The present invention relates to sliding rail technology and more particularly to a slide rail bracket assembly, which uses a locating block with a plurality of accommodation open chambers located in a bottom wall of a block base thereof for accommodating different positioning devices to fit different mounting frames, thereby reducing inventory control and facilitating production.

The present invention has been accomplished under the circumstances in view. It is therefore the main object of the present invention to provide a slide rail bracket assembly, which provides a locating block with accommodation open chambers for accommodating different designs of positioning devices to fit different mounting frames, saving the costs and facilitating inventory management.
To achieve this and other objects of the present invention, a slide rail bracket assembly comprises a connection plate, a locating block and a set of positioning devices. The connection plate comprises a mounting portion located at one side thereof. The locating block is mounted to the mounting portion of the connection plate, comprising a block base and a plurality of accommodation open chambers located in a bottom wall of the block base in a parallel manner and respectively extended out of one side of the block base. The positioning devices are respectively mounted in the accommodation open chambers of the locating block and partially extended out of the respective accommodation open chambers.

The connection plate 1 comprises a mounting portion 11 a connection portion 12 for connection to a slide rail (not shown), and a plurality of mounting hole 111 located on the mounting portion 11.
The locating block 2 comprises a block base 21, a mounting plate 22 located at one side of the block base 21, a plurality of mounting through holes 221 located on the mounting plate 22, a plurality of accommodation open chambers 211 formed in a bottom wall of the block base 21 in a parallel manner and extended through one side of the block base 21.
The set of positioning devices 3,4 include, for example, two first positioning devices 3 and one second positioning device 4.
The buckle 5 comprises a buckle base 51, two springy arms 52 bilaterally extended from one side of the buckle base 51, a lock hole 521 located on a distal end of each springy arm 52, and a buckle hook 53 extended from an opposite side of the buckle base 51.
In installation, mount the first positioning devices 3 and the second positioning device 4 in the accommodation open chambers 211 of the locating block 2 respectively, allowing the first positioning devices 3 and the second positioning device 4 to partially extend out of the respective accommodation open chambers 211. Thereafter, attach the locating block 2 and the buckle 5 to opposing top and bottom surface of the mounting portion 11 of the connection plate 1, and then mount fasteners 8 in the mounting through holes 221, the mounting holes 111 and the lock holes 521 to lock the locating block 2 and the buckle 5 to the opposing top and bottom surfaces of the mounting portion 11. At this time, the buckle hook 53 of the buckle 5 is kept apart from one side of the block base 21 of the locating block 2 at a predetermined distance.

Each first positioning device 3 comprises a first positioning device body 31 that comprises a first head 33 located at one end thereof and a first neck 32 abutted to the first head 33, an elastic member 34 mounted around the first positioning device body 31, and a positioning socket 35 mounted around the first neck 32 and stopped against one end of the elastic member 34 remote from the first neck 32 and the first head 33.
The second positioning device 4 comprises a second positioning device body 41, a second head 43 located at one end of the second positioning device body 41, a second neck 42 abutted to the second head 43, and a retaining hook 44 located at an opposite end of the second positioning device body 41 remote from the second head 43 and the second neck 42.
Thus, when the first positioning devices 3 and the second positioning device 4 are respectively positioned in the respective accommodation open chambers 211 of the locating block 2, the first heads 33 and the second head 43 are respectively disposed in the respective positioning grooves 212 of the block base 21, the first necks 32 and the second neck 42 are respectively positioned in the respective U-shaped notches 214. Since the outer diameter of the first heads 33 and the outer diameter of the second head 43 are greater than the width of the U-shaped notch 214, the first positioning devices 3 and the second positioning device 4 are prohibited from escaping out of the respective accommodation open chambers 211.

In general, the technical feature of the present invention that eliminates the drawbacks of the prior art designs is the design of the accommodation open chambers 211 of the locating block 2 for accommodating the set of positioning devices 3,4 that is selected according to the design of the support frame 6 or 7. Since the locating block 2 and the connection plate 1 can be used with first and second positioning devices 3,4 to fit different support frames 6,7, it is not necessary to make different slide rail rack assemblies for use with different support frames 6,7, and thus, the invention saves much the manufacturing costs and facilitates inventory management.
