The present disclosure relates to the technical field of sinks, and in particular, to a sink connector and sink.
A kitchen sink is basic equipment mounted on a kitchen countertop for washing food materials, cleaning utensils, and discharging wastewater. The kitchen sink is usually made of a material such as stainless steel, ceramic, quartz, or artificial stone, and has characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and ease of cleaning, and the like. There are various shapes for the kitchen sink, commonly including a single-basin sink, a double-basin sink, and a 1.5 sink. The single-basin sink is suitable for small kitchens, and the double-basin sink or the 1.5 sink are more suitable for simultaneously performing kitchen operations such as washing and draining.
Mounting accessories of the existing kitchen sinks may be constrained by a thickness of a countertop and can only be mounted above the countertop within a thickness range. If the thickness of a countertop exceeds 10 millimeters, due to limited lengths, fixing accessories and screws which are required for mounting of a sink cannot adapt to the countertop that has the thickness exceeding the lengths of the fixing accessories and the screws, thus limiting the applicability of sink installation.
The present disclosure aims to: provide a sink connector and sink, to solve the above problems.
The present invention specifically uses the following technical solutions to achieve the above objective, including:
a sink body. The sink body is fixed on a mounting countertop; the sink body includes a supporting frame and a basin; and hook portions are symmetrically arranged on side walls of the basin.
The hook portions are fixed with connectors; each connector includes a supporting portion and a fitting portion; and the connectors adapt to countertops with different thicknesses by adjusting heights of the fitting portions.
In a further description of the above technical solution, six to ten groups of the hook portions are uniformly distributed along the side walls of the basin; and the hook portions are provided with buckle slots.
In a further description of the above technical solution, the supporting portions are L-shaped, and thicknesses of the supporting portions are 2 to 4 mm.
In a further description of the above technical solution, a buckle is arranged on one side of a top of each supporting portion; and the buckles are matched with the buckle slots to fix the connectors.
In a further description of the above technical solution, one to three groups of reinforcing ribs are arranged at bends of the supporting portions.
In a further description of the above technical solution, threaded holes are provided in bottoms of the supporting portions; and the fitting portions are mounted at the threaded holes.
In a further description of the above technical solution, each fitting portion includes a screw rod and an elastic block; and the elastic block is vertically upwards fixed at one end of the screw rod.
In a further description of the above technical solution, a vertical stroke of the screw rod is 10 to 100 mm.
In a further description of the above technical solution, the elastic block includes a clamping head and an elastic sheet; and the elastic block is configured to abut against the countertop to fix the supporting frame.
In a further description of the above technical solution, the elastic sheet is clamped to one end of the screw rod through the clamping head.
Beneficial effects of the present disclosure are as follows:
1. According to the present disclosure, the sink connectors are arranged on the side walls of the sink through the buckles. During mounting, a user only needs to lock the sink connectors into notches reserved on the countertop, and then adjust the heights of the fitting portions to adapt to the countertops with different thicknesses, so that the sink fits the countertop perfectly. This design has high flexibility. The sink can be suitable for the countertops with different thicknesses. The problem that an electric hand drill cannot be used during mounting of screws is solved, and the application range of mounting of the sink is effectively increased. The sink has a long service life and is steadier and more durable.
To make the structural features and effects of the present disclosure clearly, the present disclosure will be further described in detail below in combination with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
1: sink body; 11: supporting frame; 12: sink; 13: hook portion; 131: buckle slot; 2: connector; 21: supporting portion; 211: buckle; 212: reinforcing rib; 213: threaded hole; 22: fitting portion; 221: screw rod; 222: elastic block; 2221: clamping head; 2222: elastic sheet; and 3: mounting countertop.
To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure are clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Further, the supporting portions 21 are L-shaped, and reinforcing ribs 212 are arranged at bends, to improve the strength and stability of the connectors 2. In addition, threaded holes 213 are provided in bottoms of the supporting portions 21, to mount the fitting portions 22. The fitting portions 22 mounted at the threaded holes 213 perfectly abut against the side surfaces of the supporting frame 11, to ensure the tight connection between the sink and the countertop. Specifically, one to three groups of reinforcing ribs 212 are provided, and thicknesses of the supporting portions 21 are 2 to 4 mm.
Further, each fitting portion 22 includes a screw rod 221 and an elastic block 222, to abut against the mounting countertop 3 and fix the supporting frame 11. The elastic block 222 includes a clamping head 2221 and an elastic sheet 2222. The elastic sheet 2222 is clamped to one end of the screw rod 221 through the clamping head 2221. Specifically, a vertical stroke of the screw rod 221 is 10 to 100 mm.
The working principle is as follows: The sink connectors 2 are firmly fixed on the side walls of the sink through the buckles 211. The mounting process can be completed as long as the sink connectors 2 are locked into reserved notches. The sink and the countertop closely abut against by adjusting the heights of the fitting portions 22 to adapt to countertops with different thicknesses. This design has high flexibility. The sink can be suitable for the countertops with different thicknesses. The problem that an electric hand drill cannot be used during mounting of screws is solved, and the application range of mounting of the sink is effectively increased.
