Description
ART FIELD

This invention concerns pallets to be used to transport and store goods including containers loaded on the loading surface.

BACKGROUND ART

Conventionally, synthetic resin or wooden pallets are generally used to transport and store goods such as containers loaded on the loading surface (see Patent Literature 1, for example).

By the way, the conventional pallet is provided with space to receive forks of the forklift and is formed like a thin box having strength to withstand the load of goods to be loaded, thus posing such problems that it is necessary to prepare multiple types of pallets different in size (plane shape) to cope with goods different in size and a large space is required for storing.

In order to cope with these problems, this applicant is manufacturing and selling simplified pallets (commodity name “YP Protainer (registered trademark) to be arranged and used in four corners and at the center portion, as required, under the goods such as containers (called “transportation case” in this specification) shown in FIGS. 27A-27C.

This simplified pallet consists of simplified pallet member 101 to be arranged and used at the four corners and simplified pallet member 102 arranged at the center portion under the transportation case W, and they are fixed with binding band B or pressure-sensitive adhesive double-coated tape or the combination of both, and between the simplified pallet members 101 and 102, space to receive forks of the forklift is provided so that the transportation case W itself can be handled as a pallet.

This simplified pallet or free-size pallet is advantageous to cope with transportation cases W different in size because it is not constrained by the size (plane shape) of the transportation case W, and it also has the advantage of not requiring a large space for storing.

OUTLINE OF INVENTION
Problems to be Solved by the Invention

As aforementioned, the above simplified pallet is a free-size pallet and advantageous not requiring a large space for storing, but on the other hand, if it is applied for cartons with less rigidity as the transportation case W, which are piled up, a problem was that the grounded portion 112 of the simplified pallet member 101 arranged and used at the four corners under the transportation case W, the lid of the transportation case W failed to support the load of the transportation case W loaded on it, resulting in deformation and damage, because it is formed at a position shifted inward of the transportation case W.

Since the above simplified pallets are arranged, separately from one another, under the transportation case, the fixed state of the simplified pallets is unstable and subject to external force, there was such a problem that they are moved away from the undersurface of the transportation case.

In consideration of the problems of the above simplified pallet, the No. 1 object of this invention is to provide a simplified pallet capable of preventing the deformation and damage of the transportation case through easier supporting of the load of the transportation case while maintaining the advantages of the free-size pallet and not requiring a large space for storing.

No. 2 object is to provide such a simplified pallet members so as to prevent the simplified pallet members from moving from the undersurface of the transportation case even if subjected to external force, by stabilizing the fixed state of the simplified pallet members by means of fixing members to be used to fix the simplified pallet members to the transportation case, while maintaining the advantages of the free-size pallet and not requiring a large space for storing.

Means to Solve the Problems

In order to achieve the above No. 1 object, the simplified pallet members of this invention are equipped with an installation portion to install the transportation case and grounded portion projecting downward integrally from the installation portion and are characterized in the simplified pallet members arranged and used at four corners under the transportation case in that the internal dimension shape of the corner portion in the installation portion and the outer edge shape of the corner portion of the grounded portion are made agreeable through plane view.

In this case, the installation surface of the transportation case of the aforementioned installation portion can be formed in such a slope state that the corner side of the corner portion is higher.

In order to achieve the above No. 2 object, the simplified pallet members of this invention are equipped with an installation portion to install the transportation case and grounded portion projecting downward integrally from the installation portion and are characterized in the simplified pallet members arranged and used under the transportation case in that the aforementioned installation portion is formed with a linkage portion of the fixing member to be used for fixing the simplified pallet member to the transportation case.

In this case, the linkage portion of the aforementioned fixing member can be composed of a hole portion to link the binding band by installing/passing the binding band to be used for fixing the simplified pallet member to the transportation case.

The linkage portion of the aforementioned fixing member can be composed of a projection portion to link the binding band by applying the binding band to be used to fix the simplified pallet member to the transportation case.

The linkage portion of the aforementioned fixing member can be composed of a hole portion to link a splicing screw to be used for fixing the simplified pallet member to the transportation case.

The simplified pallet of this invention is characterized in that the above simplified pallet members can be combined and used.

Effects of the Invention

The simplified pallet members of this invention are equipped with an installation portion to install the transportation case and grounded portion projecting downward integrally from the installation portion, and in the simplified pallet members arranged and used at the four corners under the transportation case, the internal dimension shape of the corner portion of the installation portion and the outer edge shape of the corner portion of the grounded portion are made agreeable through plane view, thereby making it possible to support the load of the transportation case with a surrounding wall positioned at the lower part of the lid of the lower transportation case via the simplified pallet members, thus preventing the transportation case from deforming or being damaged, while maintaining such advantages as the free-size pallet and not requiring a large space for storing.

By making the corner side of the corner portion of the installation surface of the aforementioned installation portion in such a slope that the corner side of the corner portion is high, thus supporting a large portion of the load of the transportation case, it is possible to prevent the rise (inward inclination of the simplified pallet member) on the corner side of grounded surface of the grounded portion and to securely support the load of the transportation case with the surrounding wall positioned at a lower part of the lid of the lower transportation pallet member via the simplified pallet member.

According to the simplified pallet members of this invention, an installation portion to install the transportation case and grounded portion projecting integrally from the installation portion are equipped, and in the simplified pallet members arranged and used under the transportation case, the aforementioned installation portion is formed with a linkage portion of fixing members to be used to fix the simplified pallet members to the transportation case, thereby making it possible to stabilize the fixed state of the simplified pallet members by means of fixing members to be used to fix the simplified pallet members and prevent the simplified pallet members from moving from the undersurface of the transportation case even if subjected to external force, while maintaining such advantages as free-size pallets arranged and used separately from one another under the transportation case and not requiring a large space for storing.

According to the simplified pallets of this invention, the above simplified pallet members are combined and used, thereby making it possible to support the load of the transportation case with surrounding wall positioned at a lower part of the lid of the lower transportation case via the above simplified pallet members arranged for a large or heavy transportation case.

FORMS TO IMPLEMENT THE INVENTION

The forms to implement the simplified pallet of this invention are explained as follows in accordance with drawings.

FIGS. 1-6B show an embodiment of the simplified pallet of this invention. This simplified pallet is composed of simplified pallet member 1 to be arranged and used at four corners under the transportation case as shown in FIGS. 1-3B and simplified pallet member 2 to be arranged and used at the edge portion under the transportation case as shown in FIGS. 4-6B.

The simplified pallet member and simplified pallet member 2 are manufactured through integral molding using a proper synthetic resin such as polypropylene resin or vinyl chloride resin.

Of them, the simplified pallet member 1 to be arranged and used at four corners under the transportation case is equipped with installation portion 11 to install the transportation case and grounded portion 12 projecting downward integrally from the installation portion 11 and is made in such a way that the internal dimension shape of the corner portion of the installation portion 11 and the outer edge shape of the corner portion of the grounded portion 12 are agreeable through plane viewing.

The simplified pallet member 2 to be arranged and used at the edge portion under the transportation case is equipped with the installation portion 21 to install the transportation case and grounded portion 22 projecting downward from the installation portion 21 and is made in such a way that the internal dimension shape on the edge portion side of the installation portion 21 and the outer edge shape on the edge portion side of the grounded portion 22 are agreeable through plane viewing.

In this case, it is preferable that the installation surface of the transportation case of the installation portions 11 and 21 of the simplified pallet member 1 and simplified pallet member 2 is made in such a slope state that the corner side of the corner portion 11a or edge portion side 21a is higher than the inside 11b or 21b.

The height difference between the corner side 11a of the corner portion or edge portion side 21a and inside 11b or 21b is set 1˜a few mm (2 mm in this embodiment). Here the height difference is made by changing the wall thickness of the installation portion 11 or 21.

By this a large portion of the load of the transportation case is supported on the corner side of the corner portion or edge portion side, thus making it possible to prevent the rise (inward inclination of the simplified pallet member 1 and simplified pallet member 2) on the corner portion side or edge portion side of the grounded surface of the grounded portion 12 or 22 and support the load of the transportation case with the surrounding wall positioned at the lower part of the lid of the lower transportation case via the simplified pallet member 1 and simplified pallet member 2.

For the grounded surface of the grounded portion 12 or 22 of the simplified pallet member 1 and simplified pallet member 2, it is preferable to form non-slip of a fine rough pattern.

This makes it possible to stably load the transportation case.

From outside edge of the installation portion 11, 21 of the simplified pallet member 1 and simplified pallet member 2, surrounding wall 13, 23 is erected. This makes it possible to install the transportation case accurately and stably on the installation surface of the installation portion 11, 21.

For the installation portion 11, 21 of the simplified pallet member and simplified pallet member 2, grounded portion 12, 22 and surrounding wall 13, 23, it is preferable to form reinforcing ribs.

With this simplified pallet, the simplified pallet member 1, like the conventional simplified pallet shown in FIGS. 27A-27C, is arranged at four corners under the transportation case and simplified pallet member 2, if necessary, is arranged at the edge portion under the transportation case, and they are fixed with a binding band or pressure-sensitive double-coated tape or both in combination so that the transportation case itself can be handled as a pallet, that is, space for receiving forks of a forklift is provided between the simplified pallet member 1 (and simplified pallet member 2).

This simplified pallet is a free-size pallet, and while maintaining the advantage of not requiring a large space for storing, the load of the transportation case is supported with surrounding wall positioned at the lower part of the lid of the lower transportation case, thus making it possible to prevent deforming or damaging of the transportation case via the simplified pallet member 1 and simplified pallet member 2.

FIGS. 7-12D show No. 1 embodiment of the simplified pallet members of this invention to be arranged and used inside under the transportation case. This simplified pallet member 3, like the conventional simplified pallet shown in FIGS. 27A-27C, is arranged and used inside under the transportation case W (illustration omitted in FIGS. 7-12D) (1 place or multiple places at the center, for example) and it is equipped with installation portion 31 to install the transportation case and grounded portion 32 projecting downward integrally from the installation portion 31, and by passing the binding band B (illustration omitted in FIGS. 7-12D) as a fixing member as the linkage portion of the fixing member to be used to fix the simplified pallet member 3 to the transportation case, thereby forming a hole portion 33 in the installation portion 31 to link the binding band B.

The simplified pallet member 3 is manufactured through integral molding using a proper synthetic resin such as polypropylene resin or vinyl chloride resin.

For the hole portion 33 to be formed in the installation portion 31 of the simplified pallet member 3, slit-like holes are formed at 4 places in equal-angle intervals along the edge with the grounded portion 32 of the installation portion 31 so that the binding band B can be crossed and inserted for linking.

On the boundary face between the installation portion 31 and grounded portion 32 on the inside perimeter side of the hole portion 33 in contact with the transportation case, groove portion 34 to accommodate the binding band B is formed. This makes it possible to accommodate the binding band B inserted in the hole portion 32 without projecting from the installation portion 31.

For the binding band B, a general-purpose binding band can be used, and a binding band made of PET resin, for example, can be suitably used.

For the grounded portion 32 of the simplified pallet member 3, reinforcing rib 32a is equipped, and on the bottom surface, rough portion 32b or dent 32C for non-stopping is formed to stabilize the grounded state.

With this simplified pallet member 3, the simplified pallet member 3, like the conventional simplified pallet shown in FIGS. 27A-27C, is arranged inside under the transportation case W (1 place or multiple places at the center portion, for example) (in this case, simplified pallet members to be arranged at four corners under the transportation case W are used in combination) and is fixed with the binding band B (in this case, pressure-sensitive adhesive double-coated tape is arranged for the installation portion 31 and the undersurface of the transportation case W can also be fixed), thereby making it possible to handle the transportation case itself as a pallet, that is, space for receiving forks of a forklift is provided between the simplified pallet members.

According to this simplified pallet member 3, as the hole portion 33 to link the binding band B to be used to fix the simplified pallet member 3 to the transportation case, the binding band B as fixing member is inserted in the installation 31 of the simplified pallet 3, thereby forming hole portion 33 to link the binding band B, thus making it possible to stabilize the fixed state of the simplified pallet member 3 by means of the fixing member to be used to fix the simplified pallet member to the transportation case W while maintaining the advantages of the free-size pallet where the simplified pallet members are used separately from one another, arranged and used under the transportation case W and not requiring a large space for storing and prevent the simplified pallet members from moving from the undersurface of the transportation case W even when subjected to external force.

FIGS. 13-15B show No. 2 embodiment of the simplified pallet members of this invention to be arranged and use inside under the transportation case. This simplified pallet member 3 is to be arranged and used inside (1 place at the center or multiple places, for example) under the transportation case W (illustration omitted in FIGS. 13-15B), like the simplified pallet member 3 of the above No. 1 embodiment and is equipped with installation portion 31 to install the transportation case and grounded portion 32 projecting downward from the installation 31, and as the linkage portion of a fixing member to be used to fix the simplified pallet member 3 to the transportation case, hole portion 33 to link the binding band B is formed in the installation portion 31 by passing the binding band B (illustration omitted in FIGS. 13-15B) as the fixing member.

With the simplified pallet member 3 of this embodiment, as the linkage portion of the fixing member to be used to fix the simplified pallet member 3 to the transportation case, hole portion 35 to link a splicing screw S as a fixing member is also formed in the installation portion 31.

For the hole portion 35 to be formed in the installation portion 31 of the simplified pallet member 3, round holes are formed at the middle portion of the installation portion 31 at 2 places (or multiple places of 3 or more places) at equal-angle intervals so that the splicing screw S can be inserted for linking.

For the splicing screw S, general-purpose splicing screw can be used; splicing screw made of synthetic resin, for example, to be more concrete, the “M screw” (registered trademark) made by Asakawa-Gumi Unyu can be suitably used.

In this case, it is possible to omit the hole portion 33 to be formed in the installation portion 31 as the link portion of the fixing member to be used to fix the simplified pallet member 3 to the transportation case.

Other composition and action of the simplified pallet of this embodiment are same as those of the simplified pallet member 3 of the above No. 1 embodiment.

FIGS. 16-20 show No. 3 embodiment of the simplified pallet members to be arranged and used inside under the transportation case.

This simplified pallet member 3, like the simplified pallet member 3 of the above No. 2 embodiment, is to be arranged and used inside (1 place at the center portion or multiple places, for example) under the transportation case W (illustration is omitted in FIGS. 16-20) and is equipped with the installation portion 31 to install the transportation case and grounded portion 32 projected downward integrally from the installation portion 31, and as linking portion of fixing member to be used to fix the simplified pallet member 3 to the transportation case, the hole portion 35 to link the splicing screw A as a fixing member is formed in the installation portion 31.

Furthermore, with the simplified pallet member 3 of this embodiment, projected portion 36 to link the binding band B as fixing member (illustration omitted in FIGS. 16-20) is formed in the installation portion 31, as the linking portion of the fixing member to be used to fix the simplified pallet member 3 to the transportation case.

The projected portion 36 to be formed in the installation portion 31 of the simplified pallet member 3 is projected and formed along the circumference under the installation portion 31 at 1 place (or multiple places of 2 or more places) so that the binding band B will not be shifted and removed from the undersurface of the installation portion 31.

For the binding band B, a general-purpose binding band can be used, and for example, a binding band made of PET resin can be suitably used.

In this case, it is possible to omit the hole portion 35 to be formed in the installation portion 31 as the linking portion of the fixing member to fix the simplified pallet member 3 to the transportation case.

Other composition and action of the simplified pallet member 3 of this embodiment are same as those of the simplified pallet member 3 of the above No. 1 and No. 2 embodiments.

FIGS. 21-26 show an embodiment of the simplified pallet member of this invention to be arranged and used inside under the transportation case. This simplified pallet member 2 is to be arranged and used at the edge portion under the transportation case W (illustration omitted in FIGS. 21-26) as shown in FIGS. 27A-27C and is equipped with the installation portion 21 to install the transportation case, grounded portion 22 projected downward integrally from the installation portion 21, and standing wall raised from the outer edge of the installation surface of the installation portion 21, and as the linking portion of fixing member to be used to fix the simplified pallet member 2 to the transportation case, the binding band B as fixing member (illustration omitted in FIGS. 21-26) is inserted, thereby the hole portion 24 to link the binding band B is formed in the installation portion.

The simplified pallet member 2 is manufactured through integral molding using a proper synthetic resin such as polypropylene resin or vinyl chloride resin.

For the hole portion 24 to be formed in the installation portion 31 of the simplified pallet member 3, slit-like hole is formed at four places at equal-angle intervals along the edge with the grounded portion 22 of the installation portion 21, so that the binding band B is crossed and inserted for linking.

On the boundary face between the installation portion 2 on the inter periphery side of the hole portion 24 in which the transportation case is brought into contact and the grounded portion 22, groove portion 25 to accommodate the binding band B is formed. This makes it possible to accommodate the binding band B inserted in the hole portion 24 without projecting it from the installation portion 21.

For the binding band B, a general-purpose binding band can be used, for example binding band made of PET resin can be suitably used.

The grounded portion 22 of the simplified pallet member 2 is equipped with reinforcing rib (omitted from illustration) as required, and to stabilize the grounded state, non-slip rough portion 22b or dent 22c is formed on the bottom surface.

With the simplified pallet member 2, the simplified member 2 is arranged at the edge portion under the transportation case W (1 place at the center or multiple places) (in this case, simplified pallet members arranged at the four corners under the transportation case W and the above simplified pallet member 3 as required are used in combination) and fixed by the binding band B (in this case, pressure-sensitive adhesive double-coated tape can be arranged on the installation portion 31, thus the undersurface of the transportation case W can also be fixed), so that the transportation case itself can be handled as a pallet), that is, space to receive forks of a forklift is provided between the simplified pallet members.

According to this simplified pallet member 2, as the linking portion of the fixing member to be used to fix the simplified pallet member to the transportation case, the binding band B as a fixing member is inserted into the installation portion 21 of the simplified pallet member 2, thereby forming the hole portion 24 to link the binding band B, thus it is possible to stabilize the fixed condition of the simplified pallet by means of the fixing member to be used to fix the transportation case W to the simplified pallet member 2 while maintaining the advantages of the free-size pallet where the simplified pallet members separated from one another are arranged and used under the transportation case W and stabilize the fixed condition and prevent the simplified pallet members 2 from moving from the undersurface of the transportation case W even when subjected to external force.

So far the simplified pallet members of this invention have been explained in accordance with the embodiments of the simplified pallet members arranged and used at the four corners, inside and edge portion under the transportation case, but this invention is not limited to the compositions described in the above embodiments, and the compositions can be changed as required within a range not deviating from the tenor, such as applying a proper combination of the compositions described in the embodiments.

Possibility of Industrial Utilization

Since the simplified pallet of this invention has such characteristics that it can prevent the transportation case from being deformed or damaged by making it easier to support the transportation case to be loaded, while maintaining the advantage of the free-size pallet, it can be suitably used for the applications of the free-size pallet.
