reference sign 1 denotes a shooting target according to the present embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 1, the shooting target 1 includes a target main body 11 that is a substantially plate-shaped body and serves as a target, an auxiliary portion 12, and joining portions W that join the target main body 11 and the auxiliary portion 12.

Here, the target main body 11 and the auxiliary portion 12 in the present embodiment are formed of cardboard. In addition, the joining portions W in the present embodiment are perforation.

Note that in each of the drawings of the present embodiment, the joining portions W are each indicated by a dotted line. In each of the drawings of the present embodiment, the joining portion W formed along an outer peripheral surface of the target main body 11 is indicated by a thick line, and the other joining portions W are indicated by thin lines.

The target main body 11 is disposed substantially at a center of the shooting target 1 and has a shape schematically representing a person. That is, the target main body 11 includes a torso portion 11a and a head portion 11b protruding upward from an upper side of the torso portion 11a.

Circular mark portions ma, mb are provided on outer surfaces of the torso portion 11a and the head portion 11b, respectively, as marks for a user to shoot.

Note that the mark portions ma, mb are not limited to the circular shape, and can be variously changed depending on contents of training, and a configuration may be employed in which a numeral as a score is displayed inside or in the vicinity of each of the mark portions ma, mb. For example, a plurality of mark portions ma and a plurality of mark portions mb having different sizes may be disposed concentrically, and different numerals may be displayed in the vicinity of respective regions of each of the mark portions ma and the mark portions mb.

The auxiliary portion 12 includes an auxiliary portion main body 12a protruded from an outer peripheral end surface of the target main body 11, and display portions 12b provided on the outer surface of the target main body.

The auxiliary portion main body 12a is configured as a frame body provided to cover the outer peripheral end surface of the target main body 11 by being protruded substantially parallel to a surface direction of the target main body 11 from the entire outer peripheral end surface of the target main body 11. Thus, the shooting target 1 is configured as a plate-shaped body having a rectangular shape as a whole.

In the present embodiment, the display portions 12b have outer shapes imitating right and left hands of a person.

The joining portion W is formed along the outer peripheral surface of the target main body 11 to separably join the target main body 11 and the auxiliary portion main body 12a.

A plurality of the joining portions W are provided in the auxiliary portion main body 12a, so that the auxiliary portion main body 12a is sectioned into a plurality of regions by the joining portions W.

More specifically, the joining portions W formed along the outer peripheral surface of the target main body 11 (joining portions W parallel to a short side direction of the shooting target 1, which are two joining portions formed in the torso portion 11a and one joining portion formed in the head portion 11b, and joining portions W parallel to a long side direction of the shooting target 1, which are two joining portions formed in the torso portion 11a) extend to end surfaces of the auxiliary portion main body 12a.

Thereby, as shown in FIG. 2, the auxiliary portion main body 12a is formed of a plurality of auxiliary-portion main-body components 12a1 separably joined to each other by the joining portions W.

In addition, the joining portions W are formed along outer peripheral surfaces of the display portions 12b to thereby join the display portions 12b to the target main body 11 such that the display portions 12b can be hollowed out.

Note that the joining portions W are formed along the outer peripheral surfaces of the mark portions ma, mb to thereby join the mark portions ma, mb to the target main body 11 such that the mark portions ma, mb can be hollowed out.

Hereinafter, a usage mode when the shooting target 1 is used together with a target stand S will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.

As shown in FIG. 3, the target stand S is configured of, for example, a wooden square member, and includes a pair of erecting portions S1 extending in a vertical direction with respect to an installation surface, and support portions S2 extending from lower ends of the pair of erecting portions S1 along a surface direction of the installation surface.

As indicated by arrows in FIG. 3, the user brings the pair of auxiliary-portion main-body components 12a1 configured on the long sides of the shooting target 1 into contact with the pair of erecting portions S1. The user joins the pair of auxiliary-portion main-body components 12a1 and the pair of erecting portions S1, using a tool such as a gun tacker, for example.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the shooting target 1 is stably held on the target stand S and enters a state where it can be used for shooting training.

When the shooting target 1 is held on the target stand S, the mode is not limited to the above-described mode, and for example, a mode as shown in FIG. 5 may be employed.

That is, the target stand S shown in FIG. 5 configured of a pair of erecting portions S1, a pair of support portions S2, a string body S3 suspended above the pair of erecting portions S1, and clips S4 provided on the string body S3.

According to the above-described target stand S, the user can cause the target stand S to hold the shooting target 1 in a suspended mode by holding the auxiliary-portion main-body component 12a1 configured in a portion on a short side and an upper side of the shooting target 1 with the clips S4.

In a case where the shooting training is based on the above-described holding mode, the user may separate the pair of auxiliary-portion main-body components 12a1 configured in portions on the long side of the shooting target 1, as shown in FIG. 5. This makes the shooting target 1 compact and easy to handle in accordance with the holding mode.

Hereinafter, a usage mode when the shooting target 1 is colored using the auxiliary portion main body 12a will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 9B.

First, as shown in FIG. 6, the user separates the target main body 11 and the auxiliary portion main body 12a.

Next, the user stacks the separated target main body 11 on a top of a target main body 11′ of another shooting target 1′, as shown in FIG. 7A.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, the user injects a coating material C by a coating spray (not shown) toward the shooting target 1′ on which the target main body 11 is stacked.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, it is possible to create the shooting target 1′ in a state where only an auxiliary portion main body 12a′ is colored.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, the user stacks the separated auxiliary portion main body 12a on a top of an auxiliary portion main body 12a′ of another shooting target 1′, and injects the coating material C, so that it is possible to create a shooting target 1′ in which only the target main body 11′ is colored, contrary to the state shown in FIG. 8.

Hereinafter, a usage mode when the shooting target 1 is colored using the display portions 12b will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 to 14.

First, as shown in FIG. 10, the user hollows out the display portions 12b from the target main body 11 to separate the target main body 11 and the display portions 12b.

Next, as shown in FIG. 11A, the user stacks the target main body 11 with the display portions 12b hollowed out on a top of another target main body 11′.

Next, as shown in FIG. 11B, the user injects the coating material C by the coating spray toward the target main body 11′ on which the target main body 11 is stacked.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 12, the target main body 11′ having copied portions Z in which the shapes of the display portions 12b are copied on the outer surface can be created.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B, the user can copy the shapes of the display portions 12b at arbitrary positions of the target main body 11′ by changing a stacking position of the target main body 11 with respect to the other target main body 11′.

Note that while the above-described usage modes are a state where the target main body 11 is separated from the auxiliary portion main body 12a, it is naturally applicable even in a state where the target main body 11 and the auxiliary portion main body 12a are joined.

According to the present embodiment, the shooting target 1 can be attached to the target stand S via the auxiliary portion main body 12a, and the entire target main body 11 can be effectively used as a target.

In addition, since the auxiliary portion main body 12a is protruded substantially parallel to the surface direction of the target main body 11 and the entire shooting target 1 is configured as a plate-shaped body, it is possible to stack a plurality of targets for shooting in a compact manner without bulking the entire shooting target 1, so that transportation, storage, and the like become easier.

In addition, since the auxiliary portion main body 12a is a frame body provided to cover the entire outer peripheral end surface of the target main body 11, when the shooting target 1 is attached to the target stand S via the auxiliary portion main body, it is possible to flexibly change the holding mode in accordance with the target stand S to be used, such as fastening the shooting target 1 via the right and left portions of the auxiliary portion main body 12a or suspending the shooting target 1 via the upper portion of the auxiliary portion main body 12a.

In addition, by hollowing out and separating the target main body 11 from the auxiliary portion main body 12a, these separated target main body 11 and auxiliary portion main body 12a can be used as molds for coloring specific regions of the other shooting target 1′, and work of coloring the specific regions of the other shooting target 1′ can be easily performed.

In addition, since the auxiliary portion main body 12a is formed by the plurality of auxiliary-portion main-body components 12a1 separably joined to each other by the joining portions W, for example, the auxiliary-portion main-body components 12a1 can be partially separated from the auxiliary portion main body 12a in accordance with the target stand S to be used, and the outer shape of the shooting target 1 can be more flexibly changed in accordance with the usage environment and the like.

In addition, since the auxiliary portion 12 has the display portions 12b provided on the outer surface of the target main body 11, and the joining portions W join the display portions 12b to the target main body 11 such that the display portions 12b can be hollowed out, the display portions 12b or the target main body 11 with the display portions 12b hollowed out can be used as molds for coloring specific regions of the other shooting target 1′.

In particular, as described in the present embodiment, the outer shape of each of the display portions 12b is a human hand, by which the colored target main body 11 is put into a state further reminding the person, and reality can be imparted by training.

In addition, since the target main body 11 and the auxiliary portion 12 are formed of cardboard and the joining portions W are perforation, the shooting target 1 can be manufactured at low cost, and work of separating the target main body 11 and the auxiliary portion 12 becomes also easier.

Note that the shapes, dimensions, and the like of the respective configuration members described in the above-described embodiments are merely examples, and can be variously changed on the basis of design requirements and the like.

For example, as shown in FIG. 14, the display portion 12b may have an outer shape imitating an object that the user feels as a threat, such as a gun, instead of a human hand.

It is possible to perform more advanced training by copying, on different shooting targets 1, an object that the user does not feel as a threat, such as a human, and an object that the user feels as a threat, such as a gun.

Furthermore, while in the present embodiments, the example in which the target main body 11 and the auxiliary portion 12 are formed of cardboard and the joining portions W are perforation has been described, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the target main body 11 and the auxiliary portion 12 may be formed of plastic, and the joining portions W may be grooves, perforation, cuts, or the like that can be manually separated.
