Abstract
This product is wax base shoe polish that comes in a container with the likeness of a chap-stick or a lipstick dispenser. The pollish may be applied directly to ones shoe to fix a scratch or to polish the whole shoe.

[0001] I am hereby requesting patent protection for “Slick Stick Shoe Polish.” The name “Slick Stick Shoe Polish” is my original creation and specifically describes the packaging of the product bearing its name.


[0002] This product is wax shoe polish that comes in a plastic container with the likeness of a chap-stick dispenser. The polish may be applied directly to ones shoe to fix a scratch or to polish the whole shoe.






[0003] To apply polish: pull off plastic cap, turn product control feed adjustment at bottom of product container to feed out polish for use, apply product to shoe in desired motion. After application, wipe and or buff lightly with tissue, shoe cloth or shoe brush.

  • 1. What I claim as my invention is the manner of packaging shoe polish in a container with the likeness of a chap-stick dispenser. I further claim that this idea of packaging shoe polish in a container with the likeness of a chap-stick dispenser has its origin with me—Kelly Nestler.
