Claims
- 1. A method to improve the probability for good health and decrese the risk of cancer and disease comprising: controlling the indoor spectral radiation environment partial body exposure in an amount above 0.06 MED, but not exceeding 0.2 MED per day by irradiating the body with an artificial light source.
- 2. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a UV transmitting light fixture.
- 3. A method according to claim 2 including irradiating the body with a combined UV transmitting fluorescent and incandescent light fixture.
- 4. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a UV transmitting sunroof.
- 5. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a UV transmitting lamp fixture during bathing.
- 6. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a UV transmitting lamp fixture located adjacent a hospital bed.
- 7. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a combined exercise device and UV transmitting light fixture.
- 8. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a lamp.
- 9. A method according to claim 8 including irradiating the body in the bathroom.
- 10. A method according to claim 8 including irradiating the body in the bedroom.
- 11. A method according to claim 8 including irradiating the body in an indoor exercise facility.
- 12. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a fluorescent lamp.
- 13. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a quartz halogen lamp.
- 14. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a UV transmitting skylight.
- 15. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a UV transmitting window.
- 16. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a UV transmitting sunroof.
- 17. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a UV transmitting garment.
- 18. A method according to claim 1 including irradiating the body with a UV transmitting lamp fixture during bathing.
- 19. A method according to claim 1 including irradating the body with a combined excercise device and UV transmitting light fixture.
